  1. Both have some potential in game. Balagizi looks the more rounded of the 2. Musialowski is severely lacking in physical, mentals and technicals. I've tried to get him out on loan and only just succeeded. He's gone home to Poland for a season. Balagizi gone back out on loan too to Rotherham in Championship, but I don't think either have the required potential to make it here. If anything, possible lower prem/top championship. So far I've managed to Send Quansah, Stewart, Bradley, Musialowski, Balagizi, Mabaya, Cannonier out on loan. Currently looking for loans for Pitaluga, Williams, Clarkson, Koumetio, Morton, Van den Berg, Bajcetic, Gordon and a young Belgian winger I snapped up on a freebie just because Chelsea wanted him - Diego Moreira (prob sell in a season or 2) and loan or transfer for Glatzel I also took the
  2. Pre-season - season 23/24 Owen Beck out for 700k + 30% of Next sale to one of Leeds/Southampton. I'll take that for someone that has zero chance here. Cannonier is attracting attention from Norwich - I don't think they'll bid the 750k tag + 40% of next sale but if they do then fine by me. Bobby Clark is another attracting interest. Burnley, Villa, West Brom and Stoke - again, not sure they'll bite at £1.2m + 40% of next sale. Mabaya is wanted and upon second look he can leave if acceptable bid arises. 500k is enough. Not much interest in the likes of Ox, Hendo, Matip. Not listed anyone yet, was hoping I'd get interest at least. Only person attracting interest is Keita (Atletico Madrid) for between £57-63m, Awaiting a bid to accept. Whilst Adrian has retired. 3 incoming transfers agreed. Pedro Porro for £39m (Release clause) Attacking RB wanted, And boy do I have one. Did brilliant for me last year on another save. Fingers crossed for this one. Zabarnyi from Kiev for £17m. Considering last year he would cost at least £45m to get I'm hoping he hasn't been nerfed. Youssoufa Moukoko - £37m. Shocked at this one. During beta tests I've seen him valued at £100m+ and considering he has 4 years on his contract to go I think I got a bargain. £86m outgoing leaves about £38m plus any sales. Looking at Yeremy Pino of Villarreal. £69m release clause. Young with bags of potential and resale value. This should close out my window.
  3. First season done and dusted.. Transfer window off at start. And signed just one player in January (Facundo Buonanotte £5m and was loaned back till end of the season) Although I did have a bid of £65m and 20% of profit accepted for Declan Rice the board wouldn't go ahead and sanction it as it was more than budget. Only 1 youth player outgoing (Matteo Rittacio) and loaned Nat Phillips to Leeds with obligation to buy set at £5m and loaned Calvin Ramsey to Sunderland for more experience. Down to the actualities then. Massive Quintuplet of trophies (Although I can't claim community shield as Klopp was in charge for that game as didn't start game till week before season started) Won the Premier league at a canter. 105 points. 34 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss (away to Crystal Palace in February ending a 50 game unbeaten run. They sucker punched us on the counter and no matter the adjustments made I couldn't score. Hit the woodwork 3 times and Guaita was M.O.M which says it all) Carabao Cup beat Chelsea 2-1 in Extra time. F.A cup Beat Chelsea 4-3 in extra time. Champions league group was a walkover 5 wins and final game drew with the 2nd string all playing. Beat Juve in last 16, Inter in Quarters, Real in semi and then Beat Barcelona 2-1 in the final. Nunez top scorer with 40 in all competitions. Decent return from him, but can be hit and miss. Salah got 33 goals and 19 assists. Trent was semi disappointing, Whilst he did register 25 assists in all comps he still ended with a 6.70 rating. Same with Robbo 15 assists 6.98 rating. Struggled to get any decent ratings for Robbo, Hendo, Elliot, Ox, Carvalho, Keita, Trent, Milner and Matip. In Pre season I am looking out for a good attack minded RB with good tackling skills and going to experiment with Trent in CM. And backup for Salah to be able to rotate him some more. Carvalho