Hello, if you see the this error it is possible that your system is below the system requirements. We suggest you check whether your system meets the FM23 minimum system requirements. In some instances, this can be resolved by simply upgrading the Operating System on your device. If you are playing on Mac, you’ll need to have a macOS of 11 or later to run, that means Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura. Hope this was helpful.

Can only Make 4 Subs

Hello, you need to make your five substitutions within three match stoppages. So for example, two subs at 60 mins, two subs at 70 mins then a final sub at 80 mins. If you sub on one player at three different times it will cancel out your remaining two. Hope this was helpful. -

Hello, this feature already exists. If you click the down facing arrow in the top right you can rewind the match 10 seconds at any time. Hope this was helpful.
