ok my bad! I just noticed at the bottom of the official FM24 pinned thread, it says that people can carry over their saves, but it is worded like, only FM saves started AFTER youve pre-ordered FM24 So does that mean I have to start a save on FM23 AFTER pre ordering FM24 to move my save file over?

In the trailer, its a split 2 sec clip, you see a defensive formation switch to an offensive - top left you can see it says in defense and in attack

They finally have Defensive formations and Attack formations mid game!!!! WOooooo!! so you can do the 2-5-3 in attack and then 5-4-1 in defensive like Man city and Arsenal! This is the biggest news for me!

Lots of people watch womens football, stop being daft Remember, back in the early 1900s womens football was banned because it was becoming more popular than the mens game, resulting in less money for the mens game, so guess what the men did? Banned women from playing football.... I doubt ill have a meaningful save with a womens side, I might have a bit of a play around with it, and will probably follow the leagues on my saves, but that's about it. However my daughter is buzzing for the womens game to be added in and that is genuinely an amazing thing. Playing FM with my Son AND my Daughter. Win for me

Gutted, this skin is amazing but I dont think ill be able to use it The positional attributes part of the profile isnt there , it just shows the left foot and right foot but I cant see what roles they are best at which my tactics are very tailored to roles. The right hand panel Is there a work around so I can see the pitch with the positions so I can see what roles they are best at?

Simple question - is the game advanced enough to recreate The new Pep style of tactic with Stones moving into the middle pivot, creating a 3-2-2-3? This new (or re-creation of the 1920s WM) from Pep is starting to take world football by storm. We are seeing Pep pioneer it, Klopp, Arteta, Xavi all starting to do it now and it seems to be the new wave of tactics that will dominate football for a decade - Not since the original Pep Tikki Takka have we seen this level of trend in a new style of tactic for a long time. It is actually an adaptation of a very old tactic from the early 1900s called the WM tactic. The basics of it 1) You start with a back four and an attacking formation like 4-1-2-3. 2) You then move a player from somewhere to the middle to create a box four in the middle and turns it into a back 3, with a 4 player box in midfield and overload up top. It looks something like this: The box is created by the two CDMs and two CAMs, current teams are doing it by: Man City - moves Stones to the Right CDM spot and spread out the LB/CB/CB as their back three Arsenal - moves Zinchenko to the Left CDM spot, spreading the remaining RB/CB/CB as their back three Liverpool - Started to move Trent to the RCDM spot and spread out the LB/CB/CB as their back three Barcelona - They do it differently, they are dropping their LW Gavi to the Left CAM spot and push their LB up to LW - RB/CB/CB are the back three 3) Because of this, you always have men over in nearly every scenario - Video below explains the rest Man city and Arsenal are even using their GK as part of the play to get an extra player on either wing So can you create this in FM or not?
