    1) Do people change the roles of the double pivot’s depending on the opponent? 2) Is there a guidline somewhere who describe the best DM pairings?

    My go to formation has always been 4231. What I see is when I play in Serie A, it’s much harder to score. Especially against teams who play 532, 352, 5211 etc. So do you have any advice on how to break down teams who play with 3 CB and sit deep. Hit early crosses? More width? Slower passing? What’s your experience?

    Thanks for the feedback. Just a quick question. When you talk about DLPs and BWMs combo, do you mean in DM positions or CM positions? (4231DM or 4231)

    Thanks for the feedback. 1) Don’t look into who play in each role. I never use Diaz as striker. 2) I literally watched every Milan game for years. They press high. 3) The IF/IW not playing with as high rating as forwards is a general thing. I played with Bayern, City and Real Madrid. It’s the same. IW/IF are never able to get as high ratings as your forward (over 8.00 average).

    IRL some of the best performances comes from IF, IW players like Mbappé, Musiala, Leão or Khvicha. But in FM it’s always the strikers who have the highest ratings compared to IF’s and IW’s. Best strikers around 8.00 in rating, while the best IF’s and IW’s hardly get above 7.50. So any tips on how to get my IF’s IW’s to perform higher than 7.50 so they can be Ballon D’Or potential like the strikers and like IRL. ?

    Thank you for the reply’s. My focus is to see if I can get get one of my winger to be a Ballon D’Or winner by achieving high ratings, goals and/or assists. Especially Leao is my focus. The three positions I seem to struggle to find the correct ones are 1) CFs or CFa, DLFs or DLFa, or PFs or PFa 2) AMC position 3) And Regista, RPM or DLP. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated

    Whenever i search the various FM sites and look at Youtube videos for tactic inspiration, its always high tempo, run with ball and pass into space counter tactics. It seems like there is consensus about high tempo is required to score a lot of goals. So, do you guys have any input or experience on how to make a high goal scoring tactic, BUT with lower tempo.? I know @Rashidimentioned it in one of his videos that he actually play lower tempo tactics this year, but never seen it. This is my current tactic.

    Fantastic answer thank you. I’m considering moving my two CMs down to DM and play a Regista and SVs instead. But can a Regista work in combo with a APs in the AMC position as you describe ?

    Can someone explain this to me. ? How and when do you use mark tighter for your players. High press system? Mid block? Possession? Counter football?
