The white tigers were overwhelming relegation candidates (450:1) but managed to stay above the rim. Thanks for the advice @Johnny Ace the last matches I tried to outscore other teams because the offense is stronger than defense. We conceded 91 goals but scoring 65. Youth prospects were claimed as a golden generation but non of them are ready for first team. Is there a chance for development despite the poor training facilities? Did your prospects develop down in the lowest of leagues? Here is my best: CD Matthew Southern. My other defenders are not the best in the air, he can be of help. Chris Basford looks interesting, good anticipation, balance, technique and team work. A DLP (?) With better tackling he'd play as CD. But slooooooow He could play almost every role maybe a BPD (?) Season review: We managed a 19th place which is a big achivement due to being huge relegation candidates. We conceded 92 goals but also scored 68 but luck shined upon us as with xG we would be relegated. Our attacking trident has been the key for our successful campaign. In the back we have our marking 4 NCBs which allowed the high amount of goals. My Boss doesn't want to lose me which is why he won't nurish my coaching qualifications.

Hey guys, anybody willing to share his/ her beginning tactics? I am struggling so heavy and @Johnny Ace just won the league first season.

I’m not good at it either. Seems everyone fights for promotion first year but me PS would really appreciate to see some of your tactics you used in the first years. I am messed up with my 523/ 532 even with six players behind the ball I get crushed. I have 80 goals conceded…

@Johnny Ace does it work with Marking 4 and passing 5 guys?

I played a lot of games recently and it was tough. I was looking for help everywhere and found it on dictate the games which gave me just the edge needed to stay above the line. It was a long hard 12 matches without a win and turned into a 5 matches without a loss run. Youth intake looks promising, the usual exellent intake but it's still a few weeks until I get some players to watch. That’s an experience I did as well and it was astonishing. Actually I am in the youth only challenge and have players with passing 3 or marking 4 and something and I again rely on this tactical approach because numbers are mostly not that relevant. That’s great! but @Cleon the 3rd evolution of the tactic seems a bit too demanding for my 16 years old and I progress with the 2nd version. I read everything again but this time with the experience. That’s great. Did you had issues with defending too when you were in the Beginning with Ibis and how did you addressed them?

@Johnny Ace did you used this formation at the Beginning of the youth challenge when your players were just awful like 4 marking or 3 passing?

Great read @Johnny Ace always helpful! I’m curious how my 433 in the youth challenge will work out. Sadly the friendly matches are not a big forecast. I set up with three DM to pack people in front of my back four and put all striker in AM to give a compact shape. It doesn’t work out well … need to redesign.

Earl of Grey Pre-Season has been decent so far. I got along with the lads and developed a tactic which hopefully brings out the positive of my players. Owain Jones doesn't like to be hugged but that's okay. We all have to become white tigers we aren't there yet. Sadly It's a bit large (how do you guys work your images?) A lot will depend on my attacking trident, they're all 12 and above in ACC and PAC. Jones Greenslade and Kelly will feed and they are feeding themselves too, well on paper. Wow this is absolutely amazing! Thumbs up for all of you this is the true challenge. I have some questions though: It‘s still possible to join? does the league matter? I believe only non playable leagues are allowed, how do I get them? Are some of the countries already finished? I‘d only read 20 pages though. thanks much!

Just promoted my Hoyd into Technical Director. Had three good youth intakes in the first seasons but the last were crap. But I like having Patrick Kluivert around and promoted him. He is only fairly ambitious but has great abilities. Now I switched to an unknown resolute one who isn’t a coach like Kluivert but a good hoyd hopefully. Thought about a great spirited one but decided for resolut because of professionalism and determination. The model profs and citizens are out of reach. Did anybody had a spirited one? What are good names you had?

Just checked on Lewis Travis he is a hell of of BWM or B2B player. If playing with DM then a SV could be an option. if you play a 4141 wide for counterpress, I’d play him in MC as BWM or B2B together with a more crest player.
