thanks!! I actually use midjourney to create my own faces. than I add them based on id into the game. its about 30 min work each intake...but its fun. you can create quite realistic faces and play around with it. If you have any Qs let me know or pm me and I can explain the proces.

my exp In Japan is same. my facilities are meh, so players i'm using in games do develop better....but indeed I also use whose with highest potential and or personality. generally under teh age of 18 youth teams should be better to develop, but I do not really see it that much in my game so far. compared to fm23

nah its mostly due to new stadium. the board decided to build a new one and costs are 250k per month....as we ware breaking even more or less that means we are losing now 2-3 mln per season. but the new stadium is coming in 2 more seasons...and we are playing in 27k stadium in nagoya but our average attenece is only 6k. did go up form 2k from J3. lets hope to get in to 10k when new stadium is out.

Transfer History Promotion!. Up to J1-League!. Let's go!. Promotion is great. Let's hope we can get some money as I had to sell alot of players. All expensive bench sitters had to go. And KANDA was sold only foor 400k, while I got an offer of 1,2mln for him half year before. But he went as we need the money. And I'm afrain the vultures are going to pick on our players in next off season. Many youth players got into 1st 11. We had many games playing with full on youth intake team. Daiki TANAKA had a breakout year at 17. Became a 4,5 star ability player! Scored 27 and assisted for 11 in 38 games this year. Worth 2.8mln already but lets hope we can keep him a bit longer. Many players (oldies) just decline to extend so we will be losing about 5 rotation players. We need to bring in more youth. I'm a bit afraid of J1. but let's see. According to my AM we have 5 players playing at J1 level already so we should be ok to survive. Arsenal with surprise CL win. ARTETA surpasses WENGER. Promotion! Sale of Kanda We could have gotten more but we are in deep red! YASUDA 2028 Intake The intake of 2028. Later ony 4 players stayed in elite in the second message. No foreign intake this year sadly. NAKAMOTO comes in and is already our best GK. At 1,5 star that is not great I know. But he will have to play. With 191cm dude is a monster in Japan. NAKAMURA will also play alot next year. We need midfielders badly. Love the Samurai hair. Love the teamwork and natural fitness.

Transfer History Well that was close to an upset. Nearly in J1. Guess we need to wait a bit longer. Hopefully next year as we are getting stronger. We are losing a load of money though so i'm getting a bit worried we might need to sell soon. Only 1,1mln in red due to the upcoming stadium. But at this rate we will be bancrupt soon. We are getting offers for KANADA our Youth Wing back. Highest was 1,2mln from J1. Hope to get around 2 mln. Than we need to sell as we need the money to stay afloat. YAMADA (in my mind pronounced "yo motha") broke into first team and stayed there. He grew into 3,5 stars this season. But seems he hit his ceiling. Still dude is the motor of our midfield with amazing physical stats. KINOSHITA saw alot of first team play due to injuries and rose to 3 stars. Really I see first team play imporves youth extreamly fast. Or my players just do not have that high ability hehe. Cups we just keep getting J1 teams fast so no luck...and This years play-offs we beat Matsumoto and Machida...but broke against J1 Consadole Sapporo. Maybe for the better as I still do not feel we are ready for J1. We need better defense and Goaly to come in. Hope to be ready within 2 seasons...we will see. Lost Play-offs Final for J1 Tradition by now, we lose our AM. Too bad, love his first name as it reminds me of my favorite cartoon when I was a child. YASUDA intake 2027 Hmm I think we have something here. And our first foreign player! A brazilian too. Must be as I have Tulio Tanaka as U-18 Manager. Daiki TANAKA. The best of the bunch. 3 stars already. and his potential did not go down once in the team. His ifnishing is alreadt great. Technique is amazing. Works hard. Once his physical start to grow he will be amazing. Our first Foreign Player. ERNESTO PAULO. Proffesional personality is good. Great potential but not that good ability yet. Quite tall at 184cm. Already at 16 the tallest player in my team! Should I retrain him to be central defender? What you guys think?

I def use instant result for 90% of games. only play the fun ones oir ones I think i can make an impact on...or finals.

