DazRTaylor
Youth Candidates Season 2021/22 Friar Lane & Epworth With the club only having one player, I would expect more five star current ability players than I got. Still, they are bodies so will be playing.
DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2021/22 Friar Lane & Epworth League Table - Considering we only had one player for most of the season, I am happy enough with this. At least we didn't finish bottom. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were bottom of the league for seven weeks after the fifth game, though our form picked up and we finished the season strongly. Leicestershire Senior League Cup - Disappointing, though not unexpected, as we lost in the first round, at home to Cottesmore Amateurs. Pre Season Friendlies - A very poor pre season, as we only won one of our thirteen games. Squad - I am sure we are now good enough for this level. Squad Dynamics - Considering all bar one of the players have only just arrived, I can't expect anything other than what we have here. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - None. Youth Candidates - A good enough intake, with Jacob Gill YP22C3 looking like the best player this year. Finances - As we are an amateur club, we have minimal overheads, so we are in the black. Key Players Lucky Eze YP22F6 - Striker who has hit the ground running. Three games played and five goals scored is a great start. Anthony Lovatt YP22A1 - I expect big things from the versatile defender. Jacob Gill YP22C3 - Playing on the left wing, he has big expectations to live up to. Daniel Thern YP22M13 - The goalkeeper is going to have to win points for the club on his own. Tony Musamali YP22I9 - He will be first choice at right back for the coming season. Next Season I have no idea. I would be satisfied with a top half finish. To only have staff who are former players, but I've only gotten in some coaches and scouts (who have been more or less horrible!).
DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2043/44 SV Babberich League Table - We were always a top half team at best and this was proven by finishing only seventh. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - A tough campaign with lots of dropped points. To be expected, however, following so many player departures in the last two years. TOTO KNVB Beker - We made it through to the first round proper before getting hammered 4-0 away to second tier Noordwijk. Pre Season Friendlies - We only had time for five games, where we won only once. Squad - The quality continues to decline as more and more players are sold. Squad Dynamics - The same as it always is. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - Five more departures, four of them for transfer fees and sell on clauses. Two of the sales were for six figure fees. Youth Candidates - A poor crop this year, though goalkeeper Marc Peeters YP44A353 looks like a fine prospect. Finances - Despite the player sales detailed above, we continue to struggle financially and are still in the red. Key Players Marc Chapman YP36B226 - Another solid season from the goalkeeper. Yordi Koutsocheras YP40J298 - The striker enjoyed his first season as the clubs main forward, plundering 21 goals in his 28 appearances. Fred Evers YP33C179 - The centre back or central midfielder had one of his best seasons to date. Alex Dijkstra YP43A337 - Still aged only sixteen, the central defender had a great campaign. Berkan Yılmazer YP39G279 - The Turkish midfielder played ok, though he is capable of a lot more. Next Season I need to challenge for the top five again. vikeologist
The first of my 'children' to become a manager. Made almost 500 appearances for us. For many seasons he held the record for regen appearances. I miss him every day. He's even going to be in the same division as us, probably just for one season unless he is a good manager, or can become one quickly.

