  1. There is a guide available here: If you're not even seeing the skin in the list of options available it may be worth attempting to set it up again from the beginning. You may also want to check with the provider/source for this skin to understand if there is anything different you may need to do.

  3. Not being interested in the current offer and not being interested in the player are two different things. If I'm reading what you've posted correctly, if you keep repeating the same course of actions then it is likely you'll keep getting the same result.
  4. I do appreciate that its frustrating to run into an issue that impacts your save, but the only fair response I can give is to be open and honest. In a broad sense, not just about this thread, bugs are investigated and naturally we aim to fix as many as we can - as soon as we can. However, there's no guarantee that a particular fix will/will not make the next build. Furthermore, we don't have a set in stone schedule of when updates go out. The decision to continue a save is always going to be your own to make. After an update is released we will typically look to confirm the bugs we know should be resolved via this tracker but given the nature of software development it would be poor practice to promise fixes in advance that we may not be able to deliver on for a whole host of reasons.

  12. You may well find in 2-3 years time those star ratings may have dropped. Of course they may still be at the same but the assessments of your staff aren't guarantees as others have mentioned.

  14. Thanks for providing your save. I think that should be enough for the QA team to locate the save. Just something to help you out with any future bug posts you may make based on your preferences - before uploading a save you can right click & rename the file to something else. If you copy and paste it to your documents first for example it would have no bearing on the actual save name as far as your ongoing FM game is concerned then.
