CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 14 - 2038 Champions League After winning the Romanian SuperLiga last season we qualified for the final round of the Champions League Qualification. So, there is only one more step, only one more team to beat, to finally reach the top stage of Europe. We had to play against the Norweigan Club Bodo Glimt, that I already managed in an old version of Fifa! At home we dominated and won 3-1, but away from home, they dominated and the match went to overtime. There we scored and won 6-5 on aggregate. The League Phase Draw gave us the following home games: Dinamo Zagreb, FC Barcelona, Stade Rennes & RB Leipzig. Away: Olympiakos, FC Bayern, Atletic Bilbao and Inter Milan. Or in other words: Teams we might beat on a good day: Zagreb Teams we might draw on a good day: Rennes, Olympiakos, Bilbao Teams we wouldnt even beat if everyone played at 150%: Barcelona, Leipzig, Bayern, Inter. So my goal was 5 points, but boy was I overestimating my team. We got absolutely bullied by these teams. Zagreb beat us quite unlucky 0-1. We just couldnt score even though we were the better team. Great start right? We then lost a close game against Olympiakos 2-3, we could have won 1 point here but they scored in the last minute. Unlucky again. After that we got hammered by Barcelona and Bayern (0-5, 6-3). I was expeting that but I was still a bit dissapointed by the massive amount of conceded goals. (But it gets even worse!) Against Bilbao, we had a wonderfull form! We had like 2 chances and scored 2 goals! They had 5 times the amounts of chances and also scored 2 goals so we were very effective (or very very lucky). 2-2 was also the final standing against Rennes. So 2 points clinched! In order to reach our goal of 5 points we need to win a lucky one in the last 2 matches. And then we had the game that changed the whole season: the away game against Inter. During the course of these 14 seasons we were plagued with a lot of injuries. To cope with that I designed a tactic that is not too demanding but still quite successfull. I was thinking of designing a new version of this tactic with maximum intensity, which I can use for big games or during close games. But then I was like: okay if its not broken, dont fix it. So I went to Milan with my normal tactic and oh boy was that a mistake. This game made me quit FM for a few weeks, everytime a highlight poped up after I continued playing, I got scared. I have PTSD from that game. They bullied us and they would not stop. 9-0. They hammered us 9-0. I have never seen something like that before. This game made me want to cry. It still haunts me in my dreams. But I learned from it. I designed the new version of my tactic with maximum intensity and this really turned the rest of my season around but of course not in the Champions League. We were out of there after the Inter game. Against Leipzig I used the new tactic and we did better. We still lost 3-1 but we were not that bad! SuperLiga In the league we played really well but still lost a few unnecessary games. After the first phase of the league we were second place, which is amazing but we can do better. After creating the new tactic and using it against big teams and in close games against "weaker" teams, we played 19 league games. Out of these 19 we lost one, draw 2 and won the remaining 17. The rest of the league was struggling and we won the league again! I think last season we were 1 point ahead, but this season we managed to win by 10 points. This was by far our most successfull season ever! Oh and we also smashed the team that sent us to the second league in the past, 9-0. That match alone cured my PTSD! Cupa Romaniei The group stage was very easy this year. We had to play 2 teams from the 2. league and one relegation candidate from the first league. We won every game and made the quarter final, for the third time ever I believe. There we had to face another team from the second league, we comfortably beat. Only 3 days after we had to play against a good team finally. But while we could use our B Team in the last game, they had to use their best team and you could really tell the difference between our fitness levels. We absolutely dominated them, they got a red card, easy 3-0 win. And just like that we were in the final of the Romanian Cup! We faced Dinamo Bucuresti just 3 days after the league game were we secured the championship. There we secured our next Trophy! We went 2-0 ahead and they started their offense too late. 2-1 and we receive our third real trophy! (2 x league champions, 1 x Supercup but that does not count and now 1 x Cup) Youth Intake The preview was trash. I even forgot to take a screenshot of that. The actual intake was not that bad. 4 players with decent potential, however only one of them has a good personality. In general we didnt have a lot of good personalities in this intake which is dissapointing considering the fact that my HOYD is Model Citizen. #1 - Striker - Alexandru Sava 14 years, I had to wait 14 years to receive a tall striker, than can jump quite high and head quite well. But here he finally is. There are a few things, like his pace or off the ball that we need to work on but I have high hopes in him. If he really has 5* potential he will be a starter in the future. But I dont trust these stars at all. We will see.. #2 - FB - Florin Abuzatoaie A natural inverted wing back with the best mental and technical stats in this intake. However we really have to work on his physicals and his personality, otherwise I dont see him being a part of the first team in the future. #3 - CM - Jenö Molnar He is already a quite good playmaker! We will focus on his passing and vision in training and he might be our next CM sensation! But again we have to work on his personality. Facilities and Finances We have every facility but our youth facilities maxed. My youth facilities are only adequate but for some strange reason I cant even ask the board for improvements there. I hope this is not a bug. Because of the Champions League me made huge profit of around 21 Mio € which is nice. We cannot spend the money but its nice to have I guess. Best Players this season Summaries

I am struggling to keep going. First season in the CL and got hammered 9-0 by Inter, youth preview was ****, the actual intake was okay but 2 of the top 3 players have a bad personality even though my HOYD is a Model Citizen... at least I made 21 Mio + this season BUT I cant spend it because my board doesnt even give me the option to improve my youth facilities. Its my 14th season, please FM Gods let me at least improve my average! youth facilities.

Good idea, but the last time I had my HOYD doing a second job, he was absolute trash. He had perfectionist personality but the intakes personalities were always awful. After I replaced him with a HOYD with a worse personality (I think it was professional), the intakes started to improve. Now I cant really remember if his first or second job was HOYD, but it didnt work for me. So my advise would be to wait for someone who wants to work as a HOYD full time and has a good personality. I for example found an HOYD with Model Citizen personality from Azerbaijan and dragged him to Romania haha - took me 10 years tho

Home Away Europe CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 13 - 2037 We did it! After 13 Seasons we finally won our first ever trophy! UEFA Conference League After winning the European Places Playoffs last season, we started in the second Qualifying Round of the Conference League. So we need to win 3 Qualifying Rounds to get to the Group Stage (or whatever it is called now). The first 2 rounds were pretty easy. First we beat Dynamo City from Albania 9-2 on aggregate, then we beat portuguese Nacional da Madeira 8-3. In the 3rd round we had to beat the Finnish Leagues 2nd place KuPS. We dominated at home but a late goal from them gave them hope for the rematch: 2-1. In a wild game in Finnland we managed to score a late equalizer (3:3) to secure our win on aggregate and therefore our Qualification for the Conference League! The first 2 games were against seemingly easier opponents. However, we didn't get more than 2 points. 2 of our opponents were also Nantes and Atalanta Bergamo, who will definitely be superior to us. So we actually had our backs to the wall, but we managed to win the next 3 games. Before the last game, we are on the verge of the top 8 and therefore almost in the round of 16. If we beat Atalanta, we'll definitely be in the top 8. The game got off to a suboptimal start, Atalanta went 2 goals ahead before the referee had to send off one of their players with a straight red. We then scored 3 goals within 10 minutes and won 3:2 We then had to play Basaksehir from Turkey in the round of 16. We dominated the first game. 3.5 xG but only 2 goals and a late goal against made it 2-1, which I wasn't happy with. In the second leg, they suddenly put us up against the wall. It took until the 2nd half to find a solution but in the end it wasn't enough beyond 1-2 --> extra time. Although my players were physically exhausted, we dominated the extra time and made it 2-2! Until one of our opponents had the idea to score an absolute dream goal from 30 meters it looked extremely good. Then it went to a penalty shoot-out, which we stupidly lost. An unfortunate defeat but still a very good first international season! SuperLiga We had a very good start to the season. We won 7 of our first 8 games and I thought that a lot was possible this season. After that, we didn't win a single game for 2 months. In general, we picked up just 7 points in the next few games. After a few changes in tactics, however, the tide turned. After our defeat against Craiova, who were top of the table, we started the best run I've ever had in this save: We remained unbeaten