keeper#1
Farnborough January 1, 2026 Update We got off to a really rough start in our first season in the Vanarama National League. We had a serious problem with 1-0 losses where we would concede an early goal and then not be able to break through the opposition's defense. It took a couple of victories in the FA Cup and FA Trophy to turn our fortunes around. I went all-in on the cup games since promotion is not in the cards this season in hopes of boosting our finances through prize money and gate receipts. Oh, this was only an away match. I'd be rolling in the cash. The 70k of TV money is nice but not a substitute for those Chelsea gate receipts. 14 losses and seven of them have been 1-0 so I'm encouraged by our 16th place standing as the calendar turns to 2026. Not only are we not shooting (we are last in the league in shots per game), we aren't scoring. Last year, we were putting away chances. This year, not so much. We spent most of the first half of the season in the passive, wasteful quad. Still need more shots on goal. The defense has been highlight of the season and keeping us in the game most of the time. Just need to put away our chances. Looks like more offensive help is on the way! We, now, have four players with 100 club appearances. Cormac Walsh 23C is our top scorer with 20 goals but he is the only academy product, at the moment, with double digits in goals.
Armeniar
Those figures are gonna make me sick, but our wonderboy Bokungu just signed a deal that should keep him here for six more seasons, plus an option for two more!!!
XaW
Liver Academy - Youth intake 2025 Looks promising, and there seems to be some talented youngsters coming through. Two excellent players and more talents as well. A really talented striker! Going to have a lot of use for him, if I can keep him for long. Our new first choice right winger. Not excellent crossing, but those stats overall are just amazing here. Statistics: Spoiler Quite diverse, but the only new countries are Thailand and Germany. We now have all continents ticked off as well!
XaW
Liver Academy - Season 2024/25 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances We did much better than I had expected now that we are up to tier 9. There are some good teams here, but I still think it was possible to finish even higher this season. We had a horrible patch around Christmas where we went 7 games without a win, and that pretty much ruined any chance we had at fighting for the top spots. We did finish strong though, and this is a very tight league, so we bounced up a bit towards the end and finished in a very decent 7th place. In the FA Vase we beat Oakham United, Cradley Town and Kensington & Ealing Boro before losing to Alfold in the 3rd round. In the North West Counties League Cup we beat West Didsbury & Chorlton, AFC Blackpool, Stockport Town, Wythenshawe Town and Irlam to reach our second final in a row. This time though, we lost to Prescot Cables and finished runners-up. In the FA Cup we beat Shirehampton and Gresley Rovers before losing to Newcastle Town in the 1st qualifying round.

TheGreatTraveler
SC Freamunde Season 8 - 2028/2029 Transfers - Past Positions - Best XI - Youth Intake - Finances Season Summary - 8th A good season, that's for sure, even if it did have a dissapointing end. Despite losing 2.5M-worth Bismark, the team started brilliantly and for the first half of the season we were never more than 6 points from the top. However the second half of the season saw a slight decline which ended with a terrible run of form. Our last four matches where against teams in the bottom five and we still manged to lose 3 of them. All being said, however, I am pleased. Hoping next season is similar, as I'm not sure I'm ready for a promotion push but loved not having to even think of relegation. In the cup we lost in the Second Round to a Second Division side, nothing much to say there. Off the Field Obviously Bismark left in the summer, but in the Janaury we were forced to sell another top youngster in Jose Pedro - YP5d to Portimonense. He had a 450k release clause, but thankfully I managed to sell him for 400k + 200k in appearance fees (10 games) and a 50% sell-on fee so reasonably pleased. Does create some issues as he was our starting left-back and a very good center-back. This summer finally getting the Youth Facilities improved for the first time, gonna cost us a good 1.1M but hoping they help the intakes a bit! We also had a couple of big milestones, as Nuno Casaca - YP0d became our top appearance maker with 165 league apps, while Gustavo Gomes - YP1k became our top league goalscorer with 70. Wonder which one will lose their crown first as they both remain important fist team players. Prospects worth Noting Gustavo Gomes - YP1k (ST/AML/AMR) - Another season as our top scorer despite being rotated more than usual. In total 22 goals and 4 assists from 28 stars and 13 sub-appearances, remains key for the side.. Alexandre Cande - YP3d (AMR/MR) - There was a lot of competition on the right wing at the start and boy did it motivated Cande. Our best player in the first couple months, he ended the season with 5 goals and 9 assists in 33 games. A drop of form, high potential players in his position, and some high salary demands got him out of the team, but he was crucial this year. Big choice on wether to pay him what he wants, or letting his contract expire is awaiting me this off-season. Gustavo Cassiano - (AML/AMC) - The untagged youth was the big development of the season, coming into the side on the left wing after an injury and never letting go. Would have been YP5e, and proved me wrong in not tagging him by getting 5 goals and 9 assists in 30 games. Gustavo Brandao - (DC/DM/MC) - Another untagged youth from the 5th intake (YP5f I guess) to shine, he made his way into the starting eleven in the center of defense and was our best defender without a doubt. 4 goals to his name aren't bad either. Bruno Bolas - YP6a (AMC/ST) - Another season, another 16 goals. Pleased with how he did overall even if he did have a nice 10 hour score-less streak in the middle. Big clubs have started to ask about him, but he still has 3 years left on his deal so unless the board go nuts (or a very good offer comes in) I expect him to stay and lead us. Youth Intake Not great, but better than last year. Have hopes for the tagged players but it may be a little while before they make the team. Really hoping for a top left-back next year. Next Season Hope for another good season, board only want mid-table and I'd be alright with that. Seeing youngsters from intakes other than the 5th develop into first-teamers or large transfers would be good too Edited February 11, 2021 by TheGreatTraveler