sending on loan, Elliot may go on loan, Ramsey out on loan too. Possible outgoings if any interest - Ox, Hendo (Although I may just keep for his personality, Same with Milner who is staying another year), Adrian, Keita, Matip and may even consider any bids made for Fabinho/Thiago. Also VVD has asked to leave, I've told him I won't actively look to sell him but if someone comes in with a respectable enough bid of close to £80m then I'd have to consider that. U21/U18 is where I have started a massive clearout. Quite a lot of yth, but a lot with no potential. Keeping Doak, Gordon, Van Den Berg, Rhys Williams, Morton, Clark, Bradley, Bajcetic and possibly Clarkson, Stewart, Cannonier, Mabaya, Pitaluga, Clark, Koumetio Really unsure what to do with the likes of Beck, Balagizi, Quansah, Musialowski and a little disappointed that Harvey Davies has very little potential in game
  4. A few I have found.. Carboni is obviously the standout. Inter have another argentinian gem on their hands. The other 2 are probably best for lower/mid table
  5. Nice find.. I'll be after a defender in the summer. Looks like he'll fulfil my requirements. Cheap and Cheerful. *Edit* Scratch that, Just seen he is Ghanaian. With no caps right now and looks possible to fail work permit which is a bummer.
  6. I am about giving up with this game until the full game comes out.. Never in all the years of playing have I seen such diabolical and shambolic defending as in this years M.E. The endless amount of long balls flying over the top and my defenders and keeper all stand virtually still watching it sail past the defence and for one of the opposition players to just knock it past the keeper who barely even attempts to come for the ball or even attempt a save. I know my team isn't world class, My defenders are average championship players but are playing like sunday pub league players, Whilst my Keeper may as well be the U9's Reserve keeper. I've tried adjusting tactics to low block, drop deeper and not push up. Changed from Ball playing to Central defenders with defend duties. Still get hit with those long balls that in FM22 would be cut out about 90% of the time.
  7. In his videos he mentions his routines are best for players up to the age of 21 though which leaves me confused. Unless he means that he uses this particular routine for the 18-21 year olds and then something entirely different for 15-17 year olds. I haven't watched all of his videos. And haven't ever really understood training that much in the past. About the only time I truly understood and took the time with training was way back in CM0102 So do you use specific training schedules for 15-17 year olds, then Another for 18-21 and then a main one for over 21 year olds? Or do you just go for a one size fits all schedule that you can just simply plug in at the start of every season
  8. Have you proven this? This is a custom schedule from FM22 that was made by someone on Youtube and with results shown. Works like a charm in FM22 and has lots of rest in the schedules and doesn't stunt player growth from what I have witnessed so far.
  9. Put your faith in Kelle Roos. I was the same with Alsopp. He kept blundering so dropped him and never looked back.
  10. This is about my only real issue with the M.E so far that I have taken an interest in. At the moment I am 14 games into my first season (Yes I know, People probably have bigger size samples) but of the 15 goals I have conceded I believe 9 of them have come from a long punt from the opposition keeper over the top of my midfield, Seeing my defenders stand there and ball bounces over them or between them, Goalkeeper stands there taking selfies whilst one of the opposition strikers walks right through to score. 3 of those goals were in one match 1-0 up and in comes a long kick now it's 1-1, 3-1 up and then it went to 3-3 all from long kicks from their keeper. Ok, Maybe one time you could get caught out from such an action, but 3 times within one half. Not too likely. I don't mind seeing one or two every so often, but for the love of my sanity and the thousands of other players around this needs toning down.
