The servers might have just been temporary down when trying to join. An additional thing to try would be to send the save to one of your friends so they become the host?

Could you please send us your achievement info file, which can be located: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\Logs We've investigated your save and see something called 'save 1' in your 'Database Changes' is this a custom database per chance? Could you please remove this file and start a new save and try to unlock an achievement. Our internal testing shows no issues with trying to unlock the achievements you mentioned above.

    Hi @crarfc the 23.4 database got overwritten. So the 23.4 database includes the China update changes.