Popular Post JLAB
ACN Siena 1904 - 2030/31 Season Review We've finally done it. It took us 10 seasons, we finally got promoted to Serie B after so many years of fighting for the chance to pull it off. The fact that we not only got promoted, we got promoted as champions, won the league by 11 points and scored 100 goals as well, just makes the wait all the more satisfying. The irony that one of our fiercest rivals in Livorno going up with us is not lost on me though, so in Serie B, the plan is to just stay up, while making sure that we finish above not only Livorno, but the other 3 champions that went up with us. The higher level of competition will ensure that our youngsters will get better as well. It's an ideal situation if we ensure we can survive in the Serie B for many years to come. How did we get 100 goals in Serie B? Well, Jack Oliver and Mirco Scarpato were lined up as the two upfront and between them both, they scored 57 goals. So without the 57 goals, we'd only have 43 goals in 38 league games. It was a really good season in this regards, with both strikers breaking our previous record of our top goal scorer in the league which was previous held by Rokas Krušnauskas, who had scored 21 goals and won the top goal scorer award a few years ago. To add things, Jack Oliver was also the best player in the division too, showing just how good he had been with his 44 goal involvement in the league. There was a long spell where if Jack Oliver didn't score we didn't get any points, which was concerning in the earlier stage of the year, but once we broke that duck, we were able to push on and win the league. Speaking of Jack Oliver, he has become the best player in the side now and I will be relying on him for goals along with my other strikers in a system that our strikers seem to thrive in right now. Oliver managed to score 40 goals in 43 games, and claim 10 assists as well, meaning that in just 43 games, he helped with 50 goal contributions. He can still improve, but I'm excited to see how he does in Serie B. Mirco Scarpato become our leading goal scorer of all time in the league. He's gotten 93 league goals in over 220 games. He's not even the best striker in the world, hell, he's not even the best winger we have, but he has still been doing some incredible work for us since I dropped Rokas for him. He's consistently scored 10+ goals every single season so far. I am hoping that this continues. (edit: He's just broken his leg in the next season, so that's not likely to happen in Serie B now) One player that really surprised me with how well he has been playing for us is Roberto Brondi. He managed to score 5 goals and get 14 assists in the league as we won the Lega Pro Girone B title this season, and the year before he scored 12 times and claimed 8 assists, so I know how good he can be at his tender age of 18. The fact he can play as a winger on the right, and an inverted winger on the left, means that he is someone I can 100% use for my various tactics at my disposal. It's a wonderful time to be the manager of ACN Siena 1904. I'm just terrified about our financial situation going forward though, given that we are spending £1.3M on wages in Serie B, but it doesn't seem to be enough to help deal with the financial problems that seem to be developing.

