try and look in your font folder for match pitch players you either need to remove it or make sure the font used is having the missing characters

Not exactly a skinning question. But if you use instant result, the match counts as if you played.. if you use vacation it counts as your assistant manager played so yes, you'll get the praise at the end of the season if you use instant result

There is just so much wrong here, that i'm having a hard time picking a place to start.. But asking ppl to take someone elses hard work and make it work in what ever skin you are using - Which you havnt mentioned. Even for personal use, it would be a good idea to ask the creators involved if it is okay to use there work. then offering to pay for it, the amount your are offering is to mock ppl (creators and if someone would help you) as you clearly have no idea how much time and effort it can take to make things work in a skin. How many hours Skin makers in general is using every year all year. There is only one way to learn to make things work and that try and try again. Trial and error is half the work.

it's a primary paper graphics. look in the client object browser for a widget where you have primary in the appearance path Line 41 in a default file

the flag code starts in line 176 to 411 if you delete that AND remove the <!-- in line 413 and only the <!-- and remove the --> in line 420 save the file and reload the skin. it should be fixed the file is player overview panel.xml

The section meta data.xml has to be extracted from the default game files skins\fm\sections the id PBAm is in line 1026 i didnt look for the other, but i've attached the file for you section meta data.xml

cm03-04 - I guess you'll have to look at the code. i'm not sure, but i doubt skinning was a thing back then

I don't think it's possible to have a random picture being showed at start up or atleast i havnt seen it. the best i can think of is a rotation, but that requires you to stay on the page and thats not what you want.

If the WTS skin is the same as from here The issue you show should not happend, and i can't say what you have done or what has happend But i would remove everything that has nothing to do with Fm as default game and then once the game runs normaly again.. i would copy 1 item at a time back and see when and where things goes wrong
