  1. I wasn't enjoying my save in Hungary, so I decided to also try the challenge in Sweden. In FM23 I tried it a couple of times without succes, so hopefully I'll have more luck this time. So hello IFK Lidingö! It's a club with quite a lot of money for this level. We've got a squad of 20 players, but without a goalkeeper..... so until the next youth intake I'll need to play with a grey player on goal, or maybe a field player. Let's see how it goes! The board was willing to let my study for my first License, so that's a good thing!
  2. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre I'll give Hungary another try. This time with Békéscsaba 1912 Előre, a club that has been relegated last season. I chose them mainly because of their nice purple&white kits. But also because of their financial situation. We have got some nice money in the bank, so enough room for some early upgrades. Hopefully. The reset date for Hungary is 19 June 2024. You can save at 26th May and then holiday until 19 June to get different teams. I'm jusing the skin WTCS Gold 1.0, as I dislike the original skin.
  3. Here you go! I made a map for Europe, and a World Map. Let me know if I missed something. @darren1983 maybe you can update the OP with these updated maps? Europe World
  4. Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi (JJK) Season review Season 7 / 2029 Veikkausliiga - 1st League table |Competitions overview | Finances | Facilities | Transfers |Youth intake | Tactic | Affiliated Clubs| Club overview |Supporter Profile | Manager Profile Back in Finland, back at JJK! And what a good feeling to be back. The progress this club already made is fantastic. I just finished my 7th season at this club, and I've almost maxed out all our facilities. Only our Youth Facilities needs to be upgraded one or two times to become State of the Art. The rest is top-level. And for the 5th consecutive time we became champions of Finland. It wasn't easy, because we won the league on goal difference. Other teams in the league are also developing good, so the average level becomes higher and higher. But we also played a lot of European matches. So in some league matches I had to play with a lot of youngsters. But in the end it was just enough to gain the league title. Beside that we also played the Cup Final, but lost 2-3 against KuPS. To my own surprise I was allowed to play at the Fifa Club World Cup. Finland was the host of the Club World Cup of 2029, and as the champion of Finland I was allowed to take part. We won 9-0 against Henderson Eels (Solomon Islands) in the Preliminary Round. We qualified for Group E, where we met Liverpool and Atlas (Mexico). We lost 1-4 against Liverpool, but we won 2-3 against Atlas, so we won a Club World Cup match! We didn't qualify for the next round, but it was really great to participate. In the Champions League (season 2028-2029) we played in the League Phase against FC Kobenhavn, PSV, FC Barcelona, Chelsea, IFK Goteborg, Ajax, PSG and Liverpool. We lost all our matches, beside the match against Ajax. We played 1-1 against them, so our very first point in the League Phase of the CL. In the Champions League season 2029-2030(the current season) we won in the Second Q. Round against FC Arges(Romania), but we lost against Celtic in the 3rd Q. Round. In the Europa League Playoff we met FC Arges again. And we also won again, so we qualified for the League Phase of the Europa League. The start of this competition was very promising, with 3-3 against Celta da Vigo, 3-2 win against SCR Altach(Austria) and 2-2 against Galatasaray. So we still haven't lost a match in the Europa League this season! Best player this season was Arttu Leivonen, our last real player. He scored 24 goals in 35 matches, together with 8 assists. But also Markku Hyryläinen 25e, Juha Eerola 24c, Erik Autio 24g, Johan Koponen 24h and Kévin Gbényo 26a were great this season. Youth intake The preview wasn't very promising, but the intake itself was a good one. Two Elite talents and some Top Talents. Some of them look very promising. We also have our first Czech player, probably from our affiliate Viktoria Zizkov.
  5. Well, it has been a long time, but I decided to continue this save. In the last couple of weeks I enjoyed a Scandinavian Journeyman save, where I could only buy Scandinavian players. But I missed the Youth Only challenge, and to build just one club to glory. So I went back to this save, as I really like managing in Scandinavia, and I really want to complete the challenge with this club. I decided to give all the (newgen) players a new face, so everything feels new and fresh. I've almost finished season 2029, so the season review will follow soon.
  6. That's correct, and that won't change anytime soon unfortunately.
  7. Yeah, that was me, I got sacked after my first season, because we relegated. The squad was just too small. Good luck!!
  8. Debreceni EAC European adventure 2025/2026 Well, that was our first European experience! We first did a great job by winning against AEK. Away 1-1, at home we won 3-2. In the Europa League League Path 3th Qual. Round we met Lech Poznan. We lost away with 1-0, but won 1-0 at home. But then we lost the match after penalties. In the Fourth Qual.Round of the Conference League we met AS Roma. I was hoping for a much smaller team, but it wasn't meant to be. As expected AS Roma was way too good for us, so that was the end of our first European story! These messages are always very, very welcome Our balance is now almost €3M, so there is some room for upgrades! And last but not least: we got our first international call-up! Ulbert 24a is only 17 years old, but he got the world on his feet. He's currently my DL, although I prefer playing him as a BPD. But we've got two other very good DC's, and he's our best option as DL, so that's why.
