Season 1 2024-25 End of Season Review It was a solid season which started off poorly. We were in the relegation zone in the first part of the season so I needed to change tactics which lead to much better results for the rest of the season. Losing the last 4 games of the season meant we fell down the table a little but still met expectations of a midtable finish. FA Cup Results FA Trophy Results We had a fairly stable squad with few injuries which was fortunate and we had just enough depth to cover when needed. How we lined up Our best players were the starting wingers, 16 year old Jordan Swan and Brad Jackson. Our top scorer was Ewan Bange who started the season as third choice striker but established himself in the team when given the chance. Our main keeper for the season became 16 year old Kean Quansah. He wasn't great but better than the 20 year old keeper I started the season in goal. Midfielder Josh Hancock scored vital goals from central midfield There were, of course no transfers in but a few out unfortunately. I was able to complete my Nation C and B licences and I am currently studying towards my National A licence. Mahzun Savas Profile There were no upgrades as the clubs financial position was not good enough. Hopefully that will change. Next Season Jordan Swan refused to sign another contract and it will be a big blow to lose him. Our back up left back has retired and club captain wanted a totally unreasonable new contract so will leave the club as well. That means we have a first XI that is quite reasonable but will rely on the new intake plus a couple of players from the 2023/24 intake as back up, Still I will be disappointed if we do not improve on the 16th place from this year, a playoff spot may not be realistic but one can dream,

Radcliffe Season 1 Youth Intake An very good intake. Excited to have a DM, RB and DC as elite talents as those parts of the squad need reinforcements. Interesting mix of nationalities with Nigerian, Norwegian, Bulgarian, Gambian, French, Northern Irish and Kosovan players.

ReinMeer Aomori FC END OF SEASON REVIEW - SEASON 1 - 2024 I was not very confident going into the season but a strong start, stronger middle and end meant we rose to 1st place by half way during the season and did not fall from there. It was a season of high scoring games but we kept winning these games, quite few by scores of 5-4 and 5-3. Part of the reason for this is my positive 4-4-2 diamond tactics and part because our attacking players are simply better than our defenders. Six players scored 10 or more goals. Star Player I had many players who did brilliantly during the season but start player was advanced forward Hibiki Wada Transfers There was one transfer in which was organised before I got there and I could not cancel. I put him in the reserves and he played no games for me. My Profile I was able to start on a coaching course towards the end of the season

ReinMeer Aomori FC Youth Intake A very poor intake which is to be expected given the youth recruitment and junior coaching is at very low levels. No elite or top talents. The pick of the bunch is probably attacking midfielder Tsuneyasu Matsuzaki while striker Musashi Nishioka might not be totally hopeless. Still all the players from this bunch will only play as a last resort

ReinMeer Aomori FC Mid Season Update Half way through the season and we are top of the league by 5 points. We are scoring slightly more than 3 goals a game and conceding just less than 2 goals a game so high scores have been common. The goals have been shared around between attack and midfield with our top scorers have 12,10, 8,7,6 in the league.

I received a youth intake preview which means I am going to get a youth intake which is good. However it looks like there is not going to be many useful players in the intake as it is only an average intake at best.

I hate the ReinMeer board, they will not do anything I ask them, no coaching course, no junior coaching, no youth recruitment. It is going to be pretty hard to do a youth only challenge if they will not give me some upgrades so I can get a youth intake. Anyone else having this problem? What can I do to change their mind? EDIT: I decided to ask for something different and see if they would agree and they surprised me by agreeing to find an affiliate. EDIT 2: At last they did it, they improved junior coaching so I guess I get an intake now.

We have a problem. The squad is unhappy with a team talk I gave. The only problem is I did not give a team talk. I used instant result and left the game to the staff.

Too late for me to take a screenshot like you suggest. I tried to terminate his contract but the board would not let me so I have put him in the reserves and I am not using him. Had a good start to the season winning 3 of the first 4. However the squad are not happy with the squad depth especially at CB. I am not happy with the CB situation either but little I can do about it.

In my save with ReinMeer there was a player joining whose transfer I could not cancel. He has now joined on February 1st, and would be my best LB. Am I allowed to use him or do I need to get rid of him?

I think my time managing Portugalete is coming to end at my choice. The board has decided to revert to semi-professional which stinks. However the club was losing a massive amount of money so it probably should not have been a surprise. Also I will have less staff. On top of that I have lost 4 key players, 2 to retirement and 2 which refused to sign with me. My defence is exceptionally weak now although attack is strong.

Season 24/25 End of Season Review Portulgalete It was a season that started so well and ended so badly and with a loss in the last game of the season I failed to meet the expectation of a midtable finish. The board currently are disappointed in me and give me an E rating. Will I survive for a second season? I doubt it. League Table Schedule Star Players My best two players were midfielder Gonzalo Zorilla, who finished with 13 goals and 7 assists, and striker David Nates who scored a remarkable 28 goals in 33 games. A mention also goes to the consistent 16 year old Inaki Goni who played the whole season at DM and while he was only okay he provided a serviceable option in a midfield with very few options. He has a lot of potential and should become a very good player for the club.

My youth intake came through, described as a poor intake it certainly was not poor. 4 elite talents and 8 top talents meant a very good intake with some players I desperately need.

I received a message saying I had repaired the clubs financial damage Only problem is the club has a huge amount of debt so no financial damage has been repaired that I can see. Not sure what I am supposed to do about the debt.

My intake preview says I am going to have an excellent intake. The list of positions is not so promising and I would rather get almost any other position coming through as an A rather than wingers. I really need central and defensive midfielders but that does not seem to be happening. Overall the season started off brilliantly and we were even first in the early stages however things have turned around and I have lost 5 games in a row and have slipped out of the playoff positions. Expectations are only midtable finish so I am still doing well but need to find a win quickly otherwise I will fall down the table and be under pressure.

I believe staff nationality, especially manager nationality, can effect the nationality of players in the intake such that you get a player or two of that nationality.
