it's not a "panel" it's on the player attribute page

Check match in between highlights panel.xml and you should be able to see the left hand side panel picker and locate the panel in that file

it can work, even with the default skin coding of any sort has never been easy and will never be easy until you've tried, learnt and grown in the way of coding. but it's the way it is when you or anyone else wants to make custom skins / changes.

The file you need to look in for the feet is tactics icon info panel overview.xml then just look how it's made and copy it into the skin you want it in. if the file isnt there already, you need to extract it from the default game i've attached it for you, but for other files you want to edit. the link above will teach you how to extract files happy skinning tactics icon info panel overview.xml

there is a few skins out there - WTCS and rensie in those you can click the backroom staff picture in mails and the ID will show. then it's just copy it

He is kinda right. You locate a skin where it's is as you like it, then you locate the panel and code to either see how it's done to make it yourself. or you ask the creator of the skin if you can take it from his skin. There is no guide to follow, the only way is trial and error and once you get proper stuck after trying, you can try and ask for help here and if we can. we will help

alot of skins have it this way, just go to a site that have the skins like fmscout or sortiitoutsi fastest and easiest way is to try the skins until you locate one that has it like you want it

Looks like laptop, try and change the scaling to 95 or 85 else make sure your windows scaling and layout is 100% and not 125% or 150%
