Do you have a save game from just before the offer comes in at all? We've never been able to get an example of this happening provided to us so its the kind of issue we would really appreciate having a save file where it does happen to investigate further. Autohoratio has hit it spot on with this one. You would only receive 40% of any amount above 600m KR. There is a separate clause for % of next sale.

Would you be able to record what is happening so we can see what is in place so far and try to get a better understanding of why this is happening? You can use a tool like OBS or some other screen recording software or a camera. In regards to adding the file, a guide on sharing your files is available here:

When there is a bug in the match engine, it can be fairly simple to see what it is - for the sake of argument long balls in behind. That situation might arise because of multiple different factors however and identifying as many as possible maximises the chances of getting a meaningful resolution. Changes made in the match engine have knock on effects which need to be tested and reviewed, I appreciate it can be frustrating to wait.

Thanks for coming back with some more information. If there are additional screenshots you'd like to provide to demonstrate this that is always appreciated. The more at a glance readily available information does tend to make it easier for our QA team.

Are you using a custom skin at all? What was the situation at the time in the game as once a player gets injured normally you would be taken directly to the tactics screen.

I can't see the pkm's myself but its worth mentioning that interfering with play does count in the offside rules. Our QA team will investigate the pkm's you've provided further.

Thanks for providing an additional example Zewlson. It helps because with how the AI works understanding the sequence of events that result in a player making these kinds of decisions enables the QA team to identify what is going wrong. The ME is an area under active work and certainly we're not prioritising it lower than any other area.

Attribute masking is an option you can enable/disable at the start of a save. You would need to have this option ticked: Once the save has started this cannot be changed.

Stuttering Match engine

After a provisional review it would be beneficial for the QA team to see this in action such as through a recording. Whether that be on your phone, screen capture or otherwise. It's difficult to diagnose what the cause may be without being able to see it in effect, what points its happening at and such. If you can get that it would be a tremendous help, should the clip be too large to attach to a post a guide on how to share your file is available here:
