I cant decide which role i think is the best for my AMC. I switch between SS and Treq. What would you do?

If you are playing a 433 or a system where you can play a CMa, then you must buy Cesare Casadei. He is absoutely insane. Huge potential and he is no way near finished growing yet. Incredible finisher and header. He scored 11 goals in he first 8 games for me. And not a single one from set pieces or penalty.

If you struggle to loan out players it can help if you use your Football Director or Loan Manager to handle that. BUT, the big issue here is that they will automatically accept any offer, meaning that they accept a loan on one of my wonderkids were there is a clause that the loaning club can buy him for a minimum transfer fee when the loan finishes. This is extremely annoying and it seems that there is nothing you can do to remove this other than cancelling the loan? But you need to do it right away since your Director/Loan Manager accepts to sell your future Messi for 1 Euro. Ridicilous.

Would you apply "be more expressive" or maybe add "roaming" to Leao, Baturina and Angelo in this tactic or not? Normally my wingers perform quite well with roaming in my tactics with only "slightly higher tempo". But in this tactic I made tempo at "high" to focus on fast transition. So I have my doubts about keeping "be more expressive" or roaming on, because I worry that they will rund around like headless chickens. What do you think?

He does okay. Although I never see RPM’s perform fantastic (rating wise) like e.g. the SV.

Hi guys I need some input to my tactic. I want to take advantage of my very fast players (Leao is a MONSTER). I can pretty much win Serie A with one hand on the back. I did that by a standard high gegenpress tactic. But in CL against better teams I get hammered. So I wanted to try a mid block tactic which is a little more solid in defence and gives my forward and wingers space to explore. So to the questions: Pass into space: I tend to always have in on. Very effective when playing against good teams. But maybe not against low block minor teams. ? Run at defence: On or off? my IW´s have it hard coded already. Be more expressive: I often have it on. But maybe give my front three behind my PF roaming instead? Roles: Any input on roles. I especially have a hard time finding the perfect roles for my BPD or CD, G or SK and my RPM. I started with a regista but on @Rashidireccomendation I switched to RPM.? Tempo: Maybe play on even higher tempo? So any constructive inputs are welcome. Only PI´s are on WB´s who is set to tighter marking (reccomendation from @Rashidi) and take more risk on my AMC.

Does anyone have an indication of Lazar Samardzic is becoming a monster in the future ?

Then why wouldn’t you always have tighter marking PI on all your players ?

@Johnny AceI can see you play with “slightly more wide” setting. I always play with “narrow” or “slightly more narrow”. Could that explain why my IF/IW does not perform so good? I simply need to play with more width?

Tried it. It went okay, but it’s really really difficult to get your wingers to perform good in 4231. They often only get 6.5-6.90 avr. per season. Even if my team wins the championship.

Great Great read👏👏👏 @Rashidi Four questions after reading the PDF. When playing 4231DM with Milan. 1) A pairing with Regista and SVs would be great. Even if I play slightly higher tempo and short passing? 2) Is FBs a better choice when playing behind IFa and IWa, than WBs ? 3) For my lone striker I chance between AF, PFs and CFs. Which do you recommend? 4) And finally the AMC. Treq, AMC, SS or APs or APa ? Thanks.

@Rashididid this masterpiece tactic in FM21. It’s simply the best tactic I ever used. The question is if it could be converted into a 4231DM tactic for FM23? Especially around the DM roles

I really have doubts about goes and no-goes when it comes to pairing the two DMs in 4231DM. I love the Sugunda Volante but can I pair him with a RPM? Which pairings do you tend to have most success with?

Then don’t waste your precious time commenting on my thread. It’s known for years that some roles is OP. Like in FM20 wingers were OP and you could easily get a avr. rating above 8.00. So my question is a pure avr. rating question. Don’t bother commenting if you think that’s ridiculous. For me avr. is one of the most fun parts.

I’m playing Milan and wonder which roles you would reccomend for my pivot with Tonali and Bennacer. And for my wingers Leao and Messias. Target is high ratings. I want to play a fast short passing 4231DM tactic. Any OP roles this year?
