Cheez3y
This rule is kinda interesting in the 2nd division of South Africa. (not for youth players) Glad nobody left the team, despite dealing with that. Ofcause 1st division sides are sniffing around every player. Popular Post OlivierL
SC Eendracht Aalst - Jupiler Pro League - Season 5 (2025/2026) Fixtures 1 | Fixtures 2 | Fixtures 3 | Player Stats| Finances |Transfers| Facilities | Best Eleven Finished 8th means we qualify for Playoff 2 . We lost a lot of points during our Europe Conference league adventure. We started 5 points behind nr 4 , Charleroi . 14 out of 18 and we finished first and we have to play for europe agaist the number 4th from PO1. We lost in extra time after playing with 10 since 64th minute.. we end with.. no european football the EL ticket for the cup went to the number 5 of the league.. not to the cup final or european playoff final loser In the Beker van België we lost against Standard, again in the seventh round. In the Europe Conference League we did a really good job by finishing 2th in our group with Bilbao, X , X and beating CSKA Moscow in the first knockout round and then lost against Marseille in the second knockout. This gained us some money . Key Players Burssens is again our best player and had a solid season. Copado, had a very good season with 8 assists. Academy Records Facilities changes Our youth recruitment went from Average to good during this season. Manager Thoughts After a long season with a good European campaign, it is very disappointing that we missed out on European football in the last minutes of the playoff final. For the remainder, I hope to play the playoffs (1 or 2) again next season and get more news about our future stadium.

Good luck, the Hotspurs from Malta have one of the best youth facilities but i think they play one division higher.

Cheez3y
Wits University - Youth Intake 2022 OK, I expected maybe 1 or 2 players which will slot right into the first team. Uff... I dont use wingers atm, so he will be on Mezzala action. Pacy wingback, always handy. 15 flair, 14 first touch and 13 technique. I desperately need strikers and we got two. 15 finishing, 14 heading, 12 jumping and 6'3''? Yummy. Since Wits only had 5 real player, we got a decent chuck of intake players already last season. XaW
FC Novokuznetsk - Season 2021/22 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances The Siberian league... Not the most tempting league to play in, is it? And it's the 4th tier, at least I think so, I've started to question my own sanity through the cold Russian winter. But unlike certain other European leaders, I managed to stick with it and have a good season. Only 18 league matches in the Siberian league, so it went quite fast, and in the end we finished in 3rd place, and just behind the top two spots (first for the promotion and 2nd for the playoff). However, I was pleasantly surprised by finding out that Novosibirsk-M could not be promoted due to being the 2nd team of Novosibirsk. So we got the playoff spot and had a chance for promotion anyway. In the playoff we beat Shexna in the semi final, but lost to Armavir in the final, so we get to stay in this division another year. We didn't play in any cups this season. Youth Not an amazing preview, but since we started with 11 players any players would help, What's not to like from this intake, I can finally have players on the bench! Yury Ponomarev 22n is a very good central midfielder. Possibly best without the ball, but he still went straight into the first 11. U21s: They only played friendlies, most with only greys. Popular Post JLAB
ACN Siena 1904 - 2037/38 Season Review It was on the last day of the season that I found myself with the opportunity to get Siena into Europe for the very first time in the club's history. We went into our last game of the season where we were facing Sassuolo, while Lazio were facing Fiorentina. Lazio won their game 2-0, easily enough, but we had taken the lead thanks to Carlo Musu's first ever goal for the club, with the goal surely enough to ensure that were playing in Europe next season. No, it wasn't to be. Sassuolo managed to score a last-gasp equaliser in the 91st minute of the game to ensure they took a share of the spoils and that Lazio finished above us to earn the right to play in the Europa Conference League next season. It was a heart-breaking way to end, what was still our best season to date. With the team fighting for European football, we had managed to complete our all of the facilities upgrades, which meant that we had the best facilities in all of Italy. Yes, I mean 100% mean this, because nobody has facilities as complete as ours. Still, if only I could convince the board to upgrade the stadium, then we could be bringing in more money if we could convince the fans to come to us for domestic football. Fedele Landi is our best player at the club, but has had an offer from Manchester City come in for him. He's got two years left on his contract, but doesn't have any plans on renewing his contract, claiming that the squad's ability doesn't match his ambition. It's a shame that we could be on the verge of losing our first ever wonderkid this way, but if a foreign club comes in for him, then we can at least hold onto him until January, which is better than losing him altogether.