until the penultimate matchday. Up until that day, we had played 20 games and won 17 of them. Obviously we managed to get into the championship playoffs & even more. With 2 games to go, we're 4 points clear in first place and have qualified for the Champions League. However, as we unfortunately lost the penultimate game, we have to go into the last game against the second-placed team with a 1-point lead. However, our opponents were too good. We couldn't win, but we couldn't lose either! A 1-1 draw was enough to secure our very first trophy! We are champions of the SuperLiga. Copa Romaniei We again didnt survive the groupstage after a unnecessary loss against the bottom of the league. Youth Intake Kinda meh this time. No one really sticks out, but I still sign everyone with a good personality. #1 - Dragos Zahiu - RW Good Acceleration, Workrate & decent Crossing for a 16 year old. My Staff thinks he hes a good potential and he has a good personality. He has quite a competition on his position but I am pretty confident that he will make the first team in the future. #2 - Constantin Giurgiu - LW Another good winger. Really fast and good at crossing. What else do you want from a winger But for real, he has some obvious weaknesses we need to work on. He needs serious developement to play a role in the first squad. #3 - Mihai Campeanu - ST If only I would get a dollar for every quite good Striker with a bad personality we got in this save... He seems to be an absolutely awesome finisher: 15 finishing + places shots = deadly. I hope we can change his personality a bit through mentoring. Facilities, Transfers and Finances We got the last upgrade for our training facilities approved which is absolutely awesome. We sold some backups for a total of 750k. Our overall balance sits at around 8,5 Mio. Everything is looking good! We even managed to pursuade our board to create a B Team. That never happened in my previous saves so I am absolutely excited for that. I can just leave my players in the B Team instead of loaning them out! Hopefully we can reach the second league with that team in the future. Does anyone know in which league a newly created Team starts? Summaries

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 12 - 2036 One of our new guys from the U19 won this: So yeah we had a pretty good season! SuperLiga We had a weak start into the season with only 1 point after 3 matches, but the further the season progressed, the more we played consistent. We really havent had a lot of matches where our opponent was far better then us. In the end however we lost 2 unnecessary matches and could not qualify for the Champions Group. We missed the qualification because of 1 single point. However, I like the Relegation Group way more. Easier opponents and we still have the chance to go to Europe if we finish in the top 2. With Hermannstadt and Sepsi we had 2 more easy possible opponents for a European Places Playoff Final. However, we first have to be in the top 2 of the relegation group. But that was way easier then I thought. We played 9 games, won 8 and lost 1 very unlucky against the later relegated Ceahlaul. So we qualified for the European Places Playoffs, where we first have to face the 2nd place of the relegation group UTA Arad. European Places Playoff Semifinals We actually beat them 0-2 away from home at the last gameday, so I figuered that it would be kinda easy to beat them at home. But I was wrong. It was a great game, both teams created a lot of chances and I thought that they were a little bit better then us. They found their striker in the middle of the box in the 6th minute who accepted our invitation and scored but we came back just 10 minutes later with the equalizer. Our RW Mijic found our LW Constantin with a beautiful flat cross across the whole field, who then had no problems finishing this one off. After 8 minutes in the second half we got a corner. Our giant CB Puflene wins the header but their GK saves it fantastically, but they couldnt clear the ball and our winger Mijic gets the rebound and scores from 12 meters. Its 2-1 even though they are the better team.. finally the tables have turned They increased the pressure, but we fought that off well. Then in the 94th minute they gave us space to counter. LW was wide open, he went into a 1 on 1 with the defender, wins it, brings the ball to the far post with a powerfull cross, where Budur stands to finish Arad. 3-1! European Places Playoff Finals In the final of the playoffs we usually have to face the 4th place, which would have been FCSB who we beat 2 seasons ago in the semifinals. However they won the cup and are therefore qualified for the Europa League Qualis. So instead we had to face 3rd place. I was hoping for either Sepsi or Arad since all the other top clubs in the Champions Group would have been way to strong. And Hermannstadt surprisingly ended up at 3rd place so we had to face them. That means we have a real chance of winning the finals and qualify for Europe! This game was just 4 days after the semifinals so they should have a physical advantage. So I decided to cancel training for the last days and just focus on pure recovery. That helped. However our playmaker Trancau, who played very consistent throughout the whole season picked up an injury against Arad and was not ready for the finals. That hurts. It was a pretty even match, we had the ball but we somehow couldnt create a lot of chances for our strikers since Hermannstadt covered them up very well. However that gave the rest of the team some room and our LB used this room to take a shot from the edge of the box for the 1-0 lead in the 36th minute. They tried to find a direct answer but our Gegenpress was too effective. I thought that they would have a better fitness then us but it turned out we were the better team in the end of the match. In the 74th minute tough, they got a corner a scored with a powerfull header at the near post. 1-1. Overtime. I was determined to win this game in overtime since we have no good penalty takers. We created a lot of chances but didnt score -> penalty shootout: We started and to be honest I couldnt watch. I just went away and when I came back they had the last penalty. To my surprise we scored every pen so far and so did they. If they dont score now, we win. My GK Dumitrache was on loan last season in the 3rd league. He had a avg of 7.06 there. This season he was sharing the starting position with my other GK a lot but he ended up winning the first spot. He averaged a godlike 7.10 so far. An absolutely awesome season for him. With this game as the cherry on top. He saves the penalty and after 12 hard seasons we finally made it to europe (eventhough its just the qualifiers for the Conference League but that still counts as Europe ) Cupa Romaniei I feel scamed. We were again in a group with pretty much all of the good teams in Romania. Out of the 3 games we lost 1 and won 2. But in this group 6 points are not enough to advance to the next round. Quick side note: FCSB and Hermannstadt who advanced from our group were both in the cup final. Youth Intake Not the best current ability but a lot of good personalities and even our first model citizen! #1 - Alex Claas - Striker Already very good technicals but we really need to work on his mentals. Sadly he is one of the few with a bad personality. #2 - Alexandru Radu - Right Winger Very fast for his age, dribbling and off the ball are things we need to work on but I can definetly see him playing in the first squad in a few years. The 3 star potential are little bit worrying to be honest. #3 - Alexandru Deaconescu - Inverse Wing Back They tell me he is an attacking midfielder but with a little bit of training in his defensive attributes he might become a very good IWB. He has good passing, acceleration and decent mentals. Realist personality can be very good but also very bad. Lets see how he does. Facilities, Transfers and Finances We are currently improving our training facilities so after that improvement we only need 2 more to have them maxed out! Our last years MVP Samuel Giurgiu has been sold. Inter offered 3,5 Mio which is no where near enough for him, but the board accepted it and I couldnt intervene. I got some more transfer offers in for him, all of which were way better then 3,5 Mio. We would have gotten 6 Mio and a 40% Sell On clause from Ac Milan but he decided to go to Inter. So thanks to our fabulous board we lost at least 2,5 Mio in this deal. Im so pissed. After that I remembered we had a sell on clause on Badeas Transfer. 20% and he was signed from PSG for 6,75 Mio. Then I saw he was about to be transfered to Juventus for 30 Mio. So we would receive around 4,6 Mio. However we could cash the sell on clause in for 5.87 Mio. And we did. So we now have 9 Mio in the bank and made a profit of around 7 Mio this season! Summaries

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 11 - 2035 After narrowly missing out on qualifying for a European tournament in the last two seasons, I had a feeling that this season would be our season. The team is better than last season and with a bit of luck we could actually make it to Europe. We started with 6 new Players from our U19 Team. They replace some older players. SuperLiga We had a fantastic start with 7 games unbeaten, before we started to get inconsistent and unlucky. Sometimes we didnt play well but somehow still managed to get some points and sometimes we played amazing but ended up loosing. In the end we failed to qualify for the champions group even though we should have been 3rd according to the xG table. Unlucky I guess. Anyway I thought that ending up in the relegation group, could end up as the bigger opportunity for european football because the first two teams will automatically be in the semifinals of the european places playoffs. After a, once again, undeserved 1-2 loss vs FCSB we ended up in second place of the relegation group. That means we have to play the first place (FCSB) in the semi finals of the playoffs. The home team will however be determined by draw, which FCSB won. So we had to face them in a crowd that is 10 times higher than our average crowd. They have the better squad and home field advantage so we had no chance but still did our best. We were 2-0 up after 11 minutes but they came back to make it a 2-2 for halftime. They were by far the better team so they deserved the comeback but it still felt terrible. In the 53rd minute our left back gave them a penalty which they scored. 2-3 after 2-0. I had no hope since they dominated us so far but somehow after the penalty (and some subs) we were on level with them. In the classic 69th minute we scored to make it 3-3. And then we started to dominate out of nowhere. We had a lot of chance but didnt use them and as most of the times this season, when we play well, they score. 80th minute, out of absolutely nowhere, they score. We lose 4-3. Unlucky but they still deserved it. Cupa Romaniei We were unlucky in the league, so we cant really be unlucky in the cup right? We started of in the group stages directly and we didnt lose a single game. 1 Draw and 2 Wins in 3 games surely must mean that we wil advance right? WRONG. We were in the death group to begin with and failed to qualify due to goal difference. We would have advanced in literally ever other group... Unlucky I guess. Youth Intake We got some good strikers and Center Mids in this intake. However my Youth Squad had to play with only 1 real CB this season and we did not get more CBs which is a shame but fine for me since our current starting CBs are all still quite young. #1 - Sascha Riedel - ST - Germany Very good player for his age. With that finishing he may help us reach our expeted Points a little bit better than my other strikers. He will play in the first squad next season. #2 - Ionut Ilie - ST Another good striker who only has to improve his pace and finishing to play a role in the first squad. #3 - Ionut Ilie - CM Yes you read that right. Another guy named Ionut Ilie in the same intake. They say he is more of winger then a CM but thats just stupid. Good Passing, Technique and decisions make him already a very promissing CM. He needs to improve some Mentals a little bit more to be a serious conteder for a starting position. Facilities and Finances We made a good profit this season, which allowed us to further improve our Youth Facilities which are too bad for a team that focusses on youth players only. Others I was not happy with the personalities in the last two intakes so I went ahead and fired my HOYD after 2 seasons. I replaced him with an absolute monster of a HOYD. We finally found someone with a Model Citizen personality who was willing to join us!! He will be here until I find another Model Citizen HOYD with a 4-4-2 as his prefered formation. Chochevs prefered formation is a 4-3-3. CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 10 - 2034 10th Season! We fought relegation for most of our career now.Nevertheless, I am happy with the club and the latest developments. For our 10th anniversary the club has decided to release a special limited edition jersey that is only available for club members. With 6 new players from our U19, we start into the season. SuperLiga For my 10th aniversary here, I want to take the next step for this club. I want to reach europe! We almost reached it last season, so if we can build on last season's performance, I am very confident that we will achieve this ambitious goal. But we just lost our first 5 games. We played okay at the first 2 matches and lost all of our confidence and morale and played terrible in the next 3 games.However we managed to win our 6th game, very close which thankfully turned our season around completely. We played so well that we reached the champions playoff for the first time ever! Sounds good, but is actually kinda bad. The problem is, that we have to face to best teams in Romania twice and if we lost during the regular season, we lost against these teams. Therefore I believe our chances to reach europe are now even lower. In the relegation group the first two teams reach the semi final of the european playoffs, which we reached last season. However only one team from the champions group reach the european playoffs. So we have to be 4th in the champions group to reach the european playoffs, but every other team in this group is way way better than us. Im surprised that we put up a good fight. Especially at home, we won 2 games, draw 1 and lost 1 very undeserved and lost 1 very deserved. Away from home however we were getting destroyed. Only 1 point out of 5 games is simply not good enough to reach european football. In the end we finished the champions group as 6th and therefore last. However this was still by far the best season we have ever played! Cupa Romaniei Somehow we started directly in the group stage of the cup, which is fine by me as we got knocked out before the group stage in the last season. We won every game during the group stage and advanced to the quarter finals where we had to face the current best team in Romania, Universitatea Craiova, at Craiova. They murdered us in front of 28,000 visitors, which is 10 times more the we usually have. Youth Intake Decent preview, okay intake. It was really hard for me to find players from this years intake that really sticks out. #1 - Eduard Albu - CM The best of them is probably Eduard Albu. He could be a very good playmaker in the future, however Im not sure if he will reach his potential with that bad personality. #2 - Branimir Koszma - ST In our system our strikers also have to play a role in our build up and not only stay upfront. With a good first touch, passing and decent decisions he might be able to play a role in the future, however he also doesnt have a good personality. I will put both into the first squad and mentor them. Hopefully we can turn them around. #3 - Vasile Munteanu - FB He is a natural defensive midfielder, however since we are playing inverted wing back at our full back position we basically need DMs with some pace. So we will train him into a full back and improve his speed. To be honest he is nothing special but still the 3rd best of this years intake which shows how dissapointing this intake is. Facilities and Finances We were able to improve our training facilities twice! But now we spend almost all of the 6 Mio we got for Badea last season. Our training facilities are now great, which is really awesome! We still have 1.7 Mio in the bank which means that compared to our last seasons, we are rich! Player Performances Since this was our best season so far, we also had outstanding player performances that I want to mention here. Pozinarea, who joined us in the youth intake of 2029, scored 20 goals this season which means he broke Badeas record of 17 goals a season. Paraschiv, our left winger from 2030s intake, lead us in assists and played a very consistent season with an average of 7.05. But the biggest surprise this season was Samuel Giurgiu. He joined us last season and I planned him in as a backup. However after the injury of our starting CM, he stepped up and played absolutely amazing. He started 26 games, even tough he was injured for 2 months, and scored 7 goals and 10 assists and averaged a 7.13. That is absolutely amazing for a 15 year old and the highest anyone of our players had in the SuperLiga! He is our Tony Kroos! CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 9 - 2033 SuperLiga By far the best season so far, even though we had to let our best player go! Our board decided, over our heads, to accept a transfer offer from PSG for Badea of just over €6m. I tried to persuade them to consider it, but ultimately nothing came of it. Suddenly his market value has risen to just over €50m. And all we get is 6 ****ing million. However we had to do the best out of it. We hired new staff and had our training facilities upgraded for around €1.4m. At the beginning of the season we had difficulties to compensate the loss but with a few tactical changes we got better and better into the season. The xG table said 4th place would have been deserved, but the real table was of a slightly different opinion: 8th place and thus just missing out on the Champions Group. In the relegation group, however, we did extremely well, we almost managed to get through undefeated, but a very unfortunate 0:1 defeat against relegated Csikszerada on the last matchday put a stop to our plans. In the end, we finished the season in 2nd place in the relegation group, which is something special: The top two qualify for the European Cup playoffs. So we have to beat the team in first place (FCSB) and then an opponent from the Champions Group. Then we get the chance to qualify for an international competition next season. European Places Playoff Semi Final We have to face FCSB, current IRL Champion in Romania and romanias biggest club. However they had a bad season and we were in form so I thought we had a chance.. at least until the 11th minute of the game. We gave away an easy penalty so they had the chance to go in front very early in the game. Up until now they dominated us anyway so it would have been deserved. But my GK decided to have his best game of his career right now and he saved the pen! The game changed, suddenly we were dominating but they somehow got a corner and scored. After 16 min they took the lead 0-1. But my team does not back down, just 2 mins after their Goal we decided to transform into prime Barcelona and destroy their defense with the most beatiful Tiki Taka combination I have ever seen. In the end my right wing Mijic made the last pass to my left wing Paraschiv who scores. 1-1. We wanted to score the next goal directly after that. I had the feeling they were not able to withstand our pressure but we could not score. 1-1 draw for halftime. After that is was a very even game. Both had a lot of smaller chances but no one was able to score. I decided to sub off both of my strikers and they had an imedieate impact. A cross from the left wing, my subbed in striker Olah heads it back to my other subbed in striker Voicu, who just had to tap it in. 2-1! 79th min! Just 2 minutes later we counter, the ball gets to Olah who scores! 3-1? No! Offside. We now have to survive 10 more minutes. But unlike Bayern today, we played it down smooth and with a lot of possession, we took home the W! European Places Playoff Final In the final we had to face Sepsi. The game was 3 days after the semi final and they didnt have a game like we did. They were completely rested and we were not. So I had to rotate a little bit and just hope we dont go into overtime.. The game was totally even, with both teams hardly creating any clear scoring chances. In the 34th minute, Sepsi gets a corner kick and we concede once again a stupid goal after a corner. 0-1. The game remained even until the 65th minute when we were awarded a corner. Our striker Vilcinschi heads the ball against the crossbar, from there it sprints to my central defender Nica, who bangs the ball past 4 opponents into the back of the net. 1-1! The game remained evenly poised, neither team was able to create a big chance and so the game went into extra time. Exactly what we didn't want, because the difference in fitness was slowly but surely becoming noticeable. However, it was us who took the first step. Our record-breaking substitute Coroiu gets the ball, dribbles down the right wing into the 16, finds the youngster Izvernar with a strong pass, who scores his first goal of the season in the 105th minute of the play-off final! 2-1. After that, everything looked like victory, the momentum and the ball were only on our side. But then a highlight. Free kick from approx. 30 m for the opponent. He's not going to... He was. He hits the free-kick directly into our box from 30m and scores. Penalty shoot-out. My GK saved a penalty in the semi finals but today was not his day. He couldnt safe a single penalty, but we also scored every one of our penalties so far. 4-4. They started so they have the chance to make the 5-4. Burcea from Sepsi grabs the ball and prepares it. He doesn't look very confident. He starts up, takes a deep breath, runs, shoots and and and... scores. ****! Golban, our goalkeeper was going the other way. Izvernar is up next for us. The 18 year old CM with 3 penalty taking. He has already scored in extra time. Scoring that one was harder than the penalty now. He runs up, tries to outwit the goalkeeper but it goes badly wrong. The goalkeeper has the ball safely and our European dreams are over for this season. Cupa Romaniei We lost in the first round to a 2nd league team. This was during the phase where we still didnt know how to compromise the loss of Badea.. Youth Intake I think from now on I will simply ignore the YI Preview. We were promissed good full backs but did they deliver? Of course not! I need fullbacks! This time we didnt receive a lot of players with good personalities which is kinda sad but it is what it is. #1 - Samuel Giurgiu - CM Luckily the best player from this years intake has a good personality. This guy is already an insane Playmaker and will probably play a role in the first squad in the very near future. Awesome Technique, Passing, Vision, Flair and Agility. He will be fun and a good replacement for Badea (even though no one can really replace him.. ) #2 - Eduard Nedelcu - (Midget) Goalkeeper I was really happy when I first saw the intake. 2.5 Star CA?! Thats crazy! He definetly is a very good GK, especially for his age BUT hes only 1,79m.. wtf?! This game cannot simply reward you for your hard work somehow.. #3 Daniel Vieru - Right Winger Since my GK is only 1,79m the game decided to straight up bully me and give me a winger who is 1,90m tall. I wont complain tough. We scored a lot of goals from crosses to the far post where our winger won the header. A 1,90 winger with 13 jumping reach will be absolute fun! He certainly will score a lot of goals through headers right? He has 3 Heading. Yeeeaaah nevermind. So all in all not the best intake, however Giurgiu is an absolute beast! Facilities and Finances Because we sold Badea for €6 000 000 our financial situation is very relaxed. We upgraded our training facilities and hired new coaches from that money. We still have over 4 000 000 in the bank. The most important staff member we replaced is our HOYD. This year was not the best intake personality wise, so I looked for another HOYD and found some chinese guy with Perfectionist Personality. He doesnt know the country, so its definetly a risk but Im willing to take that risk. What else happened? My Board decided to get an afiliate club from Germany. CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 8 - 2032 SuperLiga Our best season so far. If you consider the xGs only we should have been the best offense in the league and we would have been in the Champions Playoffs. But xGs =/= Goals. In the end we ended up in the Relegation Group, where we finished 4th (10th overall) with 8 points above a possible relegation spot. Easy season . The biggest factor for our success is definetly our CM Cosmin Badea. He is 17 years old, he has already by far our best CA, he is very consistent, fairly professional and develops like crazy. He scored 17 Goals (which broke the record for most goals in a season) and assisted 12 more goals (which is 2 less then the all time record). PSG is interessted so I dont think we will keep him for too long, I just hope the board wont accept an offer thats way to low. Cupa Romaniei The cup is the perfect opportunity to rotate the squad a little bit, so thats what we did. We made it to the group stage where we only won one game which means we ended up as 4th. The 1st and 2nd place advance to the next round which means we are out. Youth Intake A few very promissing guys, however no one will be a starter right of the bat. The preview promissed us an outstanding CM however I dont really see that. #1 - Szilard Vladulescu - Striker Probably the most promissing one of the intake. Good first touch, decent finishing, nice mentals and decent physicals. Very well rounded player, however he needs to develop to play a role somewhen in the future. #2 Valentin - Ghinea - Central Defender 1,96m very brave, professional and a good tackler. Exactly what we needed at the CB position however he lacks a little bit of speed right now for our high pressing line. #3 - Emilian Budur - CM/FB The center mid I have been promissed. Although is not as good as promissed, he is still quite decent. He cant pass yet, however he has a decent pace, good stamina, workrate, teamwork and tackling. Our problem positions are currently our Inverted Wing Backs and to be honest he could be a very good one... 1 jumping reach tough :| Facilities and Finances Over 500k in the bank! But we are still to broke to invest more money into our facilities according to our board. CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 7 - 2031 SuperLiga We are 7 seasons in and still have an extremely hard time staying in the league. I dont really have the feeling that our team is getting better, especially because pretty much all of our initial players we had at the start of the save are gone now. We could not generate a lot of money on the transfermarket so far, so we havent had a lot of opportunities to improve our facilities. However on last years intake we got an absolute beast of a player, Badea. His overall was good enough to be a starter, he is probably one of the most consistent players we have, he has a professional personality and he develops like crazy. Rumors say, PSG is interessted in a transfer but no offer has been made so far. This season we managed to stay out of the relegation battle for most of the time and ended up 6 points ahead of a relegational playoff spot. I have the feeling we got kinda lucky in a lot of matches, but sometimes thats all you need. A thing I really like is that a lot of players that had their first season with the first team, ended up playing a huge role in achieving our goals: Pozinarea our young striker scored 15 goals and therefore only one goal behind of our all time Superliga goalscorer (Andrei David, 16 Goals a season). Nitu, a guy that was in our academy for 4 years and developed very well during that time, had most assists of all of our players. Badea, I mentioned him above, 17 years old, CM, 10 goals, 8 assists, 4 times player of the match, what a beast. He will probably be the first player we will sell for a very big profit and therefore will help us to improve our facilities to get/make better players. Cupa Romaniei We had the chance to reach the semi finals and we ****ed up big times. This was the first season where both, league and cup, did work pretty well for us. We reached the quarterfinals and got lucky: our oponent is a team from the second league. We had in our hand but we couldnt use the chances we created and lost unlucky. Youth Intake The preview promissed us a good Full Back and since that is pretty much our biggest problem at this point, I really hope they didnt lie to me... they did. But we got another outstanding CM, however this time he doesnt have a good personality, so I hope my 21 year old mentor can somehow change that. All in all Im pretty happy with that intake, we signed 9 players but no one who will jump into the first team imediatelly. #1 - Izvernar - CM Awesome CA, he is an outstanding playmaker, who will be promoted to the first team next season but as a back up. He needs mentoring to hopefully improve that unambitious personality. #2 - Olah -Striker Smart player with good finishing abilities and professional personality. For now he will stay in our U19 but I definetly see him in the first squad in the near future. #3 - Necula - LW Good pace, good technique and crossing but he lacks mentality. However he got a personality and will probably develop himself into a regular starter in the near future. Facilities and Finances We are still paying back the credit for the new stadium, yet this is the first season where we never had a negative balance so thats a win for sure. CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 5 - 2029 SuperLiga That was our best season so far, at least if you look at the table only. We finished the regular season in a phenomenal 9th place, but things went downhill quickly in the relegation group. 5 defeats in a row almost cost us what we thought was certain safety from relegation. However, the team woke up in time and managed to avoid the relegation play-offs with a 5:1 win on the final matchday. This stress has certainly cost me 1-2 years of my life. Why am I doing this to myself again? Cupa Romaniei When it comes to the cup, we established a nice tradition: we play good when we are in the second division and we play like absolute dogsh*t when we are in the first division: we got the beaten in the first round in probably the craziest match I have ever seen: a red card after 60 mins, we score 6 goals and still loose in the end. Wow. Youth Intake Last year's YI was a huge disappointment. Our facilities are very promising and our HOYD with its perfectionist personality is almost guaranteed to produce wonderkids. Their current abilities were excellent for their young age, but only one had a good personality and with the rest I was really unsure if they could ever reach their potential. I was really wondering how that could be possible and I then I remembered that my HOYD didnt want to be a HOYD but assistant coach. I offered him the assistant coach position and put HOYD as the second position. I guess that was the problem! So I hired a new HOYD with a Model Professional personality and the problem was solved: We have two players (Pozinarea & Maftei) that will be promoted to the first team immediately and few very promissing players: #1 Liviu Pozinarea Already a top class striker for my team, with Resolute personality, reserved media handling and 5* Potential, he is the most promissing player in the team. His stats are great, the only downsides are his acceleration and composure, which we are working on. #2 Sergiu Maftei Our fullbacks are arguably the worst positions in our team. Luckily we got Maftei! He can already play in the first team and has a fairly professional personality and 5* potential. A good player with a lot of room to grow. #3 & #4 Mera & Iacob Currently not good enough for first team football but they will make the jump in 1 or 2 years for sure. Both have good personalities and good potential. Im very happy with the intake. It will be very interesting to see how these guys will develop. Facilities and Finances We are in the process of building our new stadium, which is why the finances didn't look good. The board had to invest a total of almost 700k in the club to avoid being in the red. However, after relegation we got new sponsors and finally the big TV money. That helped me to convince the board to make further improvements to our facilities. At the moment we still have around 1 million in debt to the bank, but we also have 700k in our account and these fantastic facilities: Youth Coaching is maxed. Youth recruitment only needs two more improvements before being maxed. However our training facilities are kinda bad so we should focus to improve these too. CSC Ghiroda - Liga II - Romania - Season 4 - 2028 Here we go again.. I had to take a longer break, but I am back or should I say we are back? After the relegation in the last season we got rid of older players and rebuilt the team with with the new Youngsters from our Golden Generation last season. Liga II We managed to secure a spot in the Promotion Group after the first phase. We lost our good form a little bit in this group but managed to come back and secure the 3rd place. That means we have to face a team from the 1. League in 2 playoff matches. We had that before, in our first season in the 1. Romanian League 2 seasons ago. Back then we faced Chianja and beat them. These were probably the most intense matches I ever had in every FM save sofar. This seasons opponent will be Chianja. Again. From what I recall from the previous Playoff matches, we dominated them in our home game, they dominated us in their home game. As the 2. League Team we had our home game first: After a draw in the first leg, we have to beat them away from home, where they dominated us last season. However we have a different Team now! We beat them! Promotion. After only 1 season we are back in the First League! This time we used our chances and beat them 0 -3! Cupa Romaniei Even tough I rotated a lot in the cup games, we didnt extremely well. We got out of the group stage for the first time in the teams history. In the quarter final we faced Dinamo Bucuresti. They bought the right to play at home from us and absolutely murdered us 6 - 0. But we made a ton of money from selling our home right and from the 50% ticket revenue, so I cant complain. Youth Intake Considering the last YI and the fact that our facilities are even better now, I expected way more than that but we still got really talented players. Only one real good personality? Damn this Intake could have been so good but we just got unlucky I guess. In my opinion the only 2 usefull player right now are Andrei Lazar and Karlo Mijic (Bosnia) who both play on the right wing.. a position where we already have 2 good youngsters... #1 - Andrei Lazar: #2 - Karlo Mijic #3 - Marius Molnar I didnt sign the guys with bad personalities and the rest will play for our U-19. Facilities and Finances Because of the relegation, we are loosing out on at least a million of TV - revenues. Even though I cut the wages and big money from the cup (700k) we are still in depts. Hopefully we can stay in the first league long enough to make some profit. The problem is, that out old stadium is not big enough for the leagues we play in. So we have to play out home games in a different Arena in Arad. That means our home games are not really at home.. Our board didnt really seem to care but then Vasilie Ungureanu took the club over from our old Chairman Poclid. And he cares. He cares a lot. Actually he cares so much that we are building a new stadium for around 2.100.000€. So we really have to stay in the first League to not become completely bankrupt. How ever the new board loved me so much that they accepted to improve our facilities one more time which means we maxed out our junior coaching: Awards As usual, we will give out some awards for outstanding performances: MVP - Offense This award goes to our top goal scorer this season, last season and the season before: Andrei David 18 Goals and 3 assists, an average rating of 7,20. Very nice season. MVP - Midfield This award goes to the rookie Sergiu Dima. The right winger had the most assists from all Midfielders and had an impressive impact on our game. MVP - Defense Mircea Stupu. His second and probably his last MVP award for us, since he want to leave and I will not force him to stay. Decent season, you could feel the stability when he played. MVP The overall MVP Award this season will not be granted to one of these players above. This years MVP is a Rookie. A Rookie that was injured for 3 months but still showed impressive performances. Our player of the season is Alexandru Voicu. 22 starts, 11 goals, 9 assists, the best in training every week. This kid is an absolute beast already. He was also named young player of the year in the League.

CSC Ghiroda - Liga II - Romania - Season 4 - 2027 - Start We use the relegation to rebuild the team and give more youth players a chance even though we might have better options from older guys. So a lot of key players, that were in the team before I came, were released and a lot of youth players joined the senior squad from the U19 Team. Sold/Released/Loaned Players: Promoted Players from Class of 24/25: Positions: Grosu - Backup Striker; Radoi - Backup LW; Macavei - Backup GK Players to watch: Grosu. Grosu did develop his personality from frickle to ambitions and I see that in his training results and overall development. If he continues like that and performs well in the cup and as a sub, he will be a contestant for the starting position. Promoted Players from Class of 24/25: none Sonea, a good player from that year is already playing in the senior squad and the rest is still young enough to play for our U19 and develop there. Promoted Players from Class of 24/25: 7 Players from lasts year "Golden Generation" made it into the first team. I dont want to overwhelm them so only Voicu and Dima will start. The rest will be back ups at the beginning of the season and we will see how they develop. Season Preview The quality of our squad is still below average but we are not dead last which is nice. If my players develop well we might have a shot at the promotion playoffs but the experts dont really think so. Anyway with this season the big rebuild started and from now on I want to replace the remaining old players by new youngsters so we need better YIs. I expect a similar Yi like last season which will massively help me. Im currently not able to improve facilities since finances are very bad and in the second league they will get even worse. Overall I am pretty confident for this season, I just hope that the new Youngsters develop well so we can take a realistic shot at promotions in the next season.

