    This is happening in lower tier Germany (and surely must happen other places as well, of course) Mostly young free agent players demand amateur contract in the beginning, which is realistic, as they might not want to commit too much time to football. The issue is that when I set the type to semi-pro, and wage at a measly 6$ p/w, they agree instantly, who would commit to 3 days of football per week for less than a dollar a day? What should happen is either they should be hard set to a amateur contract only OR they should only accept a semi-pro commitment if the offer is too good to deny.

    oh i see , i am playing a lower league german DB and i think the creator forgot/didn't set any scouting package, as a result my tier 6 german team has a budget of 156K$ lol...

    No they are not 109k at all. I have seen low reputation teams with zero scouting budgets in vanilla db. At least try your luck maybe they'll fix it by fm25 lol

    i think board allots scouting budget every season based on finances and league.

    actually even 20K is not needed, because package amount is cut monthly from the budget... so yes it can be less than 20 and still doable... (the point is its very tempting to shift that scouting budget to wage budget and get some easy players.. )

    thats great, but my question was that all tier 7 and 8 clubs in this database have a scouting budget of 109K, is it realistic/ meant to be this way?

    Ya. But free transfer wont help after promotion. Unattached players are avg highland level at best in scotland

    Edit : It is loading but taking 20 times more than any other skin does. And my attributes color panels are missing as well My game is not getting past the loading screen. I am having to delete the screen for the game to load....

    i too had posted the same in the bugs forum around 2 weeks back (it is a bug because the player names are actually a hyperlink, just that the popup closes too early). It was also reviewed and closed. And now i cant find it.
