Meet the manager So Steff Harvey from Glasgow,is the man looking for a job in the land of FM hopefully not too long before something comes up.. So this is going to be my last save of FM23 and then the countdown will no doubt be on until the release of FM24,but for the time being lets get this one up and running.So as the title says its a save thats going to be based in the UK well (Ireland) chucked in there too,and we will start unemployed with a "Sunday league rep",no coaching badges and then see where the gods of FM put us in place,no doubts in the depths of obscurity somewhere As you can see all the british nations are loaded up as well as in the advanced section loaded up some players based in Europe as just to give us a better player count,the star attributes i pay no attention too.. Tactic I like this idea of a tactic,wing backs pushing up,getting crosses into the box,whilst the centre halfs hopefully can stay in a strong shape,the triangle midfield hopefully supporting the two strikers well

A three at the back system is what will try to be implemented at the club this season,reinforcements are needed upfront,as well as in defence,nice bit of squad depth in midfield means that we look ok in there for now Gavin Whyte,Mahlon Romeo,Callum O'Dowda,Sheyi Ojo,Max Watters,Mark Harris have all been told to find new clubs under sweeping changes being made Key Players The engine in midfield and will be a key player for Cardiff this season,his workrate is superb and will be one of the first names on the teamsheet Great off the ball skills,will be leading the line for the biggest majority of this season until reinforcements are brought in,hopefully his pace can cause defence problems A hardworking determined centre half will need to be on his A game to deal with tricky forwards in the championship
