Cherno More (Black Sea) is a good choice - they seem to produce a decent number of talented players in my saves - although I'd probably have gone with the Dominican Republic or Surinamer teams, because how cool would it be to get a good youth player from either of those nations?

I don't really know if FM makes good Suriname/Netherlands newgens but that would be cool!

From my experience that would make most newgen players dual nationals (English/Russian)

They are hardcoded in the database to get dual nationality newgens, though you can emulate that with a city that has a foreign "local region" set in the pre-game FM Editor

Pérolas Negras (Brazilian lower leagues) generates Haitian newgens if I remember it right

Not necessarily, Jimb O'Kav showed on his Gibraltar Youth-Only topic that youth intake previews sometimes deviate from the actual youth intake

The problem with youth intakes is that, unless you're playing with a very unorthodox formation, you need at least 2 centre-backs. Still the probability of CBs coming through the intake is the same as other positions. I'm not even mentioning that makes you play the rubbish CBs you should've dropped because there aren't enough CBs from the intakes in first place.

And to clarify a point raised above, only Football Manager 2021 for PC/Mac is available with an Early Access. All other versions (such as Touch and Mobile) will be available on their full release dates.

Since they are back to the Championship, bringing Coventry back to the Premier League and trying to achieve something special with them would probably be my plan. Also there's traditional Italian sides that have achieved promotion last season, they would be nice too.

Sounds like a good idea, go for it! You'll need custom game files for the unplayable countries and São Caetano since they currently play in the 4th division though.
