TheGreatTraveler
SC Freamunde Season 11 - 2031/2032 Transfers - Past Positions - Best XI - Finances Season Summary - 18th - Relegated Ouch. We really weren't good enough this season, no matter what tactic I tried. Often outplayed, a few of our wins were entirely undeserved (although we also had some losses were we really should have won). Despite all that, we were always in with a shout of staying up. A horrid end to the season that included 7 losses in our last 8 games (including to Oliveirense and Sporting B) guaranteed our relegation, but it could have been different. In the last macth of the season again promotion-chasing Feirense, we managed to claw back to 1-1 and were laying seige to their goal (even hitting the post) only for them to get a 94th minute winner. Gutted, but not disheartened. Our squad was the worst in the division by a long stretch, and some more time in tier three may be particularly useful. Both cups saw first round eliminations for us. Off the Field In November I managed to offer a 5 year deal to Daniel Andre - YP6b that did not include a release clause and I was quite happy, even if it made him the best paid player by a LOT. Then in January a great offer came in for him (3.3M and 50% of Next Sale) so he will be leaving us at the end of the season. With Gustavo Campos - YP10a now in the squad, we could afford to let him go. We have been using the influx of money very well, with our faciloties improved multiple times to the point they are now Great and Good. Both being improved further in time for the new season. Prospects worth Noting Gustavo Gomes - YP1k (ST/AML/AMR) - 17 goals and 3 assists, he really tried his best but it just wasn't enough. A frustrating inconsitency didn't help either. Gustavo Cassiano - (AML/AMC/ML/ST) - (5th intake) Can now play up front and did so a few times, but is mainly our left winger. 7 goals and 4 assists, he missed some penalties that could have helped keep us up. Has relegation release clause of 500k so won't be surprised if he leaves. Daniel Andre - YP6b (AMR/MR) - Huge drop-off in his performances this year are part of the reason I agreed to his sale, although blaming him for our results would be quite unfair. 1 goal and 6 assists as he leaves for First Division Famalicao. Youth Intake With the nerves of the relegation battle I forgot to take a screenshot but the intake was quite good even if nobody is ready for the first team yet. Two 5 star PA players and four 4.5PA players have been tagged, which naturally includes ANOTHER keeper. That's 5 consecutive intakes with a keeper as prospect A or B. Next Season Compete for promotion has to be the goal, although thankfully the board don't expect it until 2 years from now. Giving more chances to the youngsters with better potential will also be paramount if we hope to survive and eventually succeed in the Second Division.

Popular Post XaW
Miðvágs Bóltfelag - Season 2030 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances Finally! We won it! It was a close one, but in the end we did it. And it was even though we lost another few players this season, so I'm extra happy in that regard. I keep asking about professional status, but the board still refuses. Hopefully qualifying for CL next season will make them turn around. In the Løgmanssteypið we beat Havnar, B36 and NSÍ to reach the final. There we beat Skála to claim our first cup title. In the Europa Conference League we started in the 1st qualifying round again. We beat Kastrioti of Albania and Bravo of Slovenia before we lost to Hibernian of Scotland in the 3rd qualifying round. Another good intake, but not as good as the previous ones, probably partially due to our stronger squad now. Statistics: Spoiler This time it was more international. We added North Macedonia, Portugal and Greece to the list.
Popular Post Winski
BFC Dynamo Season 2021/2022 reviewLeague table | Finances | Transfers Well, this was easily one of the most unexpected but most satisfying seasons ever. At the beginning of the season, I thought we would battle for relegation. With a squad of only 17 players we achieved something amazing. It was tough sometimes, mostly when someone got injured or banned. But we did it: CHAMPIONS of Liga 3 and promotion to Bundesliga 2 !! Our first ever youth intake was better then expected. Our facilities are bad, and the intake preview wasn’t good either. So the actual intake surprised me a lot. Some really nice players! These 5 are the best ones, according to my HoYD Fabian Fritsche: And now we finally got some players in our U19, and some more options in our first team. The best players this season:Andor Bolyki scored 24 goals for us, and 12 assists. Great player!Matthias Steinborn Our experienced striker, scored 23 goals for us. Very important for us, but is getting older. Hopefully he can deliver again for us next season.Alexander Siebeck Our left wingback, good for 17 assists.Marvin Kleihs Very important on our midfield. We use him as a ball winning midfielder in our tactic and he is doing very well. Will Siakam One of the surprises. Scored lots of important goals for us. The money in 2. Liga is good, so hopefully we can upgrade our facilities a bit. The board didn't allow me to upgrade this season. I was only allowed to gain some training licenses.

