Yes, correct, I already implemented darker boxes for that, I got this one almost finished, finally got pitches with players faces and kits to show as it is a different screen/panel) it's not to replace the previous one I made, but it also shows prior to a match (team briefing panel), some information is maybe double up a bit, but I still prefer this compared to the original panel in my earlier version of the skin: (one box still needs to have content as the opposition report doesn't want to show there.....still working on it, kits don't show either, so enlarged the logo's a bit)

I got the kits working just like in previous versions in my "match in between highlights panel" (the code in it to point to the kit graphics is: file="match/match info overview kits") And the extra xml file needed to get it to work in combination I have attached for you to try.  Not sure if it works for everyone but in mine it works great again

Yes, the code I put here needs to replace any reference to the (non working) home and away kits in the “match panels”. In some this will work, in other screens like in the manager Home Screen this code will also only show white kits unfortunately as it is hard coded in some not to accept player/kits in pitches etc.

When I added the code without the xml file it would show team logo’s, with the xml they show as kits in this screen.

I was happy it still worked with the “old coding” in the 2021 game as it is “hit and miss” basically.

In the mid match and full time review panels the kits should show with the “regular” coding that is used almost everywhere in the panels for team kits.

This concept was created by FLUT so all credits go to him for this. You have copy the kits you use for the “regular screens” in the “logo’s” folder and change some coding so the game shows these “logo’s as front kits. If you download the FLUT skin there is a PDF file included on how to make this work.

Prior you had to download separate kits, now you can use the kits you already have with the changes made

Maybe I don’t completely understand your question.

I used FLUT’s instructions on making logo’s show as kits, so that instead of a back kit and a logo you can have the front, back and logo’s showing.

After that I used Fluts code in his player overview panel and implemented in my own code for the player overview panel.

The coding needed a lot of tweaking as simply copying over code isn’t working as every skinner knows. I had a player overview with only back kit in it and a logo with player face showing. 
Unfortunately just copying in the code didn’t work at all, even worse, when I copied the code to the “player profile” panel after I got it to show correctly in the “player overview panel” it still needed to be recoded even though maybe at first glance the views are “similar”.

So there is no way to copy over a code and plug it in, you need to manually adjust and change the code. See both player overviews and their similarities and it took me another hour of coding to get it to show similar. The background in the player picture overview is an easy fix but the coding of the rest needed a lot more work.

So puting two kits (H&A) would be (drive) space consuming right?

What if you could change it with couple lines of code? ;)

Like alot of the touches here - particularly the side bar detail logo at the bottom - have you managed to work in any of the pre-game formation screens in what you've taken from the old Tad skin as well? I've been trying without success to bring that screen across into FM21!

After I finished up with my skin I decided to have a look at the changed view for "condition/match sharpness" in FM2021. I know some may have a different opinion on the subject but I personally liked the numbers/percentages showing in my team screens instead of the icons.

It wasn't as simple and straightforward as I anticipated, took me some time to figure it out and getting it to show, but pretty happy about the results. In my skin it shows in "team squad", "team squad tactics", "match players bar widget" and in popup when hovering over the players' condition/health. I also read somewhere here that adding condition wasn't possible in "IBH" panels, so that was actually an easy fix,  it doesn't show percentages anymore, but managed to get the icons in there to show.

This shows in "match in between highlights panel" and half time/full time review panels now.

See below screenshots, I put options in the menu so I can select "icon view" (as it was intended for 2021) or the "classic" "percentage" view (2020 and prior).

No selector background and no instant result! I don´t use them!

Brilliant stuff mate. But could you tell us how did you do that? I`m askin` cos don`t like new style and I would like to see old style in my skin too.

It has been really challenging to get it to work and more importantly to KEEP it working. Sometimes I had it showing, made sure I cached the skin and when I closed and restarted the game (with all the same coding in place) it would all  "magically disappear" again, So after many, many hours I got it to work and even when reloading the skin numerous times (as I am still making other skinning changes) it keeps showing as it should.

The forums here and wherever I looked all filled with people who don't seem to get this to work properly. "Tangfu" skin, has the correct coding in it, but I still don't get it to show with that skin loaded, as an example. I also tried FM Nation skin (Maruemon/"Jovovich" here on the skin and it also has the code to make it work in it, one version works, the next version not......... so really no logics to this and hopefully someone from SI can shed some light on this.

These are beautiful tweaks. During the match screen (I assume IBH - similar to your 1st one -, not just the full match report) and for the 2D, how can I use such a solid background? I also prefer a pitch black background and none of the fancy transparency nor empty 3D pitch that the game has, I'd love to use just a plain boring dark solid image as background as you have it. Thanks in advance, you created a lovely skin.

I've been looking for this fix everywhere, I even messed up my personal skin trying to edit this and bring back the percentages! :lol:

I don’t use that skin, but the scoreboard you have looks similar to mine, can you not click on the scoreboard to hide/show the side panel?

Oh my god....stupid me!!! That was the problem....unbelievable!!! So embarrasing!!!! it seems accidentaly i clicked on it and thought it was a bug....Oh god!
