On one hand i'm happy with progres. Women Football in FM sounds very exciting and i'm curious how that is going to work. Finally getting some decent newgen graphics also sounds good. (really hope on AI generated real like faces like the NEWGEN mod) What i'm a bit afraid of is that they will go the same way some other developers are going (Paradox/Firaxis) where games become more flashy...better graphics etc. but are empty inside. the gameplay is gone.

We only had one slump just after winter break where we couldn't win for 6 games. In the end only one team can promote and thankfully the champion was Salzburg jugend. There is a huge difference in quality between 2. Liga and Bundesliga...so I fear we will get knocked back down right away. We are not ready for Bundesliga me thinks. Our two best players are playing in defense. SCHWAB as CB and PETUTSCHNIG as RB. The only players in Bundesliga level right now. We do have intake0 two players who do have the potantial to get there. AKKUS the CM and BAJIC the ST. Biggest surprise outside was USA winning the Copa America! Youth Our current HOYD. Amazing skills. Bad Personality. But I make that up by having only great personalities in youth coaches (resolute/model prof/perfectionist and or driven). #SETIK #1 Right away an amazing intake with five elite prospects. Three strikers, a CM and a goaly. We need defenders next year. Best of the bunch is ALTUNDAL. Potentially our next main striker. Dual Turkish/Austrian. Driven! with Determination of 20!. Great on first meters and very technical. Already 2,5 star. This dude will make first team within next seaosn me thinks.

so I saw Austria was not yet finished...and there was a sleeping giant in the country in form of Wacker. It falls within my criteria. Foreign youth intake. Small amount of games per year. Needed to simulate 2 seasons but I finally got there. Ze return of ze Habsburgs: the Wacker Saga. The club: the Manager:

open to new challange....tried to continue my brazil and egypt save but just do not feel any connection. any tips on countries/clubs? (already finished turkey and poland) I do not want to have very long seasons so preferably small leagues. also pref for clubs/nations that offer diverse youth intakes (foreign intake players). and last but not least...I detest playing on amateur level...I just cannot handle it. any ideas/tips?

funny you make such claims. its utter baloney what you say. it actually is realistic if you look at science and what we know of human beings. we are born with 400 something predetermined traits/characteristics and capped talents. so that means we are born with a certain Potential value in certain areas that is predetermined but not visible. \ stop trying to make FM into fifa with *dynamic potential* and make it possible for every player to become messi.

please no...its is realistic. and part of the core FM mechanics...something that made FM great and better than all other manager games. the moment they quick PA system it will be the death of FM

I would like to have more statistics. graphics to game engine...I hope the FM does not go the same wat Civ or paradox games are going for the tiktok generation with only graphs and no content. stats like an all time topscorers of the league so you can see how your player is doing. (more then 100 goals). same with games for major leagues and Champions League. same for countries the 60+ caps club. I would like to have better scouting reports. where they are part data-driven...part personality, part scout insite. go into more details. give more background. more control regarding the youth system would be nice....like you had in fifa manager in the past. that was nice. also the names need to be updated for many countries. UK/ Netherlands. in netherlands indonesian names....the newgens receive names of people in their 30s/40s...nobody aged under 20 is named like that anymore for 95% of the time. it would be nice if they worked with name databases and they would be more moddble...same with different background/ethnicities to add more moddability there would be great.

Going to start a new one...as mentioned before wanted to start in Egypt. Using Dave's pack. Club is NOGOOM. Called the stars of the future...so very fitting for a youth only game. so starting there with Nogoom club from Cairo.