Popular Post UnkleTass
ACN Siena 1904 Season 2034/35 Review Another great year from the boys in which we defied expectations and finished 6th but unfortunately couldn't find the juice to go up in the playoffs so we will be a Serie B team again next year. We still have a healthy balance so we can cope with a couple more seasons building in Serie B so I'm not too mad at the moment. Things are very rosy heading into our 15th year we are on track. Also late but we got the tag of overachiever in last years Serie A relegation, not sure how but i'll take it. So in the first season of full youth we had no trouble coping which was delightful, in addition to this both the U18s & U20s are firing on all cylinders which means this Golden Generation may be the truth in which case the future looks bright We were taken over again for the 2nd time in 15 years and the new board seem keen to splash the cash they have allowed me to upgrade with great regularity which I love, I was able to increase all the facilities as evidenced above which should help mould my current Golden Crop and future Golden Crops to boot Final Form achieved I now have a Continental Pro Licence Challenge: Squad League Table Transfers Key Players: Lino Melzi 26A Pablo Latini 29A Antonio Ferraro 26B* Youth Intake: Preview Actual Manager: Profile Attributes Jobs: None Extra: Finances Moments Final Form Promotion Run In Last Season Overachievers Takeover

JAwtunes
With the importance of developing our own players, I was wondering if anyone has any tips? I was really struggling keeping my players fit (they were always having to take long mid-season holidays) and I decided to follow my physios advice everyday during the season. For the last couple of seasons I have been going to Training > Rest and setting training intensity as per physio instruction. To to this I have: (i) select all players (they stay highlighted so only need to select once - in FM20 at least), (ii) right click and select automatic to set them all to normal intensity (I have set all % ranges to normal - you only have to do this once), (iii) select the physio recommendation button at the bottom of the screen (which sets to Half intensity, Double intensity and Holiday). This hasn't helped massively with keeping my players off the beach (perhaps a little) but I have definitely seen the weekly training reports showing higher numbers. Morpheus13
Chengfeng Season 23/24 Table - Squad - U19 Squad- Youth Intake - Finances - Transfers We actually nearly got promoted and only because of loosing the last three games we have to go another Season in the Jia League. We had an unbelievable 18 games unbeaten run, which was pretty sick. It seemed like we cannot loose. I could play youngsters, players out of position but it seemend like we couldnt loose. Even I know it would have been too early to go up, i think financially it would be nice. We are still relying on cash injections by the board. My 22 intake striker Ma Zhiyi actually was the topscorer of the league, but he already asked to join a bigger club, so I think we will need to sell him. This offseason I think we need to sell some players and rely on youngsters again. Especially because the contacts of our 2 beste players Sun Weizhe and Liu Boyang are running out, and I dont think we can reniew them. Actually Ren Qisheng (22C) and Jiao Guanyu (22A) are stagnating a bit but that means I can probably keep them. From the 23 Intake Wang Yafei (23F) and Zhao Wenqing (23B) are improving. This years Youth Intake was very average. Tang Ning (24A) and Wu Zhong (24B) look like the most promising ones. Elsjorro
So, we just finished the challenge with FC United in 2038. Managed to take the CL with a 2-1 victory over the Spurs. Man, the luck i had, mindblown. A first group with PSV, AC Milan and Dortmund, getting the next round in the last game winning in the 93th minute against dortmund. Then next round i got up to Inter Milan, which were doin pretty damn awfull in Serie A. After that, we got Leicester City who had like a 10th position at that point in the PL. Only Barca in the half final was a hard nut to crack, but again Spurs in the final ( Number 8th in the PL) and only landed a single shot on target until minute 74, By that time it was 1-1 and Spurs got a red card. After that everything turned around and we hit the jackpot. I'll post a screen tonight when im done with work.

