  1. The game totally needs an audio commentator and I dare to say that the implementation likely is very easy. Simply, whatever the text says at the bottom, make it to be audio. Link every action/text to an audio file and the job done. And if SI is too busy adding women' Football, at least make the modification possible for modders to play with the files.
  2. The players' reactions to team talks and meetings are over-sensitive and unrealistic, especially when you rant or are aggressive. I am dominating the first 60 minutes of the game and suddenly the attacking momentum reverses and I end up losing 0-3. I cracked the sh*t in the post-match team talk and the players started whining and complaining to the PR manager. Second incident: I am in first place with the same points as the second in the league. The team after 10 wins in a row, ended up being slack and they drew one game, they won the second 2-0 without performing, they lost the third one and they barely won the fourth 2-3, again by luck and with 1.5something XG. In the meeting before the last game, I tried to encourage them by saying that we were in slightly bad form lately and let's focus so we don't mess this up and lose the title. Suddenly everyone got upset with me and the dressing room atmosphere from being half green bar went down to half red. Uhm... sorry but no. I am not sure if the developers have ever been in real dressing rooms, but there is no sweet talk and ear-petting. There are 20 men with balls between their legs, they will get yelled at, insulted, and challenged, things thrown at them, but in the end, they will put their sh*t together and do the job. Maybe in women's football now it can be added to be more emotional, but sorry, there is now constant sweet talk and getting upset right after you are being negative to them. This is just a sample of what is going on during the team talk.
  3. I would suggest to add a few important elements in the opposition IX. For example in the Team Report under the Overview tab, half of the screen is been taken showing just the formation and the names of the possible facing IX, which is something that could fit in the small list. The players' names include the huge kits which are of nothing else apart from aesthetics. It would be great if the kits could be replaced with the attributes pentagon, that way you can immediately have an idea of what kind of individuals you are facing, whether they are fast, tall, weak, etc. Here is an example of how it could look. This is a very rough interface, it can be condensed and re-designed to suit but with a quick glance, I have an immediate idea of who I face in the game. Example
