  6. It would be good to understand what has made you think it may be the skin you're using. It's possible just having more information always helps on our side. Have you since tried it without the skin and its behaved differently?
  7. There can be some variance I believe from initial assessment to the point the players actually come through but our QA team will take a look and see if this is something that may be within that kind of range or not.

  10. We would keep an eye out for it on our side but we can't recreate the exact circumstances on demand. The question may not be asked in a press conference etc. But we understand saves move on, we just ask because getting the specific example of a bug helps enormously. Thanks for taking the time to share this issue with us.
  11. Sorry to hear about this issue guys, is there a specific date you're both seeing this on as it can vary with leagues. When you say the game resets, is it just loading up your previous save file? Can you describe what you're seeing or maybe show a video of this happening as it will help us investigate further.