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 3 - 2027 It happened. It has finally happened. After an exhausting, hard-fought 80 league games in 2 seasons, it's over: We had it in our own hands but we still couldnt do it. In the very last game of the season, we had to play Ceahleaul. At that point, they were 3 points behind us. All we needed was a draw, but they completely dominated us in the game. We took the lead but after just over an hour it was 6:1 to our opponents. We scored 2 more goals but honestly, anyone who concedes 6 goals against the second last team doesn't deserve to be in the 1st division. That sucks a bit right now but when one door closes, another one opens. We will use the next season to rebuild ourselves in the second division. This years YI will definetly help us with that. Youth Intake Last Years Intake lacked a little bit of CA & PA but had great personalities. After upgrading my youth facilities a few more times I was expecting a way better intake and the preview looks promising The first time we see an A in the preview. This could be a golden generation and even tough I cant tell what the future holds for this years intake, I can say that this is by far the best intake we ever got: We have some outstanding players with great CA and good personalities. I took 7 players and promoted them into the senior team already: #1 - Striker - Alexandru Voicu Insane pace, very good first touch and decent mentals. This guy is already crazy good and with that personality and some potential he might get way better and can truly lead us into a successful future. #2 - Right Winger - Sergiu Dima Very fast, fairly professional, good dribbler and can cross. Our current starting RWs contract is running out and our current backup is not good enough, so he comes in clutch and will be starter if he stays fit. #3 - 5 CB, Playmaker & CM/inverse Wing Back These guys have the CA to be starters for our team, with these personalities, I dont see a lot of improvements. #6 & 7 Left Winger & GK In comparison to the first mentioned 5 Youngers these guys are not quite good enough to be a starter, but they are very good back ups and they have to potential to win the starting job in the next seasons. So we got 5 new starters, 2 new very good backups and the rest does have huge potential. In my opinion, this is a golden generation and I think we will have a lot of fun with these guys if they stay healthy. Only 2 days after the YI, my HOYD was offered a position as head coach, which he accepted. This is a huge loss, because his personality (perfectionist) was extremely helpful. But we have found someone new. I am very proud to present the former Atletico Madrid player & World Cup finalist, Sime Vrsaljko as our new HOYD! He is also a perfectionist and his preferred formation is also a 4-4-2, so he is a brilliant HOYD for us and I hope he stays with us for a long time! Cupa Romaniei We got knocked out in the first game against a team from the 3rd league. Embarrassing loss, but we dont care too much about the cup. Finances & Facilities Our only really important income were the TV Revenues. So because of the relegation we will loose a big part of that and we have to find a way to cut wages in order to save money and further improve our facilities. Our youth coaching is one step away from maxing out and our network is halfway there. This season we played our home games in Arad because our stadium was not big enough for the regulations (even though we never really reached over 1000 attendance). So the board is currently trying to find a way to get the club back home to Ghiroda. Awards As usual, we will give out some awards for outstanding performances: MVP - Offense With 13 goals and 3 assists, David has once again become our top scorer this season. Although he missed a few chances, this is already his second season in a row with double-digit goals. Very good for a team that has always had to fight against relegation. Although we couldn't prevent that this season, he still deserves the award. MVP - Midfield In our first seasons this award always went to wingers but this season its different. After incredibly good performances at the start of the season, David Pop, our center mid on attack, scored solid 8 goals and 4 assists and therefore also deserves his award. MVP - Defense We lost the last game against the second to last team with 6:3. We conceded almost 90 goals this season. 13 of these came from penalties, which is crazy high! The second worst team conceded 7, which is almost half of our number there. We are dead last in almost every defensive stat in the league. With this performance, there is no one who deserves this award so this year no one will get it. MVP This goes to David. He is our Top Scorer and the most consistent player this season. Rookie of the Season The players from this years YI will only be qualified for this award next year. From the players I promoted last year, Bogdan Pop was probably the best. As a backup CB he managed to get 12 starts with an average rating of 6,66. Not good - but not as bad as the rest. So technically he was the best Rookie this season, not a very good one tho. Most Improved Player This award goes to last years Rookie Bradau! The Left Back started 24 games this season and scored his first professional goal! He was almost always the best in training and significantly developed his physicals and mentals. One of the few positive things in our defense this season! Other Buia, one of our better strikers and club icon, ruptured his Cruciate ligament. He would have been out for around 10 months and since he is already 32, he decided to end his career . Heavy loss for us. Our set piece coach left us for CFR Cluj, a very good first league team. We conceded by far the most goals after corners, so thats strange.. Not a problem I wanted to fire that useless ***** anyway. Our U19 won the "Campionatul National U19". Something positive this season! Even tough we got relegated, we got 5,5k new followers! We almost reached 30k. Oh almost forgot that: I accidentially fired my starting LB. He was also my Assistant Manager and I thought if I get a new Assistant, he still stays in the team as a player. Well I was wrong, extremely wrong. To think that I wouldnt have been relegated if I had one more point.. he could have saved me haha

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 3 - 2026 - Start New season, same problems: Key Players are getting older, young players do not develop and finances are getting worse and worse. Thats what I thought at the end of last season, but things are changing! I still can't prevent my key players from getting older, but I have noticed that my new training program prevents them from degrading significantly. Buia, my consistently good striker, still has exactly the same attributes as last season. One problem less I guess. (Dont ask me about injuries though.. ) Last season, I noticed that my entire U19 team was unhappy with the training and therefore didn't train well. However, I had enough other problems to deal with last season, so I simply neglected that. During the preparation I found out what the problem was. The only coach who trained the U19s was me, just me. So I also gave the U19 coaching team tasks in training and look what happened: the players are training normally again and are developing in the right direction. The players who were still not training well were warned by me a maximum of 3 times. If their training still didn't improve, I simply fired them. That's not a big loss, quite the opposite! After I got rid of the negative influence, the training results improved a lot! So another problem less. So the last big problem we have are the finances. Almost 500k in depth, we dont have a lot of supporters that bring money to the club.. So I had to take tough measures: my top earner Mancas and my most valuable player Vasluian had to go. For Vasluian I expect a transfer fee of about 300-400k & together they will relieve our wage budget by at least 1.4k a week. But in return I lose two very important players for our offense: Mancas - our best assist provider of last season & Vasluian - our midfield MVP of last season. But then it happened: Finally! Here comes the money! That will easily be enough to keep us alive this season and I immediately asked to improve junior coaching & our youth network and they approved! So now we have actually quite good facilities so Im very hyped for the new intake. Well, problem number 3 has solved itself. That means we only have one problem left. A massive problem. Our team is extremely bad. Compared to our league rivals, we only have one attribute where we're not in last place on average: Natural Fitness. Who cares about that anyway!? It's probably the most useless attribute of all. Whatever, stay calm. It's just a game. The problem can't be solved that easily, on the contrary, it's getting worse this season. A few starters and backups have left the club because I had to cut their salaries before the TV money came in and they were old anyway. Now I can't resign them :I plus we have 2 long term injured starters who will miss at least the first month. So I had to bring up a few players from the U19s, all of whom are far too bad, but I have nothing else. I already played 3 games this season - lost all of them. I guess a fun season awaits me! Oh and by the way: I am now favoured personnel for this club. So they certainly wont fire me after loosing every game this season... Right?... Right?

