XaW
Are you rotating the players enough? Have a look at the fatigue of players in the medical centre, there the staff will let you know how likely they are to get an injury. If your players have a high natural injury proneness and are not rotated, it's often only a matter of time. Of course, you can get unlucky at times, but if it happens often, I'd pay more attention to what the medical staff says.
gunner86
It’s also worth getting the best Sport Scientists you can attract/afford as they are the people tasked with working on injury prevention.

santy001
It is likely to be tied in some way to how hard you're pushing the players. My part time team who don't play too demanding a tactic with no effort into sorting medical staff had this:
dave7867
yeah i rotate but that also causes issues because kane and osimhen were injured i was left with tel as the striker which was great but he started moaning of lack of playing time which was weird, 14 league games 10 starts also 3 subs apps 11 goals, 6 CL games 5 starts 1 sub app 7 goals and 3 cup games 3 goals but wanted more game time? priority76
Go part time. You'll be practically injury free all season.
