I don't understand how to make it look like your screenshot, do i have to change the zoom to 95% I have the skin installed perfectly on 23 but 24 is giving me trouble for some reason

remember that there is a version 1 and a version 2 - the may look different

but a screenshot never hurts and will make it easier to see what you mean and maybe help

in general, it depends on whether the author made personal changes to the font size. if changes were made, you need to search and change the size in each specific file. if no changes were made, then you need to change the value globaly in *.fontxml

Found it, thanks a lot. Had to edit the size in the player attributes panel.

you can try removing the file in  panels/client object/client object browser.xml this should then use the base apperance

HELP PLEASE!! I managed to get background images to show and it worked amazingly I was so happy and then when I finished playing I shut down as usual, next day I loaded in and the font has gone? I managed to re edit the client object file after re downloading the skin from scratch and it worked, shut down and it happened again?!

Every time I close the game and re open it on steam this happens and I lose the fonts and stuff? 

What am I doing wrong, helppp pleaseeeeee

if the client object browser is all you've edited.

 then try and

untick used caching for faster loading in the preferences

clear the cache, lower left corner "reset"

then reload the skin and restart the game and see if things have changed

Thanks for the help man, it’s turned out that while I was editing the skin with the help of the rescource achiever I was using the p file and I just needed to download the zip file and edit that, worked!!!

I always play my games on the tab 'Analysis' with this lay-out. But suddenly the Man Utd-stats keep changing.

I am Man Utd and I always want my team to be on the left, and the other team on the right. But all of a sudden I have to reset this manually every game. 

I don't have this option ticked:



And I already uninstalled the skin and downloaded it again. 

What can I do to fix this?

It won't stay to one side as these panels are home and away stats by default the home shows on the left and the away on the right the only way you'd be on the same side for multiple games would be you've played multiple games in a row as home/away team

I thought so too at first, but this is not the case. The tab did not change with away or home games. It was already more or less a bug in this skin.

When I first used the skin I put my team on the left and it stayed that way, so I am used to it now and would like to see it again. But now - from one day to the next - the tab jumps again.

you can lock it in by removing any other option in the dropdown, so it's the only option there

Thank you for your answer, but I have no idea how to do that. 

For now, it sometimes stays on the left for some matches and then suddenly pops up at the right for no reason. Seems nothing to do with home or away game.

There "has" been issues with panels not remembering how to behave. But that was early on 

i "think" it was fixed or maybe it just started to remember how to behave at some point, so it's not a new thing and it's sadly not something that we have a 100% answer or solution to

 

as you already said, you've unticked "automatically override custom panels" and cleared the cache / reloaded the skin etc - thats basicly the only advice we can give to solve the issue

locking in the panel, requires you to remove all the other options from the the correct file in the match folder, which i don't have the name of as i havnt checked.

but it's a last call solution and personal as you'll not have the option to see any other panels there and would have to be done in both home and away panel, to make sure you have both teams shown at all time

If you know exactly what panels you want on each space, go to the file that controls it and eliminate all other widgets.
It will (obviously) default to the one you want, since it's the only one available.

If you continuously keep changing, it's what was mentioned before, it's an erratic behaviour.

Somewhere in the file that contains the league table, there is an option or was an option, as i changed it in FM23 for the match tablet league table

try and look in the file containing the league table panel selector and see if there is a MLTs="false" or "true" - i believe by all i did was changing that from false to true

i'm not 100% sure as it was something i did for FM23

I am pretty sure this is a "space" issue. If you want to have full names for teams with a long name too then you have to change the width for the league table.

Hello there. Love this skin but just having an issue when playing matches - has just happened today after never having an issue. 

 

When highlights of the match appear, the two side panels remain instead of usually disappearing with the main central content.  Anyone know how to fix this??

 

 

Really want these two panels to be removed when highlights are on. Tried to reinstall but no luck. Also tried some other skins but they are just not the same as this one!

You'd likely need to edit the specific Xmls for the inbox panel then these should be found in the human folder I believe and changed the class used or the colour replacements (red-replacement) on the class I'm not at home at the moment to look at which lines but you're looking for something like <container class="main_subtle_box"

As there are skins that have what you seek,

my suggestion would be to take a look at how it's done there and then make the same changes for yourself.

by and large, xml doesn't require any coding skills. 99% it's just understanding the elementary logic of text markup.

If the skin isn't formatted with a folder and in fmf format you need to use the resource archiver you get with the game (on steam) and extract the skins contents to its own folder but remove the fmf from the skins folder else there will be a conflict as there's 2 skins with the same name in the skins folder

ok, I had a problem this morning, because after opening the zip file in winrar and sending it to the right folder, the game didn't see it, and after many attempts I downloaded the fmf file... and after that I saw... both skins. lol.

Now it works fine

If I hover over the (i) assigned to a club employee (e.g. scout) (1) and change their card to scout knowledge (2), then go back to the list of other employees (3) and hover over the (i) assigned to one of the suggested employees for hire again, the view reverts to the default "attributes" tab and the "scout knowledge" that I want is not saved.

Normaly it can be done by adding save_session_state="true" to the Tabbed container and it would remember your last tab clicked

But i've never be able to make it work for the player popup, maybe something else is needed for that,