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 2 - 2026 Okay, before I start telling you how this season went, I have to give a few compliments to SI. FM24 is an extremely good game, it's so much fun to watch the games because the match engine is so incredibly good. Despite the lack of graphics, this version feels so realistic and you can hardly stop playing. So thank you SI for this great game! Okay, so we had by far the worst team in the league, our star players are slowly but surely ageing, the finances are catastrophic and our youth department is not yet good enough to provide solid replacements. Even if we were to achieve our goal of staying in the league, it's only a matter of time before we go down again. Nevertheless, I definitely don't want to be relegated this season. So the aim is to carry over our good form at the start of the season and pick up a few points during the season through dirty wins or draws. After playing every team in the league twice, the league is split into two groups and the points are halved (is that a real word? The points are divided by 2. Thats what I meant) . One is the Relegation Group and the other is the Champions Group. In the relegation group, we hope for a few demoralized opponents that we can somehow beat. Superliga: Good news first: we did carry our good form into the season. We started with 7 points out of 3 games. We even beat FCSB, formerly known as Steaua Bucuresti - the only Champions League winner out of Romania, with 4:1! Okay they got a red card after like 5 min - but still. We beat them! 4:1! Then we started loosing games. Nothing too worrying, but our morale was getting worse from game to game and then it happened. Out of nowhere we started to loose hard. 0:3, 0:4, 0:5... were not playing that bad, but we cant score somehow. But they can. They can score a lot. 11 games - we scored 4 goals - they scored 36. During this negative series, I began to question everything. Why am I doing this to myself? Why doesn't my goalkeeper keep a ball? Why are my players no longer scoring? Why are we even in this league? I just want to go back (to my mom) into the second division. But then it happened, crying in the shower, I had this flash of inspiration. "Move your playmaker from cm to cdm" I couldn't think of anything else. And then BOOM 2:0 victory. Clean sheat! Win! Unbelievable! Suddenly we not only started winning games, but we were also playing damn well. So we ended up in the relegation group but we were not last. We were 13th, which is a relegation playoff spot. There we won 3 games before we started to loose fitness and we went on another loosing streak.. 5 games in row, in the relegation group. The worst 2 teams go down directly. Thats deadly: Mission Impossible part 1 completed but the last challenge awaits us know. Relegation versus 3rd placed Chianja from LigaII. The first leg was away from home. 4600 spectators who booed us every time we touched the ball and cheered every time we lost the ball. We were nervous, they were confident. But we were able to keep up very well. Until the 25th minute. We could actually clear a cross, but then it unfortunately bounced off a teammate and landed at the feet of an opponent. 0:1. And that was it. After conceding the goal, we completely lost our composure. Corner kick - they play the ball behind the 16-yard box, where an opponent gets a completely free shot that we can't block. 0:2. So that's how it ends? Never! I make a change, substitute players and we actually get another chance. Vasluian, or as I call him: Ghiroda's Neymar, gets the ball on the edge of the penalty area, dribbles past 3 opponents, plays a dream pass to David, who basically just has to slot it in. GOAL! Just one more goal to equalize. But no. VAR calls. Offside. And that was it. We deserved a goal but, as so often this season, it just wasn't meant to be. My hopes where shattered. Even though the second leg is a home game, I dont see us winning. I talked to the team, I praised their training, praised their will power during this rough season. I now know the pain Squidward felt in that one episode of Spongebob, where he had to teach them how to make good music because they had to jam in the Superbowl Halftime Show. Just dont embarrass me. To my surprise, it seems as if my numerous speeches have gotten through to the players. It seems as if the whole burden has been lifted. Vasluian, er I mean Neymar of course, gets the ball on the halfway line, decides to dribble, lets 1 2 opponents off, IS ALREADY IN THE BOX and and ... SCORES! 1:0 after 7 minutes. We have lots of chances, but don't score. Come on boys, one more goal. I make a change, David, the top scorer so far, comes in. But still no goal. I want to change again, my left winger has hardly any power left, but the ball just won't go out. They have the ball, build up in a controlled manner on the left but we get in between. Cornea, my left winger, now clinically dead, gets the ball again and sets off on a final sprint. He gets through, crosses and in the middle is David. DAVID! GOAL! 2:0! Unbelievable. 75 minutes played. Now Chianja also starts to play. I can hardly breathe. Our playmaker Petrus starts to dribble, loses the ball and then it happens quickly. 2 touches and the ball is in the net..... Offside! Hallelujah! Nothing happens after that. It goes into extra time. Of course. How else would a winner be decided here? Maximum tension now. It's a completely open game, nobody wants to go to the penalties. And then it happened. The opponent has a throw-in and a long cross is enough to catch out our defense. 2:1. But we recover, push them further and further behind. How much longer can they withstand our pressure?! Zugravu, who came in for Neymar, finds some open space on the right wing, he lifts his head, he sees him. Low cross right to the penalty spot. There is David! He shoots and.. FING SCORES! 115th minute. Im shaking. I couldnt belief a game could do this to me. Nothing happens in the remaining 5 minutes. So here we go. Penalty shootout. Our Goalie Golban played good so far, he is confident and shows it. They start and Golban saved it. No wait he didnt only block the ball. That motherf.. caught it. HE CAUGHT A FING PENALTY. What is going on?! Our first Player is Precup. The 38 year old Precup. He didnt play for us and got subbed in late only because our first choice right winger is injured. He will end his career after the season, after the game, after this shot. This is his last shot in professional football. The most important shot ever. But he is calm, how can he be calm in such a situation?! He puts everything into this shot, all the emotions throughout the past 21 years of his career. Can he be a hero one last time? YES. He scores. No chance to save it. LETS GO! We are 1:0 up. Chainja sends the next one out. Zou can feel his fear. He shoots and he did it again. Golban did it again. HE CAUGHT IT! AGAIN! I am almost fainting. Buia, our last years Topscorer is next. He is already a legend in this club. Can he be one today? YES!! He scores! We are 2:0 up. We are so close. Chainja is next and this time they score, no chance for Golban. 2:1. David is next. He is the reason we made it to penalties. No one can stop today and he knows it. He hammers it in! 3:1. If they miss they loose. They send out Ros. He doesnt look confident. He shoots and... Scores. 3:2. If we score we win, if we score we win. Thats all I can think of. I dont want to think about what will happen if we miss. Stupu is next. Our CB and an absolute leader in the defense. Without him we would have concede way more goals then we already did. His composure isnt exactly the best. He is deep in his own thoughts. His eyes are on the ball. Every single one of the 1000 fans in the stadium is quiet now. The ref blows the whistle. Stupu looks up. He got it, I know it. He has to. He shoots and he FING SCORES!!!! LETS GO! WE WIN! WE FING WIN! UNBELIEVABLE. You cant make this **** up. I am completely done. My nerves are destroyed. I am almost crying. This game is just too good. Holy Moly. Cupa Romaniei We lost our first game but I do not even care! Writing this makes me feel the tension from the relegation battle again. Wow I never thought this would be possible. Youth Intake I had to fire my old HOYD due to the bad intake we got last year. Since then I improved my junior coaching 1 time, so I dont expect a huge quality improvements but better personalities. And we pretty much got what we expected. We got 4 players with good personalities and 3 Balanced Players that could be good. Sadly the Youngsters with good CA do not have the good personalities. Anyways I sign everyone with good and balanced personalities and the guys with best CA (according to me). #1 - Bogdan Pop Probably the best one this year is Bogdan Pop. A CB out of Targu Mures (my "home town" in Romania). The best thing about him? He can jump. He is already the player with the highest jumping reach in the squad and he is only 15. He will be in the first squad next season but I he wont be a starter from the get go. However his balanced personality is a wonder bag so he could improve a lot. According to my HOYD he only has 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 Star Potential but he is not good at estimating Players Potential so I dont trust these him at all. #2 - Constantin Alecu Next on the list is Alecu. Great Teamwork - good Technique - Flair - no ambition. With that personality and no good mentors in the Team, I dont really see him improving a lot and reach his potential. However our depth in CM is so bad that he will get a place in the first squad next season. #3 - Rocky! This years intake has 2 interesting names in it. First of all we have Rocky Gheban. Very good finishing but not good at everything else and, of course, bad personality. With his CA he will be a regular starter in the U19 and with a little bit of development he might be a part of the first squad in a few seasons. The other guy with a cool name is Alin Ginju, the leader of the Ginju Force! The rest of the YIs CA is far away from the first team so I am hoping for a lot of development. Training Speaking of development - I redesigned my training schedules to improve player development and it worked! A lot of my old players (31 years and above) didnt decline at all. We even had some quite old guys like David (26) who improved a lot and the youngsters with decent personality also developed a lot even though we have awful facilities and coaches. The guys in my U19 that didnt develop, will be sold next season. Finances Last year, our finances were terrible, this year is even worse. You might think that a promotion and the higher reputation will lead to new sponsors and increased ticket revenues. But no. Sponsor are still the same and ticket revenues even dropped. Probably because we did only play once in the