Hello, we've had a look at your save file. The reason these issues are occurring is because you have a heavily edited custom database.
You will either need to remove or edit these custom files to fix your problems, thank you.

Hello, can we ask the host of the save to check their online preferences by clicking on FM menu button > preferences > online preferences.
Then change the preference to either friends only or anyone. Create an easy name for the lobby so the clients can search for it. Also make sure every user is on the latest version of the game. If you are doing cross play make sure all users have enabled cross play permissions.