ANGL
CLUB ESPORTIU EUROPA - SEASON 8 (28/29) League table - Best season so far, achieving a fantastic 7th place in Primera RFEF. Started on a nice no-losing strike, so when the deafeats arrived we were 10 points over relegation. Relegation has never been a threat and we weren't close to promotion in all season, so we seated in a comfortable mid-table position. We also made it to the second round in Copa del Rey, where we lost to AD Alcorcón. First team squad - Cristian Prades 3A has been the most rated player for the second season in a row, and I'm happy as I believe I have a keeper for the future here. Also remarkable how distributed the goals have been this season, with 6 players scoring 5 or more and a top goalscorer with only 12. On some other good news, got my first U21 international player! Tiago Costa 5D made his debut with Andorra and has 11 caps so far. I will have problems with him sooner or later, as a BWM doesn't fit much my current tactics, so will have to either re-think them to make him some space or try to get some profit from him. No transfers, and as was expecting lost Edu Nieto 3G on a free because he wanted to play for a bigger club, but what happened after is a nosense: he didn't get any contract offers and retired 9 months after leaving the club. So there he is, a key player for me, with 125 matches, 36 goals and 22 assists, retired Youth Intake - A nigerian, a lesothoan named Badboy and a guinean walk into a bar in Barcelona and... and I don't know, I'm not a comedian and some people say my sense of humour is strange, so I'm stopping here. The preview talked about another golden generation, with a squad showing only some good options. Sergi Fernández and Marc Navarro look like the most promising ones. Club Structure - During the season the board believed that I was doing excellent and that I were the ideal person for the job, so took advantadge of it and asked for improvements on Junior coaching and Youth recruitment. Unfortunately they fear of losing me, so they are not accepting any coaching courses for me.
UnkleTass
ACN Siena 1904 Season 2029/30 Review The cold hard sting of relegation. 20th looks worse than it is because we only got relegated officially on the 2nd to last game of the season. What hurt us was it took us 13 games to get our first win on the board starting out 0-2-11 to a season is a recipe for disaster. We just didn't have enough quality our young bucks were too green. The board however still love me so the project continues and our goal for next year is to bounce back up, but they only expect us to avoid Serie C relegation so should still maintain my job. Only two key players have asked to leave following relegation and I have named a decent price for them although they only agreed to a smidge over their values but I feel no team will be in for them so fingers crossed. I made a mistake last update my left back and goalkeeper were the last two non-regens, but this year it will just be the left back as half way through I said it makes sense to star the young goalkeeper when I knew we were down to prepare him for this year. Smart move as he impressed and will now be key for my bounce back aim Again there rumours this year but nothing materialised. Finances are still bad, maybe I leveraged too early with all the upgrades. No job offers this year and I was refused my final coaching badge the board don't respect me it seems their long serving manager going into my decade year. Britrock
Sarmiento de Resistencia - 2022 youth intake This looks like it might have a useful player or two in it, although I could do without another DM/MC! Popular Post Padders
Season Review 2098/99 Well, what a dreadful league season, which I think the tone was set in the first game of the season, going 3-0 up vs Man City then losing 3-4. I know it sounds crazy but it just seemed to set the tone for the season. Nothing changed in the squad regarding players leaving or morale etc. Just an awful season. As you can see from the posts above, I was very close to the sack but from April onward only lost 2 out of the last 8 BUT We have only gone on won the Euro Cup, going the whole competition unbeaten, beating FC Midtylland in the Final 4-1! This now means I qualify for the Champions League!!!! I need to pick up my league form though................................
keeper#1
Farnborough 2026 Youth Intake What a good looking class. My HoYD downplayed the defenders that he brought into the class but the attackers were as promised. Just about everyone in the class is from Farnborough. The team DNA average is above seven for the first time. The TMP averages are all the best since this save started. Lots of class players who can compete for first team places up and down the intake. Not sure what to make of the low self belief personality. Here's our low self belief personality, he appears to be a good player. Works for the team on the field. Needs some work on his marking and tackling but that's not to be unexpected. Has decent pace for our team...we are painfully slow. Brave and leader. What could cause the low self belief? It has to be something hidden. A good developmental center back who will spend a year or two playing in the youth squad before getting promoted to the senior team as a more polished player. We are pretty set at the center back position so these guys are just gravy to a deep position. Grice can play both the left wing and in the center as the center forward. He's a good passer of the ball which will help because we suck at passing. A nice option to develop in the youth team for a season or two. A passing right-back who can defend but doesn't see the field well. What he makes for in lack of pace, he makes up for in smarts. I can work with a smart player and hopefully turn around that Temperamental personality. Sewell can play on both the right side and in the middle of an attacking line. He gives me a lot of options in terms of swapping players around the line and creating mismatches depending on the opponent. Likes to get the ball and bring it up the field himself which should us in creating counter attacking chances.

I thought 'Mercenary' was also a poor personality trait interesting you have it in green, what's the thinking if I may ask?

I'd say Mercenary is neutral with a positive spin, really. They will have great ambition (a key), low loyalty and low to good determination. So Mercenary depends a lot on how good determination is on the player, for me.

