  10. Hi, can you first try verifying the game files. Open the Epic Games Launcher. Click Library. Click the three dots or right-click on the tile of the game you want to verify. Select Manage from the drop-down box. Click Verify. Also, can you try clearing the launcher web cache. Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking on the system tray icon in the bottom-right corner, and then click Exit. Press Windows key + R and type “%localappdata%” to open a File Explorer window. Open the Epic Games Launcher folder. Open the Saved folder. Click the webcache folder, and then delete it. Restart your computer and start the Epic Games Launcher. Hope this helps.
