  1. No worries, if you encounter such an issue again, let us know.
  2. The post from Zachary was a response to the post at the time and mentioning changes had been made. Therefore, it gets marked, as you should be able to see, "info provided" so the posts made subsequent to this within this thread mean it doesn't come back onto our radar as quickly because we've looked over it. It doesn't mean an issue is categorically resolved, but rather at that particular point it needs some time to see what people are seeing on the latest update. I'll change it so our QA team can review the new posts, but in general a specific niche post for just throw ins in one thread, or just free kicks in another can be helpful as it streamlines the information and examples. That's not required of course, but rather just a general tip because we can direct things on our side in a more targeted manner.
  3. Thanks for providing the pkm of this. The QA team will need to take a look into this one.
  4. Thanks for sharing this one with us. The QA team will take a look into this further.
  5. Penalties are easier to score than miss in theory after all, but we'd need a bigger data sample before we could meaningfully review this. Just looking at the last penalty shootout I had in a game I'm playing myself had 5 missed penalties (and sadly I've lost every penalty shoot-out I've been in so far due without any getting further than 7/8 total penalties): If you've got some data from a save game then we can of course review this further. Hopefully you can appreciate that while there definitely will be instances like you're mentioning, overall there are very few penalty shoot-outs that take place so we would need some kind of data to check in comparison to our internal figures.
  6. Thanks for sharing, we'll take a look into this further.
  7. Thank you for making us aware of this. Would you be able to share your save game & the pkm of the match in which this is happening so that our QA team can take a look into this further? A guide on how to do so is available here: https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/instructions-and-notes/how-to-upload-files-to-us-r98/
  8. Thanks for taking the time to share this one with us. Our QA team will investigate further.
  9. No problem, if you see it happen in another then please share that save with us.
  10. Our QA team will review the overall figures you're seeing and take things from there. Thanks for sharing.
  11. Could be the case as you've mentioned that it's due to a new season starting. It seems most likely. The QA team will check whether this is intended behavior or not. Thanks for sharing.
  12. Not at this time, when it comes to reviewing these kinds of issues it does take a bit more time and future updates would be required before we potentially fix any issues the QA team highlights.
  13. Thanks for taking the time to share this one with us. This one is with our QA team and they're looking into it further.
  14. The game has rolling save functionality, and of course not everyone uses it but this does mean there are instances where people will have older saves depending upon the interval at which they save. There's no guarantee an issue will reproduce on our internal builds, given we do not know the reason it has happened we cannot look to guarantee a reproduction and so it isn't something we can just test and know what has happened. Any instances on internal builds of this behavior that is encountered during testing would be logged, but such an issue could still be down to a different cause in your game versus that hypothetical testing save. This is why we ask for save games before a known outcome takes place. It allows a specific review of those circumstances. If it is the case that the save is overwritten then so be it, we keep the issue on our side and we hope to encounter it at another time for further review.
  15. We'll take a look into this one a bit further and see what we can uncover. Thanks for sharing your file.
  16. Thanks for taking the time to share this one with us. This one is with our QA team and they're looking into it further.
  17. Can I ask when did this start? Has it been something happening since a recent update for example?

  20. Thanks for taking the time to share this one with us. Our QA team will investigate further. Unfortunately, I don't have an immediate solution I can recommend for this. If you have an older save file it may be worth loading that and seeing if the issue repeats.

  22. For an issue like this I would ask you create a support ticket through this link: https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003117678 We can then look into some bespoke troubleshooting steps with you directly.
