    So, we got our first win of our spell at KFUM Oslo and I am delighted. We looked like we were going down with a whimper but the players responded brilliantly and it is up to me and them to prove that we have what it takes to stay up. Also the New Zealand squad has been decided for our friendly against Kuwait.

    We signed a number of players on deadline day to boost our chances of staying up. We signed Kevin Conboy on a free transfer. We sold Jorgen Hammer to Jerv for 8k pounds. We bought Kevin Lafrance and Wayne Arendse on free transfers and we signed Ludvig Langrekken from Kongsvinger for 9k pounds.

    Ricardo Cifuentes has joined the club from Tigres de Colombia for 21.5k pounds. Eduard Montoya has moved on loan to VIL. Gileno Pansera has moved on loan from Xanthi. Also we lost another game.

    Here are how some of the things that have happened. Antonio Marcial (not Anthony Martial since he has retired) has joined on loan from ATP. We played the first two games of the season. We drew one and lost the next.

    Carlos Ortega has come on loan from Deportivo Cali to OES. Marcio Augusto has gone on loan to YPI. Joshua Bardales has come to OES from Municipal for 47k pounds. Fernando Torri has moved on loan to OES from Instituto. Fabiano Josue has joined OES for 29.5k pounds from Inter de Limeira. 4 signings that we have made, hopefully they work out.

    Jon Sporn has joined from Celje for 56k pounds. Fredrik Dahl has moved to Lugano for 12k pounds. We had two back to back defeats as well.

    We have got off to a steady-ish start at KFUM Oslo. We are still bottom of the league so we need to re-evaluate our situation if it gets untenable. Robin Rasch has gone to FC Nordsjaelland for 77k pounds and Sebastian Pedersen has joined from Moss for 3.6k pounds.

    Lincoln has signed for CRI for 650k pounds. Gonzalo Cabrera has come in from Ctral. Cordoba for 12.5k pounds. We will also face COR in the quarter finals of the Sao Paulo State Championship.

    So I have taken a club job as well in Norway, and it is KFUM Oslo. I will leave the New Zealand job in January. This is what the squad looks like.

    A number of deals have been made, lot of transfers in and out. Luis Alvarado has moved on loan to Universitario. Alonso has moved on loan to OES from Sporting Lisbon. Val has moved on loan to YPI. Ronald Vigo has moved on loan to Jose Galvez. Max has signed from BOT for 325 pounds.

    We have taken the New Zealand national team job. We are ranked 102nd in the world. So let us bring them up and make lemonade out of lemons. We have the capability of shooting up in the world rankings. We just need to be patient. This is the squad btw.

    Hello everyone, this is a new save I have started on Football Manager 2023. The premise of the save is to take a club as far as I can, till the point I get sacked or get a job interview from another club. There is an element of a journeyman save like feeling, but it is more related to a Kevin Keegan-esque ambition to be the best club we can possibly be.

    Alanderson joined from FLU for 475 pounds. Jociclei joined the club from VDG for 14k pounds. OES have qualified for the quarter final of the Sao Paulo State Championship.

    Cebolinha has gone to PON for 59k pounds. Paulo Romario has joined Sao Bernardo on loan. Marcio Augusto has joined BRP on loan. We also got knocked out of the Brazilian Cup by Brasiliense, and we got a win in one of the games we played.

    We signed Jose Leon on loan from SPT. We also signed Carlos Restrepo on loan from Independiente Santa Fe. We also face Brasiliense in the second round of the Brazilian Cup. Diogo Henrique has gone on loan to Isloch. We also signed Ronald Vigo from Cantolao for 105k pounds.

    Luis Alvarado has joined OES from Cristal for 240k pounds. Matheus Eduardo is moving on loan to AAC. Oscar Bonjour is signing for ITU for 150k pounds. Matonense is going to Mirassol on loan.

    Bruno Bonfim has gone to Ferencvaros for 475k pounds. Cebolinha has gone on loan to Brasilense. Marcos Espinoza has joined OES for 140k from Universitario. He will come in August. Also we lost the game against Santos.

    Vandinho went to Columbus for 250k pounds. Ilan has extended his loan from VIT. And we will be facing Floresta Esporte Clube in the Brazilian Cup first round. My wages have also gone down from 5k pounds to 3.3k pounds. When I took the OES job, I effectively took the job which will offer me the highest wage at that moment, since I was unemployed for nearly 5 years. Also I received a job offer from Fylkir which I declined because of the wages on offer.

    These are the results in the Sao Paulo State Championship and the Brazilian Cup. Also Julio Cesar and Carlos Junio have moved to Shenzhen for 1 million pounds and 450k pounds respectively. And Fylkir have offered me a job interview.

    A very bad season overall. We finished bottom of the league. My return to management has not been good so far. I am here hoping for better times.

    I will stay at least until June and do something to negotiate a new contract. Unless the board have other ideas.
