Reset the luck modifer work?

So does reloading fm reset the luck modifier or is that a myth? I mean I've seen many Twitch viewers mention this in many of the FM streamers I watch but does it actually work?

There is no luck modifier, really, there isn't.

Anything random is luck . This game has many randoms . Random fixtures , random weather , random regens etc etc

Correct, but there are no "luck modifier", and thus no way to reset what doesn't exists.

There are just a lot of variables.

There is a randomly generated number that's generated every time you launch the game, but its effects arent anywhere near potent enough to be something you could ever notice. It's like the 'theory' of a butterfly flapping its wings causing a rainstorm 3,000 miles away. "Changing luck" on restarting the game is just an example of confirmation bias.
