Also, foreigners in Sunderland for example, learnt the local dialect first and not English? Correct?

What if you load every single league? can you still play?

They have partially fixed it now and included in the latest hotfix (1.3). It's save game compatible. Still not 100% fixed apparently.

The game is currently ONLY generating newgens from Playable leagues. Makes saves longer than 3-4 years impossible.

SI are aware of it and working on a fix apparently.

The game is still a bit too easy compared to FM20 (which wasn't very hard either). 

Tip: Download the Better AI Managers mod. Increases the difficulty a bit.

Edit: I use no custom tactics or in-game editor. Hardly use player search either.

I'm getting the same results as you, although full game a bit better than the beta.

I got 116 points in the championship with Watford (new record) first season, then finished 5th in the Prem year after. Gave up after that and moved to Leipzig where I'm taking Dortmund and Bayern to school three years in a row.  Only place I struggle (and where it's realistic) it's in the latter stages of the UCL. Getting knocked out in the quarterfinals typically. 

My quick fix is that away teams need to start playing better.

Funnily enough, Brazil seems to be one of the few View-Only nations in my save that is still producing newgens at scale.

If it's the latter, the save is kinda screwed of any realism.

I downloaded this file in April/May for FM20 but aborted the save about half a season in - squad view was like the emergency room on a saturday night! Everyone got injured all the time.

I love all your other mods but this one didn't work for me. Or maybe I was just unlucky, I managed Sunderland after all...

Sure, after 2,5 years of playing and training some of Watford's good young players, they have turned into really good players. But they are not elite or world-class and there are 10 teams in the Prem that have whole squads of those type of players. I have 4-5 on the verge and the rest 3 star players. 

All I'm saying is that compared to FM19 and FM20, the beta is way too easy. Mostly because away teams suck I think.

I like the new ME a lot, finally it looks like real football. But I find the beta way too easy as well.   

Watford save:

1st season - No money at start. Won the Championship and broke the points record. Lost two games in the league.

2nd season - Finished 4th in the Prem with the same squad essentially.

Current season - Invested 100m and sitting 2nd after half the season and topped my group in the Champions.

I'm not using any custom tactics or overpowered 3-man attack or anything. 4-1-4 straight out the box on Positive at home and Cautious away. Started at National reputation and Continental A license.

Away teams are trash in the beta. Very common they have 0 chances against me at home. They need to improve away team play for the full release.

Also, another thing that makes the game too easy is that despite my crazy overachievement and surplus of wonderkids, I've had one unsolicited bid in 2,5 seasons. That's not realistic. I should have been raided by now and have a squad of grumpy entitled brats who all want new contracts or move on to bigger pastures. But no, very little of that so far. 

The above would have not been possible on FM20 (which was already too easy).

Haha, Adam Armstrong got 37 (!) first season in my save. Then fell off a cliff season 2.

Also finding it very easy - broke the points record in The Championship and now 4th in the Prem with Watford following season.

So yeah, a bit too easy.

[Player Ratings a bit iffy]

First off, what a great game compared to FM20. Which was already very good. New Match Engine makes all the difference.

But I suspect something is a bit off with Player Ratings for the gamer in the beta. Competing teams and other leagues seems fine.

I'm currently sitting 4th in the Premier League with Watford after 29 games (21/22) and I'm absolutely killing it. Yet my best (average) rated player is Mark Navarro at 7.02 - the majority of players sitting between 6.75-6.99.  Also, my keeper is outstanding compared to the league average, yet his average rating is not in the top 10 amongst GK's in the league. 

In general I would say that my player ratings are off by about 0.2-0.3 compared to the other AI players.

Another issue related to ratings possibly is that despite my crazy overachievement, no clubs are interested in my players. This is not realistic.

I have the same issue. It's 2031 and I'm in my most enjoyable save ever, but the vast majority of newgens from Scandinavia have English names and also frequently occurs in Belgium and Holland, also noticed in Austria.

Guessing there is no fix to this?