steve.rush
Sannois SG 2032-2033 Second season syndrome. We were pretty awful all year, conceding 107 goals. We still had a chance to grab the relegation playoff place on the last day but it wasn't meant to be. We were hammered by LOSC Lille in the French Cup Ninth Round. Alban Millet 28a left us in January for Inter Milan but still finished as top scorer. Brendan Bertin 29i had the most assists and Keeper Olivier Kone 26b was our best performer despite conceding 100 goals on the year. Kone, alongside Jean-Pierre Lala 30b and Matteo Lux 26a are our best talents. The sale of Millet in January was probably the turning point but we couldn't hold onto him. The funds allow us to build on the new stadium with an upgrade in Training Facilities due next season too. I am quietly confident we have the ability to bounce straight back.

Popular Post XaW
FC Novokuznetsk - Season 2022/23 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances We had a team more in the division this season, so two more league games compared to last time. The key this time was that we had a full match day squad for every match, that's new compared to last season. I still elected to stay with the same 4-4-2 tactic that worked well last time around. And it was quite successful this time. The whole season were a fight against Zenit Irkutsk for the top spot. In the end we had to concede the title to them, but as we finished in 2nd place we went into the playoff again. We got a bye in the semi final and went straight into the final. There we beat Smena KnA and secured our first promotion! We didn't play in any cups this season either. Youth Much the same as last season, and it's hard to gauge how good it is. Pretty good, but one player stands out. Nikolay Kolosov 23l is something of a jack-of-all-trades. No weaknesses, but not many strengths either. U21s: They only played friendlies. U18s: They only played friendlies. Statistics: Spoiler We got in an Armenian fellow, otherwise just Russians. keeper#1
Farnborough January 1, 2035 Update A lot like last season where the defense was good but the offense was very inconsistent. In the games the offense did score, the defense fell apart. The most common loss was getting down 1-0 early watching the option sit deep and then we push to tie at the end of the game and give up a second goal. Tough to watch. Still happy with sitting in 11th place but we have played couple more games compared to the teams around us. Once they make up those games, we should sink down the table by a couple of slots. A graph showing just how bad our offense is. Less than a goal per game. The good news is we allow just over a goal per game. But we play very plodding football and given that we have stepped up in weight class, I'm not surprised. Almanac Surprises: Canada, Mali, Albania Disappointments: Uruguay, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Jamaica Group Stage surprise teams: Canada falls 3-0 to France, Mail loses 4-0 to England and Albania loses 3-1 to Morocco No massive upsets here. Everything goes to form. Turkey with back to back upsets of Brazil and France advanced to final where they lost on penalties to Germany. Germany needed extra time to win their invasions of Belgium and Holland. Winners: Germany Runners-up: Turkey 3rd place: France 3-1 over Holland 2038 World Cup host: South Africa Soufaine Dghoughi 25A becomes the first player to reach 400 club appearances. Gavin Allen 27I is the third player to reach 300+ club appearances. Duncan Wiggett 32A moves into the top 10 goal scorers with 20 goals. Tafadzwa Mutasa 31A is our only consistent senior international team member. He added a second goal to move into first place for senior international goals with a whopping two. Reece Dukic 33A has become our first promising player as dubbed by the media.

DazRTaylor
Youth Candidates Season 2030/31 Friar Lane & Epworth A much better intake than last year, though it will be a while before any start in the first team.
DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2030/31 Friar Lane & Epworth Season Summary Poor runs in the cup didn't matter as a terrific league campaign ensured the title was won and promotion secured to the Vanarama National League North or South with just one game remaining. Season Details League Table - A two horse race for much of the season, as ourselves and Bury Town fought it out at the top. We only secured the title with one game left. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were very consistent throughout the season and this ensured we won the title and secured promotion to the sixth tier, the Vanarama National League North or South. F. A. Cup - A very poor performance away to Oxford City, who play in the league above us, curtailed any chance of a cup run at the third qualifying round stage. F. A. Trophy - We made it through to the third round before losing away to fifth tier outfit Guiseley. Southern League Cup - A third round exit away to AFC Dunstable was very disappointing. Pre Season Friendlies - Quite a few friendlies played with the usual mix of smaller & bigger clubs played. Squad - Our best players are terrific, though we do lack depth. Squad Dynamics - Everyone is still head over heels in love with everyone else. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - So many players left on loan, plus a handful of free transfer departures. Youth Candidates - A good intake with goalkeeper Neil Partridge YP31A145 looking especially good. Finances - We continue to slide deeper and deeper into debt. Key Players Tom Taylor YP25E53 - He is still scoring regularly, despite playing way above his level. Peter Sokol YP26A65 - The best defender we have by some distance, after refusing to sign a new deal for much of the season, he relented and signed for three more years. Scott Shelley YP25A49 - A much more consistent season from our number one. Zsolt Sándor YP29A113 - The teenage Hungarian Under 21 international has emerged as one of the best players at the club. Kevin Landy YP28H104 - An Irish teenager, the right winger has settled down nicely as first choice. Next Season A nice, safe, mid table position is my goal and anything better would be a huge bonus. JLAB
ACN Siena 1904 - 2038/39 Season Preview If there was one thing that I wasn't expecting at the beginning of the season, it was that two teams coming up would be lower than us in the league table at the beginning of the season, not that they moved from the root of the table after a month and a half of transfers had been completed. You've got to fear for Salernitana and Crotone this season, you really do. Italy have approached me to become their manager for the 3rd time in 5 years, so I really wonder at what point do I just accept their offer to become their manager. Do I go to them after I get sacked from Siena for one reason or another, or do I wait until we've won the Serie A and the Champions League. One can dream, right? Speaking of Italy, the future Italian international footballer Fedele Landi is set to leave us in January to join Manchester City for £27.5M, with the clause that his next move sees us get 50% of the revenue. Whether he actually moves from Man City or not I don't know, but I'm happy that we've got that clause in place so if he was to get a move worth £50M+, we would be able to profit accordingly. In some sad news, the boards of Siena and Tabor Sezana decided to end their link together, so Pavel will be our only gift from their Slovenian team. We did however, quickly find a new replacement in CSKA-Sofia, a team that has found themselves in the 2nd tier of Bulgarian football just a season after winning the 1st tier of Bulgarian football. Isn't it amazing just how quickly things can change for a club? I'm not concerned however, as it means that we can 100% take advantage of this, and I hope to have the clause that we can get youth players from the Bulgarian's club setup turning up in our intakes in the near future. Here's hoping that any who do turn up are actually good.

