    when searching for new player(s) do you focus on the specific role that the player will be playing in your tactic or the general position?

    I realize that this may be to general a question but is there a way to tell what position(s) are the most important in a tactic? I’m using a 4 -2- 3 - 1.The positions are BPD WB DLP AP IW AF

    How do I interpret the numeric scout ratings in the circles. I'm assuming that higher is better but that doesn't seem to fit with some of the very good players who have been rated 55 or lower.

    I have a fairly decent AM but not sure home much I should trust his pre match advice. Part of me thinks he's part of the game code so maybe he know better! Do you tend to listen to your AM's advice?

    If I gain full familiarity with tactic A and I then change to another tactic will I lose familiarity of tactic A if I don't use it for a period of time?

    Do you typically make changes to you tactic when playing away matches. If so what are some suggestions that doesn't involve changing to a new tactic?

    I have a few players who are natural at two or more positions. I'll play them in the different positions but not very accurate as the opposition can change in quality. Would looking at the essential and then the recommended attributes for each specific position to see which position has higher values be a good indicator which position they are most likely to be best at? Or is there an easier way?

    Thank you! I will try I haven't lost many games with the current tactic/instruction but its still early in the season.

    When I create a custom player search I 'll get a list of players fitting the criteria but my specific search options don't show up in the result section. For example I'll pick stamina, work rate and determination. Those three terms will not show up as columns in my results. I need to move between mental and physical in the drop down menu to display them. am i missing an option to just show my chosen specific search parameters. Hope this make sense.

    That makes sense! What changes to the instructions could I make for players to get into the the box quicker and/or support him. Is that a function of positional roles?

    I'm aware that the star ratings for my squad are relative to my team. When I look at a scout rating CA and PA is that once again relative to who is on my team or is it based on the players current team?

    I'm finding that when my WB are attempting crosses they run to the goal line then have their crosses blocked the majority of the time for a corner kick. Any tactical/individual tweaks you can suggest? My WBs crossing attributes are not bad 12-14. Playing in Serie A

    When give the option do you choose a player that can play multiple positions at the accomplished and natural level or one that is very good at one single position?

    I’ve been using one tactic in pre season for about 5 games. I’d like to try another tactic. When’s the ideal time to intro a new tactic? The players “ comfort” levels seem to be similar across the three tactics that I have chosen. Not sure if that makes a difference.

    Given that you have the budget do you have set amount over a player's value that you set as your limit? I find that I get buyers remorse at times but that's countered by "what if " I had bought that player.