Transfer History Season three. We got into play-offs just to draw and lose as Fujieda was higher in the league. Biggest improvement are our youth facilities. Up to exceptional both! Training went up one too. But we are broke now as they decided to build a new stadium that is going to cost us 220k per month...so we will stay in red for a while. KANDA def broke into first team and had a major year untill he tore his calf muscle to be out for a few months. Still he improved up to 4 ability stars and mightbe our best player. INADA got to play alot in the midfield and went up to 2,5 star. One more retirement so we will need play ready youths soon. Italy with World Cup! Poaching continues, our olfd AM become a manager in J3. For some reason poached staffs do not show in transfer history for staffs. Bug? New Stadium! Did not expect that one....also it will take a while...2030..so we still have a while to play in Nagoya. 15k is nice. Fastest new stadium I ever got in FM I think. YASUDA 26 Intake Now that is an intake! 5 elites...and two with high abilty! 3,5 and 4 stars! NICEeeee! Player pictures ware added again at end of season as I needed to generate them. SHIBATA, 3,5 star from teh get go. Not bad. AMAZING Finishing (16!) Already. Needs to work on his Physicals...but otherwise we might have struck gold. And MISAWA. More of a winger. Very pacy (14/15). Will play form the side. Both dudes will get some games next seaosn already. Are we ready for J1? No...not even close.

Transfer History Well second season went good. We started off really well. First 10 games went undefeated, but in second half we had many injuries and had a period that we we could not win for more than 10 games. Thankfully for soem reason we had a 1,5 month free after 3/4 of the seaosn (whole september) so we came back for last 4 games in full force. We have the most scored goals (108) but also most conceded (91). We have crazy results. 6-1, 4-8, 3-5, 6-2...alot of high scoring games...without spoiling you too much look further for my own personal highest scoring game below. Either way I'm happy, sadly I do think we are going to be stuck in J2 for atleast 5-8 seasons depending on the youth intakes. So far they have been bad-ish. We are losing 6 players at the end of the year. 3 retirements and 3 players who just do not want to extend. that brings our amount of midfielders back to...3...so I'm forced to use youth next year. KANDA (best Youth form last intake) was already playing alot as he is our second wing back on the left. So at 16 he has already 10 league starts. Seems to have done him good as he went up to 2 stars ability. Season tickets are going up. And our youth coaching and recruitment is up to Good. Lets hope to imrpove it further this year. Facilities also improved once...but now we are in red. So I will wait a bit to build up maybe 2-3 mln in bank before I ask for more again. Now the grind starts. My biggest win ever in FM! Poaching of Staff The down side of succes, staff poaching. YASUDA 25 Intake 5 elite...but once I see them in my u18 team...all their ability went down to max 1 star and potential to 3,5 stars.... Not in Elites...but once in u18 seems the biggest prospect. Resolute. INADA. Love the determination. For some reason I get alot of youngsters with horrible Stamina and Strengh. Pre-Transfers / Transfer History Veertien Mie. Club named after the number of Johan Cruijff. So as a Halve-Dutchie this had to be the club I have to bring to glory. Our first season went really really well and we secured quite easily promotion to J2. Due to the nature of the club I created a 4-3-3 tactic that uses the Dutch School Principles of Johan Cruijff as described by Pieter Zwart in his book. It also fits that we will be using alot of youth players. We have some decent players. Three Koreans, One form teh south and two from teh north. The North Koreans are 4 stars ability and had a great season (KIM & RYANG). Star player was UENO who become league topscorer with 28 goals. The promotion scares me as teh team is average at best, Let's hope we can stay in J2 next season. Cups went also ok. We got knocked out by Sanfrecce Hiroshima (J1) in R2 of J-League cup and R3 by Kashiwa Reysol (J1) in Emperors Cup. So quite well done. As you can see we had one transfer that I could not cancel as it was already agreed upon when I joined the club (see screens pre-transfer and transfer history). Thankfully we could improve Youth Coaching and recruitment twice otherwise we would not get any intake. Tried recreating the real kits they use as much as possible and updated them a bit. Will be using them for now. The Coach The persona...As the club is named after Cruijff, I kept the pseudonim. Promotion! Consortium takeover We had a consortium takeover. They wanted t sign two Brazilians but thankfully I could cancel the transfers. Move to new stadium for J2 We have to move to play in Nagoya for J2. Only 38km thankfully. I had difficulty finding a decent HOYD with a great personality so for now YASUDA will do. Former Japanese national with 7 caps and one goal. Works well with kids. Still very young so let's hope he can improve. HOYD Intake 2024 YASUDA24 Intake For some reason the candidates do not show in the Youth Canidates window, so the intake is above. Bad. Only 1 4,5 star---ish. We nee dto invest ASP in youth so hopefully we can get better intake next year. KANDA, best of the intake. Resilient so that is good. Love the determination. Strenght is a worry. Work rate is bad. Let's hope he can improve.
