    I played with this tactic on fm19 (i don't know how it works on 21,22 or 23). And i had very good results with not the best players. It's not a cheating tactic. But a well balanced tactic.

    Ok so, how you set up a mid-block or low-block correctly? For me it's just logical that the game favored high block and more pressing. Because be proactive with the ball or without give you more chances to win.

    Maybe i will untick Prevent short GK distribution to be more compact , Work ball into box to be more dangerous, Be more expressive to be a little more disciplined. Change the tempo to normal to be a little more direct, the higher press to a mid-block for again, be more compact. And maybe a little idea for the roles, the Fb-su into IBW su to close the gap leave by the MEZ-at. Of course, it's just theory.

    I already read this on your site. And it was brillant. I'm a little disappointed because i'm still on fm 22 and the stats are not the same. But it's brillant. By the way, i played with your possession stuff, and it work on fm 22. I just need to have better player, i think. But great work.

    You change roles because your players or the preset roles are not what you like. It scares me to touch the preset roles. In my mind,if it like this,it's for a reason.

    The player used a tactic, and his team win everything with. All competitions ect... But it don't mean that in YOUR save, you will win everything with this tactic. Because it depends a lot of things. You don't play with the same club, the same players. And maybe you don't play the same way.

    Maybe i can't say that i was not influenced for win in this game. But with more hours, played this game, i prefered when it's logical.

    I'm sorry, but i would like more informations on your set up. Why you choose theses roles and duty? Can you share your "special attention" on the opposition instructions? And finally, more infos on the others tactic used...The more attacking and the "Park the bus". It's a lot. Sorry. Thanks.

    Do you think that it can work with different setup (442,4231,433...)? Is there any reason why you change your team instruction in possession? Thanks

    You know what... Stop all this. When confusion meets frustration it doesn't very good. There's people to explain you how it work and other people too but with different answers and visions. What you want to see in the football and how it can be implent in this game. That's all. Maye you will lose because the tactic or the players. Or both... But it's the most important thing, if you fed up, stop.

    Lot of passing option free? Not so much. I hope you got good players in attack. But i like the set up, problems maybe with too much support duty. I dont know.

    If i may, On FM22, be careful i think lower tempo is much lower tempo.

    I love the set up. Really. I don't know why it doesn't work. Maybe i will change the "out of possession". High line of engagement and much higher defensive line. To be more compact. Untick stay on feet. To be more competitive on challenge. But it just theory.

    I'm ok with the Ajax development. The training is not so different. But we can also imagine a focus on every players and not only on the futur stars. But it was a real great moment. ( With the tactic too).
