Hi all, I found these in the pre-game editor but was wondering if you could edit these with the IN-GAME editor as I want it to take effect in my current save. I would like to make the JLEAGUE become a top league so that it is on par with the Premier league, La Liga etc.

Players in Japan are not becoming home-grown

Also having this problem. There are ZERO players that are considered home grown in Japan. This is a huge bug, please fix. -