  9. Debreceni EAC Season review Season 2 / 2024-2025 OTP Bank Liga - 4th League table | Finances | Facilities | Transfers |Youth intake| Tactic | Affiliated Clubs| Club overview |Supporter Profile | Manager Profile What an incredible season this was! It's only my second season, and our first at the highest Hungarian level. I was curious how big the difference between both leagues was. It turns out that the average quality in this league isn't that high. There are some good teams, like Ferencváros, Fehérvár and Puskás Akadémia. But the rest of the teams are very equal. So we managed to finish very high: 4th! A great finish in our very first season at this level. In the Cup, we managed to get to the Final again! The same as last season. So our team is a real cup fighter. But this time we won!! We won the MOL Magyar Kupa! I can't believe we won this match, as Fehérvár was way better. We took the lead in the 48th minute. We got a red card after 55 minutes, so I defended the lead for a long time. But in the 85th minute Fehérvár scored the equalizer. In the extra time I put on some fresh players, and tried to defend and counter. And in the 119th minute, our sub Levente Szabó scored the winning goal after a terrific counter attack!! Fantastic! We play Europa League next season!! Best players this season were striker and topscorer Oliver Tochukwu, goalkeeper Richárd Krnács, inside forward Erik Fényes 24c, rightback Benjámin Lakatos, defender Ádám Ulbert 24a and midfielder Anton Bidzilya. So two players from last years intake are already really valuable first team members! I'm very happy that our board was willing to upgrade our Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment this season. Youth intake I signed a new HoYD: Toni Savevski. This was his first preview & intake: So that's four Elite Talents this year! I think that some of them can become very good players, although some of their personalities are quite bad. These are the best prospects from this intake:
  10. For the second time in a row we are playing a Cup Final!! And it's just my second season at this club! In the Fifth Round we played against Ferencváros, so it was a replay of last years Cup Final. This time we managed to win, with penals. And now, in the Final, we meet MOL Fehérvár FC, the current nr. 2 of the League. The match will be played at the end of this season, so the result of the Final will be in my Season Review.
  11. DEAC Season review Season 1 / 2023-2024 Merkantil Bank Liga - 1st (promoted!) League table | Finances | Facilities | Transfers |Youth intake| Tactic | Affiliated Clubs| Club overview |Supporter Profile | Manager Profile What a season!! It was a joy to watch our team play this season. We managed to win the league, and gain promotion to the highest league in Hungary! But that was not all, because we also had a great cup run. We somehow managed to get to the Final! We lost the Final against Ferencváros, the champion of Hungary and by far the best team in the highest league. But to play a final in our very first season is just great. We had so many good players this season. Let's start with Krisztián Kerekes, who scored 29 goals in total for us. But also Dániel Bereczki, Levente Szabó, Anton Bidzilya, Richárd Krnács, László Varjas and Ádám Ujvárosi were very important for us. Youth player Ádám Ulbert 24a, who played in our first XI directly after he came to our club after the Youth Intake, played 7 matches and even scored a goal. I already showed the youth intake in a previous post, so I won't show it again in this post. So what can we expect next season? Probably a very, very tough season. It's a small league (12 teams) so you'll play eachother 3 times. There are some good teams, and two teams will relegate after the season. So we will need a bit of luck to survive I guess.
  12. DEAC Youth Intake 2024 Our first youth intake! Our facilities aren't good, so I don't have any high expectations about this first intake. We signed Oleh Vysotskyi, a newgen, as our HoYD. The preview says it will be an excellent intake: The intake itself gave us indeed a wonderful talent! I can't believe we got such a talented youngster in our very first intake, while our facilities are still quite bad. It looks like Ádám Ulbert 24a will be a future star! But I also really like Erik Fényes 24c.
  13. Thanks! I made them with FM Kits Creator. A fantastic way to make kits!
  14. I put my BFC Dynamo save on hold, although we were progressing nicely. The first half of the season went well, with a 9th place. But the more I thought about it, the more I wanted something else. I prefer a save in a smaller country. So I decided to try Hungary again. I chose Debreceni EAC, or just DEAC. A club from Debrecen, Hungary's second largest city after Budapest. I made some kits, just based on the in-game club colours. Let's see how far I can take them!
  15. BFC Dynamo Season review Season 2 | 2024/2025 League table | Finances | Facilities | Transfers |Youth intake| Tactic | Affiliated Clubs| Club overview |Supporter Profile | Manager Profile First a note: This will be the last season that I'll use the old logo in my posts. I follow the club in real life on their social media channels, and today the news came that from next season they will use their original logo again! It's the logo that I used for our third kit. So I will make some new kits for next season, with their new/old logo. What a fantastic season this was! I did not expect this at the start of the season, but everything just clicked. Top performers this season were GK Paul Hainke, DC Felix Meyer, DL Vendel Doncsecz 23b, MC Andreas Pollasch, AMR Darryl Geurts, AMC Andreas Tsobanelis 24a, AML Max Klump and last but not least our SC Erlind Zogjani. Already two Academy players are in our first eleven, and they are developing really nice! The same can be said about Hainke, Zogjani and Meyer, three real players, but still very young. So the future looks bright! After the season soms big news came in: our board decided to build a new stadium! A 15k large stadium, without a loan. So that's good news, as our finances are still terrible. But we are now almost € 6M in red, so hopefully our President will solve this again, as he did last season. On the other hand, our Training Facilities were downgraded... so hopefully we can upgrade them as soon as the 2. Bundesliga money comes our way after next season. Youth intake The preview wasn't good, and the intake was also average. I can only hope that some of them are good enough for the first team. Oh, and we got a new HoYD, as our previous one(Peter Laudenklos) went to Wehen Wiesbaden. So I signed Borja Valero as our new HoYD.