cup. So we are loosing money big times, even though I sonly spend half of my wage budget. At this point I dont know what my board is doing but I dont like it! That brings me to my last point: Transfers The five guys ( ) we loaned out are back and they didnt really develop so they will be sold next season. I need to get rid of a lot of players to cut my wages. So I will try to sell my starting RM because he earns way more then everyone else (900€ a week). He is quite old so I dont expect a hugh transfer fee. Another player that might leave us is Neymar. Our highest valued player ~ 400k wants to leave anyway. If he plays, sometimes he is godlike and sometimes he is the exact opposite. If he doesnt play he complains about everything. ( Thats why I call him Neymar ). So for me its okay to get rid of him but only for a good amount of money. Other than that I had a few Youngsters that didnt develop this season so I will get rid of those too. Season Awards Just like last year we will give away some Awards for outstanding performances: MVP - Offense This award goes to our Top-Scorer this season: David! Scoring 17 goals and 5 assists for a team that almost got relegated is quite impressive. Other than that, he always trained well and did develop like crazy. Very impressive season. MVP - Midfield In our 442 Vasluian/Neymar played right wing most of the time. Because our starting RM got injured pretty badly, he started a lot in the second half of the season and did incredibly well. His deadly dribbles made him score 9 goals in very crucial situations. He himself saved us so many points that he just has to get that award even though he is quite inconsistent and is bitching about literally everything. MVP - Defense This is a hard one. We conceded the most goals this season, so I dont even want to pick someone for this award. But there is one guy who stood out. Golban - our Goalie. Our GK from last season Balboasa, who even earned himself last years overall MVP, was absolutely terrible this season. He saved 35 shots while conceding 30, average rating 6,2. After this terrible season he ended his career immediatly. So I had to throw my backup Golban in after a few games and even though he had some very bad games, he also saved us some points and ultimately saved us in the penalty shootout. A big reason why we are still in the first League, so he earned it the most. MVP Overall MVP this season also goes to David! The mix of good performances on the pitch, good performances in training and good behaviour off the pitch makes him the perfect choice for this award. Rookie of the Year In the off season we promoted 3 players from our U19 to the first squad. They all played a similar amount of games but the one with the best performance was Circov. For a 16 year old playmaker in a team that almost got relegated, a 6,8 avg is actually impressive. However all 3 rookies didnt really develop a lot. Most Improved Player Easy choice here: Golban. He improved his CA the most out of all players and improved his performances on the field. After bad performances he worked harder to improve even more and to be a really good back up for our defense. Others Our stadium holds 1000 people. That is not enough according to the rules in Romania. We were allowed to play there for 1 season but now we are forced to play our home games in Arad which is about an hour away from us. I hope this will positively affect out tickets sales, because that stadium holds 13 times more people and Arad got relegated, so we are the only option to watch first league football in that area. Hopefully we can acquire more fans (and more money) this way!

CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 2 Start - 2025 After a successful first season, we are thrown straight into the deep end of the Romanian SuperLiga. With the weakest squad in the league, no new transfers and increasingly ageing regular players, I don't really expect anything other than relegation. That however means the season can't be disappointing at all... right? Squad Changes As the last YI was relatively disappointing, there are no really important changes to the team. Nevertheless, I have brought 3 youth players up to the first team: Transfers No big transfers here. I just decided to loan out some youngsters since they didnt develop last season. Training Since we had a lot of injuries and a really weak player development last season, I decided to take care of the training my self and to put a lot of focus on player development. However I had no idea how that works so, I started researching and I think I found a good schedule. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. Head of Youth Development The last YI was a disappointment. But not because of the lack of quality of the new youngsters. That was predictable due to our poor facilities. It was because of the bad personalities. That's why I decided to fire our HOYD and hire a new one. Thanks to the enhanced reputation, we were able to attract significantly better applicants. In the end, I chose Latovlevici. A perfectionist like him will hopefully give his all to guarantee the best possible YI. Other We have 3.2k new followers on social media. Yay!

Halfway through the second season and then this pops up. I cant load any backups too. I was in contact to the support and this is a known issue that comes up if you add or remove leagues. So do not add view-only nations/leagues OR remove any league. Sadly the last playable save file is from the end of the last season.. I had some crazy games that I cant recover, so I am currently lacking motivation to continue the save and do that all again. I will probably continue as soon as the full game released. :/

CSC Ghiroda - Liga II - Romania - Season 1 - 2025 After realizing that we are one of the worst teams in the league, the expectations were of course not very high. Romania's "Liga II" is structured in such a way that each team is played once at the beginning. Then the league is divided into 3 separate groups. There is the promotion group and two relegation groups. The two worst teams of each relegation group are relegated directly and the 3. worst teams of each group play against each other to stay in the league. In the promotion group, the two best teams are promoted directly and 3rd & 4th place go into the playoffs against teams from "League I". Keeping the class for "Liga II" was our clear goal, but what finally happened was probably a surprise for everyone... Liga II: After losing the first game, we suddenly started playing like young gods. We had a run of 13 games without defeat, 11 of which were wins. We were not always the better/dominant team, but the confidence we had, helped us beat almost everyone. The confidence and an absolute amazing GK helped us to secure the first place and a spot at the Promotion Group which meant that we could not get relegated anymore. Nice! However we now have to face the 5 best teams in the League and to be honest, our morale and confidence were pretty much the biggest reason why we would win so many games... And this could be seen clearly in the end: After winning the first game, we went on a loosing streak and I was confident, that not getting promoted was the best that could happen to us. We had no chance against the best clubs of Liga II so how could we survive in Liga I? Then we faced Chiajna and beat them. I made the mistake of organizing a team talk and telling them that they don't need to feel any pressure because the season has been very good so far and so on. Somehow I unleashed something in this team. Something I didn't think was possible. In the next games, we played so incredibly well that we had seriously achieved the impossible... One game before the end of the season, we secured promotion. WTF?! On the one hand, I'm extremely happy that we managed to do that, but on the other hand, I'm not looking forward to next season at all. It will certainly be a lot of fun to be pushed around and being bullied by the big teams in Romania.... Anyways.. Cupa Romaniei I let my B Team play in the cup, where we got quite far and managed to secure a spot in the Group Stage after beating Arad, a first League Team. There wo got beaten by our rivals Polithenica with 2:0 and therefore we had no chance of surviving the group. Still a very solid performance there! Youth Intake and Improvements The preview of the YI wasn't really promising.. Although I have to disagree with my HOYD a bit on that. 1-2 players could already play a more or less important role in the upcoming season. Valentin Circov, Catalin Radoi and Andrei Grosu might get some game time next season. Even though I signed a new HOYD, his influence on this YI was probably very low so the rest of this Intake doesnt look promissing at all (especially because of their personalities) but I sign them anyways. This leaves us with the following facilities: Player Awards I decided to give away following Awards for our best performers: Offense MVP: This one goes to Buia. I play in a 4-4-2 and he is our left striker. With 11 goals and 12 assists he is our top scorer this season and even more important was his consistency. Midfield MVP: Eddie Cornea. Our left winger is extremely dangerous in front of the goal this season and thus deserves his award. Defense MVP: This goes to our Inverse Wing Back Coroiu. He somehow managed to get 5 goals and 4 assists this season. This saved us a few points which ultimately led to our promotion. Well deserved. MVP: The overall MVP Award surprisingly does not go to one of the guys mentioned above. This seasons MVP is our goalkeeper Mirel Bolboasa! With an average rating of over 7.00 and an insane 2.98 expected Goals prevented, he consistently saved us a lot of points and highly deserves his reward. Rookie of the season and Most Improved Player: RotS goes to Fabi Zavaleche. I got him from our U19 and he had an immediate impact on the way we play football and always gave everything he had in every training session. The 18 year old central midfielder started 23 games and scored 6 goals together with 3 assists. Solid first season. MIP player however goes to his CM - Partner Petrus. The 20 year old Playmaker improved his teamwork, passing, vision and decisions a lot and therefore earns himself the MIP Award. He started 21 games this season. Finances Our finances look terrible even though we only spend half of our wage budget. We are almost 200.000 € in debts right now. Hopefully we can generate more money in the first league next season. Expectations for next season Many of our key players are now quite old and are starting to weaken. Our youth does not currently have the necessary quality to replace these players. That's why I expect nothing but relegation from the first Romanian league next season. But we will fight until the end and who knows, maybe we can accomplish another small miracle again.