  11. No one is saying we can't post constructive criticism. No one is saying Don't hold SI to a higher standard. However some of the criticism and constant whining about certain things isn't going to help. I am all for wanting a better product, Wanting things that we would deem broken to be fixed. But it's got to be done the correct way. I am in agreement with the majority of what you said. Squad building by the AI isn't great, their over reliance upon older players in favour of promoting and developing youth is awful. Even when they have spent millions on snatching that wonderkid you've had your eye on for ages from under your nose and then proceed to allow him to rot in their reserves or get sent on loan where he doesn't get the right development. Yes I get you, Same with purchasing players to then sell at a loss a season or 2 later (I can only put some of these losses down to Game time a player receives / Reputation of club, League etc which causes the loss in value) Dynamic Youth rating is not something I am familiar with, I am assuming this is to do with quality of regens from countries? Passing stats - TBF I don't pay attention to stats too often so cannot pass judgement. Gegenpressing is probably the most used system around the world. So many teams now implement a high pressing, high tempo game plan. Yes It may be slightly OP Graphics. Compared to where we were when we used to play the likes of CM01/02 to now. The graphics are great. We are never going to see FIFA style graphics. This is a management simulation, Not a Football simulation. However, I would like to see some effort be put into the Stadiums, Newgen faces as these could be improved upon. If someone who is a non professional graphics designer can produce better looking newgen faces than SI currently produce in the game, then Yes SI can and should do better (Sort of like at the end of The Mandalorian season 1 Where Luke Skywalker showed up. Disney's version of that looked awful compared to the deepfaked version of Luke that someone then did on a way smaller budget). But like I said, No one is saying don't post constructive feedback, No one is saying don't hold SI to higher standards. Just make sure it's done in the correct way.
  12. It's a BETA version. Does it have Issues? Yes. Is any game perfect? No This constant criticism of SI is achieving nothing. Let them sort the issues out quietly and to the best of their abilities. And if upon release of the full game it's still suffering with issues then yes the criticism would be justified. Till then, Show some patience and either play FM22 or help SI with constructive views on what is good and what isn't and by also submitting bug reports, screenshots etc of any issue you find.
  13. Don't remember last years.. That's too far back I did just do an update.. So have rebooted and will try again. May be tomorrow though.
  14. Not had much chance to play so far due to work.. But what is with the freezing/stuttering during a match? FM22 runs smooth enough for me but this years edition is just Jittery as heck. Any idea why?
  15. Should add the only way of being able to see staff is by going to staff, overview and clicking All.
  16. Simply put I cannot see who my staff are when Clicking through to both U21 and U18 teams upon creating a game. Current team Cardiff City. As you will see from screenshot I can view my first team staff, See their attributes etc. But when trying to view the U21 or U18 staff the option to view them is not showing up like it does for the first team which shows up aqua and has a '>' next to coaching team.
  17. Maybe I've misread what it said when I took over there then. And I honestly thought that Ramasut was let go at same time as Morison was. I stand corrected. Chesterfield is set as a future move in the game. This is going to cause either Reen being removed from position or the board likely to block it. Probably the latter. I get why Sallis is what he is. Despite my not thinking of him as a coach per se.
  18. I'm not quite sure on that. Coaches I see as those who are there training squad. Not someone analysing and helping keep people in the right mindset.
  19. That's the U21 staff screen. Unlike the First team staff page the 'Coaching team' is not underlined and allowing me to click on it to see who the staff are that are employed. Same with the U18 team. Has U23 now changed over to U21?
  20. Just did. Took control of all responsibilities on who to hire/fire/courses etc. I still cannot see who the 'Staff' are. I'm just about to save and reload to see if that works
  21. Am I correct in saying that because this is just a BETA version that I have no real say with regards to my U23/U18 Staff until the full release. As I am unable to see or view them.
  22. Cardiff City Steve Morison (Manager) & Tom Ramasut (Assistant Manager) were both sacked on 18th September but still at the club in the game. Gavin Reen (Head of youth Development) apparently, Should be Academy operations manager (Obviously this isn't a role within the game) - This is going to be an issue with the pending arrival of Gavin Chesterfield on November 14th Steve Sallis - Shows as a coach. When he is Head of Performance Mindset (Again not a role within the game - unless this is similar to a performance analyst?)
