  1. We face Uthongathi in the preliminary round of the South African cup. We are doing well this season, and I hope our form continues.
  2. We lost our first game after a five game unbeaten run. We always show a sense of fight and purpose when we play and that is what I like about the team. Let's hope that the upcoming games are also very good and we perform well.
  3. 4 wins in a row in the league, it propels us up the table and I am really happy about it. Also Shaun Wood is going to Rosenborg for 40k in the January transfer window.
  4. Our losing streak continues and we are not doing enough in defense to keep the goals out, we need wins as soon as possible.
  5. Lehlohonolo Kapowezha has joined Black Leopards on loan from Polokwane City. Gift Jonkers has joined the club on loan from Royal AM. Luyanda Davids joined the club on loan from Venda FA. We got our first loss of the season, and now we need to get our first win.
  6. Phumlani Ntshangase joined Black Leopards on a free transfer. Breyton Cleophas signed for Tshakuma for 11.25k pounds. Mika Chiloane signed for Luka Ball Controllers for 5.25k pounds. We also played the opening league game of the new season and we got our first point on the board.
  7. We have signed four players on free transfers. Sibusiso Mboweni, Rowen Van Vuuren, Thato Khanye and Azola Jakalashe have all joined Black Leopards. I am delighted to welcome them all. Also Sweden won Euro 2028 on the save.
  8. We have made a few transfers in the new season. Kyle Nene has come from Magesi FC for 41.5k pounds. Bonolo Seeco has gone to Mikhado FC for 1.2k pounds. Siyabulele Mthembu went to Cape Town Spurs for 12k pounds. Neil Boshoff went to Swallows FC for 12.25k pounds.
  9. We survived relegation in the league and we finished 14th in the league, just above the relegation zone. We also lost in the final of the South African Cup against Kaizer Chiefs. I am very proud of this Black Leopards side for making it to the final of the competition and we had the necessary fight required to avoid relegation. So yes, we have made an impact on the side. Unfortunately for them, my former side Pretoria Callies got relegated from the division and we eventually survived at their expense.
  10. The battle to avoid relegation continues but then we have reached the final of the South African Cup. I am so proud of this team, we are fighters, no matter what we never quit and we always fight till the end. This is the quality I have admired the most in this team and regardless of what happens this is my best stint as manager, nothing can quite beat the excitement of coaching this Black Leopards side.
  11. Regardless of what happens this season, I just want to say one thing, this Black Leopards squad is the best squad so far I have possibly coached, I know I managed Lille on this save and they have better quality players, but the buy in from the players, the balance between attack and defense means that my philosophy is working and yes even when we were losing and drawing games, I could see potential in this team, and right now we can finish the season strongly. We have also reached the semi final of the South African Cup and we will be facing Richards Bay in the semi final.
  12. We won our first league game and I am so happy that we did because now we are showing some fighting spirit and it is proof that my team has some talent. I have one of the best strikers I have ever coached called Shaun Wood and I hope his goals along with Sherwin Abrahams' goals bail me out at the end of the season. We are also in the quarter finals of the cup with Black Leopards and we will face Maruma Gallants in the cup.
  13. Well you know what, we are showing that there is certainly some talent in this team, and we can now win games, we just need to translate this form in the league to escape relegation. I have hope that this Black Leopards side can do some damage and go on an end of season run to stay up in the league. We progressed through to the next round in the cup as well.
  14. We got our first win as manager of Black Leopards and I am delighted with it. Although it was in the cup, it is a huge confidence boost to the team. We will also face TS Galaxy in the next round of the cup.
  15. Few transfer deals have been done. Puleng Maphutha has come on loan to Black Leopards from Uthongathi. Morne Hlabisa has come on loan from Sundowns. Tyrique Mokoena has come on loan from AmaTuks. Bongumusa Ndlovu has joined on loan from Stellenbosch FC. We are on a decent run of three draws in a row and hopefully we can turn these draws into wins.
  16. A flurry of transfer deals have been done. Dumisani Ndwandwe has gone to SuperSport United for 10.75k pounds. Thabiso Msane went to Ubuntu Cape Town for 1.6k pounds. Siyabonga Ndlovu has come to the club on loan from Maritzburg United, Sizwe Chuene has come on loan from Chippa United and Paul Xaba has come on loan from Cape Town Spurs.
  17. Andrew Tom has gone to Uthongathi for 3k pounds. Sifiso Mvalo went to Golden Arrows for 5.75k pounds. Wandile Hadebe went to Acornbush United for 0 pounds. We finally got our first point on the board since being in charge at Black Leopards and we have a long way to go.
  18. We need a Sean Dyche-esque turnaround here at Black Leopards where we collect enough points and grind out results, we look fragile at the back and we need to tighten the defense. We also face Mikhado FC in the next round of the cup and Thabo Mothae has come to us on loan from JDR Stars.
  19. We lost our opening game as manager of Black Leopards. Mswati Mavuso went to Richards Bay for 5.5k pounds. Sanele Buthelezi went to Orlando Pirates for 68k pounds.
  20. We now have a new job, I left Pretoria Callies after just over a year in charge to join Black Leopards in the South African First Division, the same division we are at with Pretoria Callies. I am very happy to take this job and this is what the Black Leopards squad looks like.
  21. We have been knocked out of the South African Cup by Uthongathi, I have received another couple of offers to leave the club, one by a Czech Republic based second division team called Opava and Black Leopards, a club in the South Africa first division, the current division we are at with Pretoria Callies.