I guess in a challenge like this the loyalty is a double edged sword but good knowledge for me to take going forward. Gracias

Gracias Yeah, for a normal game, I don't care much for loyalty, but in this game, it can have a slight edge to have a high one. Though, I'd rather have a high amb, det and pro, than loyalty! XaW
Liver Academy - Youth intake 2026 Some nice green info, and an attacking midfielder should be good. Not near last year, but still a very good intake. Also nice to see that not everyone is 5 star potential anymore, that means we are becoming better as a team overall. The Dutch midfielder that was promised looks really good. A real playmaker type! Statistics: Spoiler That adds the Netherlands and Estonia to the tally, and some nice spread in nationalities overall.
Britrock
I feel like I'm getting absolutely destroyed financially on this year's game in the lower leagues. In every season I've had I've lost well over £1m a season (both in Argentina and in my other save in Portugal), and only survived because the board occasionally puts £600k into the accounts. It means there's no hope of ever improving the facilities etc and the wage budget slowly trickles downwards, meaning I can't keep a hold of my best players. Is everyone else seeing this or is this an Argentina and Portugal issue? I don't remember it being this bad in previous versions (although it's a good few years since I've properly attempted this challenge!)

I don't remember it being this bad in previous versions (although it's a good few years since I've properly attempted this challenge!) I've been starting to have financial issues in Italy that's become much more noticeable in Serie B, but were rather frustrating in the Lega Pro Girone (Serie C) leagues. I'm not looking forward to the Winter transfer window given that a lot of Serie A teams are eyeing up my best midfielders.
Padders
So annoying, happening all season. Can't get Crepaldi to sign a new contract. He goes from unhappy to happy Offer new contract, give him everything he wants but still won't allow me to offer a salary etc Looks like he off for a free at the end of the season
JLAB
So we had ourselves the Serie C Super Cup between the three Lega Pro Girone Champions, and we finished bottom of the group after we lost 2-0 to AC Reggiana, and beat Juve Stabia 1-0. Reggiana finished top of the group after they lost 1-0 to Juve Stabia thanks to their 2-0 win over us. It honestly wasn't the most important competition we're ever going to take part in, but it still annoyed me to only finish 3rd in this group of champions. XaW
Liver Academy - Season 2025/26 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances We won the league and are promoted as champions! And looking at the final table, it looks quite easy, however Prescot Cables were on our heels most of the season before they had a major crash towards the final 6-7 matches and really dropped off while we managed to keep the form going. We scored an amazing amount of goals this season, mostly because we have two fantastic strikers who are both scoring like they've done nothing else in their lives. I do notice a bit of a worrying thing though, the board is having quite high expectations of us now. They just told me they expect me to get promoted from the nest tier already next season, and.... uh.... that could be hard! I have no idea how much difference it is, but I'm hoping it is quite small this far down the system! If not, then I might have an issue! In the FA Vase we beat Kensington & Ealing Boro, Lordswood and Farnborough Old Boys Guild before losing to Prescot Cables in the 3rd round. In the North West Counties League Cup we beat Wythenshawe Amateurs, Barnton, Bootle, Stockport Town and AFC Blackpool to reach the final, there we beat Warrington Rylands 1906 to claim our second trophy in this cup. In the FA Cup we beat Stowmarket Town, Hackney Wick and Blackstones before losing to Basford United in the 2nd qualifying round.
DazRTaylor
Youth Candidates Season 2044/45 SV Babberich After another poor preview, I am pleasantly surprised at how many decent prospects are here. The best is yet another goalkeeper, a position I don't need, however.
Popular Post Padders
Season Review 2099/00 Into the 22nd century League form a lot better finishing 7th. Lost Super Cup 1-2 to Bayern who then also beat us in the first knockout round of Champions League after winning all 6 group games. Had a last minute equalizer disallowed in the Champions League game Not in Europe next season which I am hoping is a blessing as can concentrate on Premier League Elite Striker Luca Crepaldi finally signed a new contract, two weeks before the end of his contract, had to give him £30m signing on fee though! Have a new wonderkid striker in Tony Perkins who has just earnt his first England cap

Cheers, not even got to half the time it took in FM20! So its a golden generation, no great numbers in any single position, the only positions that aren't mentioned as having no really quality are GK and striker. So, does this mean you might be getting a super keeper and striker???... yet there is no mention of this from your HoYD.

At the lower levels, I believe it to be a positive personality because they want to improve so they can move to a bigger club to make more money. In my mind, that means I can sell them to a bigger club tack on a nice 50% future fee clause and hope the lottery ticket gets cashed if they continue to improve and move to a even bigger club as a result. I don't want perfect players at the lower levels. I want players who want to get better. Mercenaries want to get better.