XaW
FC Novokuznetsk - Season 2023/24 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances After the promotion last season, I had no expectations for what we were going to do, other than try to avoid being relegated back down. And we did survive with a nice margin down to the relegation zone. The level of players are certainly higher here, but not frighteningly so, except with a few teams such as Avangard Kursk and Kaluga. Hopefully we can get in better players going forward so we can establish ourselves here before pushing onwards. Financially we are struggling though, I've had two takeovers so far, and the only thing they've done is take up a loan to cover the debt and then we continue losing much money. Suspiciously, most of the losses are in the "other" category, so I guess that is some form of corruption or scam... It keeps us from getting any improvements though. We finally were entered into the Kubok Rossii this season where we beat Zenit Irkutsk and Novosibirsk before losing to Shinnik Yaroslavl in the 3rd round. Youth What? I mean, what am I supposed to do with this info??? Well this was pretty horrible! I'm not even going to pick out anyone from this intake, because it's quite frankly dreadful at this level! U21s: They only played friendlies. U18s: Our u18s were entered into a somewhat complicated system this season. First they entered into a league system, Russian U18 Division - Moskovskaya oblast Group 9, where they finished 1st and qualified further. In the Group Stage they also finished 1st in Group D to go through to the next stage. The final stage was a knockout round where they lost in the quarter finals to Volgar Astrakhan U18s. Statistics: Spoiler A Belarusian was not very surprising, but the guy from Ivory Coast was. No clue how he ended up in Siberia... Record Breakers: Most goals in a match: Sevada Torosyan - 3 Most goals in a league match: Sevada Torosyan - 3 Most clean sheets in a season: Alexandr Djuldinov - 6 Worst discipline: Maxim Maslov 22h - 14 yellow, 0 red Most league apps overall: Maxim Korshunov - 127 Most league goals overall: Sevada Torosyan - 51 Oldest player: Alexandr Djuldinov - 36 years, 294 days Oldest goalscorer: Maxim Korshunov - 31 years, 30 days Trophy cabinet: Empty
Popular Post steve.rush
Sannois SG 2033-2034 Won the league and back to Ligue 1 at the first time of asking. Form was patchy towards the end but we were well ahead for most of the season. In the French Cup, we pushed moneybags RC Lens all the way to a penalty shootout at home in the Tenth Round Martin Nicolay 29b finished as top goal scorer despite struggling with injuries. HIs attributes don't look too impressive but he gets the job done. Brendan Bertin 29i was the main creator and also pitched in with a healthy amount of goals. Matteo Lux 26a is far and away our best player with Samy Chastang 29c also a standout. We raked in £21m in transfers this year with the sales of Olivier Kone 26b, Mehdi Barth 30c and Jean-Pierre Lala 30b. We also bid farewell to Sannois SG greatest ever goalscorer Julien Sere 22b. He wasn't good enough to make the step up to Ligue 1. Survival will be the target. Popular Post siiriainen
Long time lurker of this thread, going to dip my toes into the challenge with Finland after simming the 2020 season to December 14th. Without further ado, let me introduce you to the newly promoted club... PEPO Lappeenranta otherwise known as PEPO, is a club founded in 1958 in the city of Lappeenranta (pop. 72,679) which is 30km from the Russian border in Southern Karelia and on the shores of Lake Saimaa which is Finland's largest lake and the 4th largest freshwater lake in Europe, making it a big summer holiday destination in Europe. The team itself is nothing to write home about though, spending most of the history playing in the Kolmonen, Finland's 4th tier, until the past decade where they've become established in the Kakkonen (Finland's 3rd tier). Their promotion for the 2021 season into the Ykkönen, Finland's 2nd tier, is their first time playing at this level, but the board for some reason already has high hopes of a mid-table finish despite a pre-season prediction of finishing 10th of 12, so they seem to have an ambitious board at least after sniffing some success. The team's facilities are pretty poor to say the least with below average training facilities and poor youth facilities, in addition to fairly basic academy coaching and adequate youth recruitment. The team plays out of the Kimpinen Sports Centre, an old stadium built in 1939 which holds a capacity of 6,000 and is in poor condition. This is me, the manager, a 3rd generation Finnish-Canadian who does not speak much Finnish at all and has no soccer experience yet for some reason the board at PEPO are taking a chance at. And finally, here is the squad. A rag-tag squad of 12 players. Thankfully most of them are on the youngish squad, although our only goalie/goalkeeping coach, Craig Hill is 32, so hopefully we get a good goalkeeper in our early youth intakes. Also nice to see a fellow Canadian on the squad, who is also our star player. The goal for this first season is to simply survive and to get a decent youth intake to at least be able to fill out our substitution squad. Anything more than that will be a bonus in my book.
Shankly84
Got a few seasons to upload on here but I had to share this. On the brink of getting through the Champions league group stage for the first time and a 95th minute goal stops us. Same happened in the home game against Inter with a 94th minute equaliser, which would of seen us through as well.
witticism
that +1gd tell me this season could've been so much worse. Sure, we caught so many teams on the counter but then we basically allowed them to score willingly. It was exciting but unreliable. Our set pieces were terrible too, Last on Goals from Direct, Indirect Free Kicks and Corners.
