Unless I'm missing something, if you win the CPL final you don't get promoted to another league no? -
The travel costs in the CPL are completely unrealistic (we could buy the club its own plane for that sort of money) and represent almost double the players wages which has killed the budget and will over time makes this league unplayable as every club will end up in massive debt:

This has killed this save for me. As look at the default senior squad I'm left with:

Just started a Bursaspor save (not having much luck starting a save in FM23). A couple of weeks in, I've copped an 18 month embargo with absolutely no explanation as to the reason (e.g. takeover, bank balance): The bank balance is fine and I can see no reason for this:

I play a tactic using no left winger: However, when I sold my only left winger (as I don't need left wingers!) half the team were furious with me: So managerial support that I was improving has gone drown the crapper for a reason which clearly makes no sense. The morale that I had been building up on these players in that extremely laborious way required in FM is also shot.

Hi Folks! Just had a look at Bursaspor (first save) this morning and I noticed all the players names show on the tactics and during a game with their first name and not their surname. Checked my squad and I've got 3 Hasans and a couple of Mehmets. Now, I've never managed in Turkey, so my question to anyone in the know: is this correct and it's always like that?

Now that we have lost the world knowledge map representation, I thought the scouting coverage map representation showed which countries were being scouted. This seems to be true for nation scouting (although with multiple nations the only one nation is ever being scouted). This seems to hold true for region scouting (see Northern Europe) but doesn't seem to hold true for continent scouting, see South America and North America are being scouted below:

A player (Jarrad Branthwaite) had been on loan to club in the 1st season but then returned to his club (Everton). In the 2nd season of the save, this player (not at club) appears on the full squad view current season tab as the option. He also appears in the next season view but not the season after. He does not appear in the normal view for those positions:

Access a recruitment focus from the Scouting>Recruitment Focus shows a scout being assigned to a specific focus. When you change to the Scouting Coverage tab, the same scout is shown with "No Current Assignment". I have uploaded the save file: Carlos Asorey - PSV (v02) (v02).fm

Squad planner - removing players

I can see now that the option exists on the planning view screen. I'll leave it to you to decide if you want to add it to the other views. I would always use the report view. Thanks. -
Squad planner - removing players

- Go to the squad planner screen - Add a player from the short list (e.g. Papetti in screenshot) - I'm unable to then remove the player. If a player is in there who I never want to play in that position (e.g. Hoever), I'd also like to remove that player (given I can add back later). Apologies if I've missed something, just can't see the remove function (also tried pressing delete key).