Popular Post Armeniar
S12 - Ligue 1 (2nd) - Supercup (Winners) - Coupe de France (Semi Final) Champions League (Group Stage) - Europa League (Semi Final) Squad - U19 - Out on loan - Transfers Transfers An outgoing transfer: Swiss international Diabaté was given a move to Italy. He was often second or even third choice last season, Yaya deserves better than that. After ten years, he is looking for another place. In the winter he left for Seattle Sounders btw. Furthermore, Jabnoun was loaned out to second division team Lorient, where he would become first choice as goalkeeper. This seemed an ideal opportunity for me to grow and maybe compete for a base spot here next season. By the way, our talents are running wild in the transfer market. The club's reputation is growing, so are the bids for our players (exponentially). Watford, for example, had no less than 60 million and 51 million to auction for two of our wonderkids, Gaspar and Carment: screen 1, screen 2. P$G wanted Gaspar too, but I'd rather sell someone for free than to them! A third wonderkid, Bamba, could go to Leipzig for 50 million (screen) A club from China offered over 60 million for Traoré, madness.(screen) Chretien could also go to China for over 70 million. (screen) Because I could not keep refusing, I decided to give in to the big money once in the winter. Lecerf-Gosselin left for China for 50 million, making him the most expensive outgoing transfer ever (10 times the previous one). Thanks for your unbridled commitment, goals and assists (screen). Hopefully the often decisive Lecerf-Gosselin can be replaced properly... Furthermore, we unfortunately lost Kraemer to AC Milan, he was snatched from us even before he could sign a full time deal here (screen). Merde! Supercup As P$G won the Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France, we were allowed to play the Trophée des Champions as the number two in the league. It was the first time we did not lose to P$G, and after extra time, we actually won the prize for the first time in our history: Spoiler Spoiler Ligue 1 We are once again picking up where we left off in previous seasons. It is a pity that our top fixtures are not always conveniently scheduled. For example, the triptych of Liverpool - PSG - Monaco was an unfortunate sequence of very difficult games (screen). The worst part is that we were actually the best team in all three games, also in terms of xG, but couldn't win any of them. Whenever we lost points, for example 0-0 at home against Montpellier, our competitors hardly took advantage. On that matchday, for example, Monaco surprisingly lost to relegation candidate Valenciennes, while P$G drew against Nantes. However, we lost to Lyon, then number three in the standings, so the Parisians then built up a six-point lead. We were forced to retire from the title race by a home defeat to Paris FC after an early red card. Pity, P$G are just so strong... At home, after a goal from new wonderkid Özkan, we won against Monaco, snatching second place from them for the second year in a row. Champions League – Europa League Last season we reached the quarter finals, so the expectations were perhaps a little too high this time. In the group stage we came up against Liverpool, Benfica and Standard. How well we did in the Ligue 1, how disappointing we performed in the Champions League. At home we won against Standard and drew against Liverpool, in Liege we drew. In the end, we could have secured qualification at home against Benfica on the last matchday, but we failed to do so (0-2 loss). Disappointing, especially since our group last year with Juve, Hertha BSC and Sevilla was simply stronger. Spoiler In the Europa League, Utrecht came first and as expected we had little trouble with them. Frankfurt also was beaten relatively easily. Villarreal, a decent outsider in Spain with some top players, was a tougher opponent. At home we came up short with a disappointing 0-0, but in Spain we scored early and kept sheets clean. In the semi-final, we faced Watford, who finished 12th in the Premier League. Our boys were clearly surprised by the English fighting football, because we went down twice and lost both games. A pity, because I had the feeling there was more in it. Dortmund eventually won the final against Watford. Coupe de France Paris FC actually eliminated its city rival P$G in the quarter-finals, which was a big surprise. We couldn't get past Lyon, a missed penalty made us lose. A pity, because we were the better team. Lyon eventually won the cup from Paris FC. Youth intake Spoiler Decent intake. Traoré is a nice extra option to have in reserve. In the centre of the midfield, we can still use a little talent, but I don't really see him as our ideal BMW (S) yet. The marking has to go up a bit! Billard also looks promising if you ask our staff, but at centre back he is rather weak. Maybe turn him into a midfielder as a BMW (D), rather than playing him as a central defender. Dumont is also one to keep an eye on, imo. Poached player The French Belgian Hajji has made a nice transfer from OHL to the Dutch Alkmaar for around 10 million, congratulations! (screen) I still think it's a great pity that he was taken away from us, because he could have been of enormous value at the back. TLDR: excellent season in which we unfortunately do not really see our achievements rewarded with prizes, apart from the supercup. Lost both the EL and the French cup in the semi-finals, very sad. And in the Ligue 1 there is P$G, well, we'll probably have to wait for the supreme 34-year-old Mbappé to retire: Spoiler
ANGL
CLUB ESPORTIU EUROPA - SEASON 9 (29/30) A really bad season that feels like one step back. After achieving a mid-table position last season, this season relegation has been a real threat, and the 8-point margin was only gained after a good run in the last matches of the season. This has been the first season with a full defense from the academy and has been a total failure, conceding 87 goals in the season. Will have to improve that for the next season. In Copa del Rey, made it to second round and lost to La Liga team Almería. Nothing impressive in this year squad performance, has the whole season has been. No transfers. This is one of the bests intakes in terms of potential... but some of the worst in terms of personalities For the first time in the save, and to make it even better, finances are also a problem now. That means no improvements on facilities nor coaching courses, and maybe will have to sell some players on the upcoming transfer market.

karax268
What do you guys do with tactics? do you set a tactic and just plug and play? I feel like i tinker to much sometimes and am afraid it is costing me points (as a matter of fact i'm about to be relagated from the segunda B) It's hard for me to decide if something doesn't work because I made a bad tactic or if my players are just crappy

If I find a tactic my players seem capable at I'll stick with it unless I begin to see some big flaw in the games. When I got promoted to the Second division I saw my fullbacks were being overrun constantly so changed from 4-3-3 to 4-5-1. Noticed the center of defense was a bit too weak so changed the DM from BWM to Anchor man. Then the season after saw we were struggling to score so changed to 4-4-2. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (I did just get releagated ). My view is if you can get good performances from a tactic give it some time but if you notice an issue with it its worth changing.

I tweak it during games but always start a game with the same tactic. I'm about to start my 11th season in Poland with the same 442(ish) tactic.
