honestly, if you are having issues getting them, i would just use pre game editor, change your chairman, click the sugar daddy option. start the game but use brazils start date. that starts it like 6 months or so before your season starts, you can sign, sell players and play friendlies until it does. once may hits before your season you will get that extra money from the tyoon for the coming season. It does seem harder to get them the other way this year

due to it taking me 20 minutes to upload screenshots, forgot to post small write up so here it is....
was going to run with a french team when game came out but had to leave town and just got back. wanted to try a league i never managed in so picked Serbia. noticed this team had the 3rd or 4th biggest staduim in Serbia so went with OFK Beograd.

I dont see a way that you can, best bet is to use a third party editor and with that you can set it to want to sell a club at any date. I cant really walk you through it here due to it not being a SI product, feel free to pm me if you want to know

you can edit the edt and have a owner take over a club on a certain date however I dont believe you can specify what type of owner he is .

the edt or all of it? I wrote a guide for it, I will look for it and post the link. its from a couple versions ago but still works the same

only because some do them from the editor plus people usually wait intil the reg version comes out. as long as you do the edt method, shouldnt be too hard although tbh sometimes one can take five minutes and another one takes five hours

It's one of the best teams in the Norwegian second divison, but they somehow never manage to achieve promotion, with two 2nd places, a 3rd, and a 4th in recent times.
The club has relatively good facilities and coaches, two of the very best strikers in the league (Markus Naglestad scored a record amount of goals this season, and Bob Sumareh somewhat of a legend in the division), so it probably won't be too hard to achieve promotion if a player manages them.

you dont need editor to make one, im pretty sure you can do it via the EDT in the db folder in steam apps folder. as far as are any out, not really messing with it much until game is released. I have been trying off and on for one in belguim although no luck so far.

Auxerre has been my fav save, was a couple versions ago. was getting excellent youths and just enjoyed the save a great deal. we wasnt world beaters but was just fun due to me bringing up mostly from my youth teams, very little transfer activity
