Redditch United Season 1 Youth Intake Preview A fairly solid core of A's. Bit disappointed at a lack of striker but that's how it goes. We're currently mid-table after 20 games, 6 pts off play-offs and 6pts off relegation. That's about the absolute best I can hope for, tbh.

Been toying with a few save ideas for FM23, but I enjoyed the Youth Challenge so much last year even though I never managed to actually win the Champion's League. So, here I am again, this time it's personal. Profile

Hahahaha. We've been in our stadium for 6 months and we've already got to play next season somewhere else. Absolutely incredible planning.

The Spartans Season 15 - 2036/37 *Scottish Premiership - 1st* *Scottish FA Cup - Winners* *League Cup - Winners* Champions League - Runner-up Domestic domination is par for the course now. Beyond a few odd games a season no-one can really touch us. It's all about the Champions League now. It was a tricky group that we just managed to sneak out of. Drew Paris Saint-Germain in 1st KO round. Run over? Nope, smashed them. Barcelona next. Beat them 3-0 at home. Atalanta (12th place in Serie A this season) in the Semis, 7-1 on aggregate. OMG WE'RE IN THE FINAL!? IS THE CHALLENGE OVER? Nah, Man City too strong. Incredible run though, never expected to get this far this soon. The most exciting this about this season is that we moved into our new stadium (took 3.5 years to build). The 21000 all-seater Thermopylae Stadium (renamed with lnc file). It's being immediately expanded to 24.5k this summer. Also, as a fun little side activity, I'm trying to get affiliated with every team named after Sparta. I'm up to 3 now, just ignore the random South Korean club: The Intake Pretty trash, The top player might make a squad player some day. The Future Whilst we came really close, I think the stars kinda aligned. Imo, we really need: a GK, full back, CM x2 and maybe a world-class striker. I've converted two defensive midfielders into IWBs as they are a massive improvement compared to what I have, and the promising winger from last season's intake is now a CM (Mezzala) and doing well. I play a 4-3-1-2 or 4-4-2 narrow diamond. No wingers for me.

The Spartans Season 14 - 2035/36 *Scottish Premiership - 1st* League Cup - Runner-Up Scottish Cup - 5th Round Champions League - 1st Knockout Round Back to my save after a couple of months break. To recap, we've established ourselves as the strongest side in Scotland, winning consecutive titles for 2 years, and 3 in 5 years overall. Our squad is excellent for this level, albeit top-heavy and weak on the flanks. Time to make a push to win the Champion's League before FM23 releases. So, we dominated the league. Cups were poor, Hibernian knocked us out of both - disappointing considering we'd won a domestic treble last year. In the Champion's League we had a decently difficult group, but played very well to finish top. However, we had a nightmare draw in the First KO Round - Manchester City.... We lost the first leg 1-4. Tie over. Except wait! 93rd minute equaliser to win the game 4-1 and take it into extra time. We then conceded in the 120th minute, only to equalise in the 120+1!!! Penalties. We lost in sudden death, but an incredible game and experience. The Intake A really promising winger, but I'd have to change the entire way I play to incorporate him. We're talking entire system change from the ground up. The Gk has dropped to 4.5* PA already. His value is crazy. He's pretty promising but a long way off first team football. Gonna let him cook for a couple of years, maybe 10 apps a season and give him some mentoring.