  16. BFC Dynamo What a start of season 2024/2025! We haven't lost a match in the last 23 games(including some matches from last season), and are on top of the table. We are 13 points clear, as Freiburg II and Bayern II can't promote. So promotion to 2. Bundesliga is almost there!! One of the top performers is Erlind Zogjani. Last season he played as our shadow striker. But this season he's our striker, as Christian Beck has retired after last season. And he's doing a wonderfull job!
  17. BFC Dynamo Season review Season 1 | 2023/2024 League table | Finances | Facilities | Transfers |Youth intake| Tactic | Affiliated Clubs| Club overview |Supporter Profile | Manager Profile Our first season, and it was a good one. We were never in danger of relegation, but we also were not a real competitor for the promotion places. But overall I'm very happy with this first season. Our retiriring striker Christian Beck scored 25 league goals, and became topscorer of 3. Liga. He'll stay at our club as a U19 coach. Some other good players this season were right wingback Joey Breitfeld, central midfielder Andreas Pollasch and left inside winger Amar Suljić. Some of our younger players are developing nicely: our goalkeeper Paul Hainke and central defender Felix Meyer. I gave some youngsters from the "holiday year intake" some playtime: Pascal Schröck 23e, Vendel Doncsecz 23b and Malte Burchert 23a. Financially the season was terrible. We lost a lot of money, and are more then € 1M in red. We don't have any big sponsorship deals, so we need to promote to 2. Bundesliga as soon as possible to gain some money. We can't upgrade our facilities, I'm even not allowed to start coaching lessons..... Youth intake Well, what can I expect... I've got low expectations, because of our terrible facilities. The preview was indeed not a good one. The intake itself gave us one good talent, so let's hope he will develop into a good player for us. Maybe one or two players from this intake can make it into squad players. Next season More of the same, I guess. Our squad is a bit old. I think I'll offload some older players and give more playtime to our youngsters. Hopefully our financial situation will get better because of this decision, but I also hope that these younger players can make the next step. I think we need a couple more seasons before we are ready for promotion.
  18. BFC Dynamo It's time for another attempt in Germany. And this time I chose BFC Dynamo! A club I'm familiar with, as I had a beautiful save with them back in FM21. It's the most successful club in the former DDR, although their reputation as the Stasi-club made them one of the most hated clubs in Germany. On Wikipedia their is a very interesting part about their youth department: This has not been translated to FM, as their Youth Facilities are labelled as "Basic", with "fairly basic" Junior Coaching. So time for me to chance this! The home kit is based on their current real-life kit. The third kit is with their old and original logo.
  19. Okay, that was it. A very short spell at Inter Bratislava. Potentially a very nice club, but the challenge was just too difficult. We were relegated on final day, after losing our last match at home 0-4 against the nr. 2 of the league. Back to the drawing table...
  20. Pfffff.....we just can't win anymore It's so difficult, to have a squad with only 12 players. The first half of the season was good, we won a couple of matches. But take a look at this. We won a match in October, and one match in March... and lost almost all the others. And check the league table, with only 3 matches left to play. Just two points difference between me, the current nr. 11, and the last place. With our current form, I don't think we will stay up....
  21. Ah yeah, now I remember it was you and XaW indeed! Hopefully I won't get sacked early, because this is one of those clubs I really want to manage for quite a long time now. And thanks also. Yes, me and my family are both doing well now, but we had a tough time the last months. I'm happy to be back at playing this beautiful game.
  22. FK Inter Bratislava After quite a long period without FM, due to some personal issues and family related stuff, I'm ready for a new Youth Only Challenge. I had a save in Sweden, but lost the motivation to continue with that one. So I decided to go to a country I've never managed in before: Slovakia. Mainly because of this club: FK Inter Bratislava. In FM21 and/or FM22 I saw some people playing with this former giant. And I always had this club on my shortlist. I had to reload many, many times, as most of the times SFK Sered and Partizan Bardejov got promoted. But here we are! The biggest problem in our first season is the lack of players. I only have 12 players at my disposal, and 5 of them are Newgens. So I need to use grey players a lot, I guess. And one of those players was a already arranged transfer. I wil use this player, because it was a transfer arranged before I came to the club. I quickly made some kits, based on some of their kits in the past.
  23. Well, that’s a real potential superstar you’ve got there! What a player
