    Our poor form continues and our defensive woes are a problem. Frederic Jacquin moved from Eupen to Zulte Waregem for 1.8 million pounds. Igor Ivanovic joined Eupen on loan from Metalac. Toevarno Maddy is leaving the club at the end of the season to join PEC Zwolle in Netherlands. Manuel Bienhold is joining Eupen from FCV Dender in the summer.

    I have a new job already. I am now the new Ivory Coast manager. I have seen the squad, and it is a very good squad. So I am hoping we do well with the Ivory Coast National Team.

    I have been sacked by Fulham, a 41% win rate. The highest win rate I have had at any club, so this is my most successful period as a manager. I feel I am improving as a manager but I have been sacked within nearly six months. Now I hope I can take my experience at a different club.

    We have hit a brick wall in terms of our form. Matheus Goncalves has had a couple of Hatem Ben Arfa-esque goals that he scored to keep us in games. But apart from that we are about 5 points away from the playoffs so hopefully we make it there.

    Things are looking up in the league as we won three games in a row. We also face Burnley in the third round of the FA Cup, so I hope I beat one of my former clubs.

    Yes, I hope so too. Things have been up and down lately but now they are looking up and Fulham is a good club to manage.

    We have got a new owner who has taken over the club and after our wretched run of form we finally got a win.

    Inconsistent form means we are in 14th place in the Championship, we need a good run of results. The players asked me to change tactics and so far we are looking more solid defensively as a result of that so let's see whether that continues.

    We had four games and we are unbeaten in four games, I am happy if we can continue that unbeaten run. We also face Manchester United in the next round of the Carabao Cup.

    Tobias Malecki has joined Fulham from Argentinos Jrs. for 5.25 million pounds. He will join in January. Our form is still inconsistent but our run in the Carabao Cup is still going on.

    Santiago Pierotti has terminated his contract with Fulham. The form has gotten better but we still need some more consistency to maintain our promotion push this season.

Keane Lewis-Potter signed for Fulham from Burnley for 6 million pounds. Luke Harris went on loan to Utrecht. Also Omari Hutchinson joined Fulham from Newcastle United for 325k pounds.

    Issa Diop went to Leeds for 18.5 million pounds. Oscar Melendo joined Fulham from Stoke for 13.25 million pounds. Carney Chukwuemeka has joined Fulham on loan from Chelsea. Rekeem Harper joined Fulham from Ipswich for 8.25 million pounds. Kaide Gordon joined Fulham from Liverpool for 25 million pounds.

Castello Lukeba signed for Hamburg in Germany for 10 million pounds. And Zidane Iqbal signed from Brighton for 3.2 million pounds.

    Caleb Watts has joined Fulham from Barnsley for 4.2 million pounds. Toti has joined from Hearts for 7.5 million pounds. Jason Knight has joined Fulham from Derby for 5.25 million pounds. Also Ander Guevara has gone on loan to Sochi. And our form is slowly picking up.

    We signed Matheus Goncalves from Flamengo for 15.5 million pounds. We sold Esequiel Barco to PSV for 16.75 million pounds from Fulham. And we sold Pablo Mari to Al Ain for 180k pounds. Also we face QPR in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

    Romeo Lavia moved from Southampton to Fulham for 24.5 million pounds. Also Antonee Robinson moved to Southampton from Fulham for 17 million pounds and Harry Wilson has gone on loan to Espanyol. We lost two games in a row and it is shocking.

    Kenny Tete has gone to Sevilla for 11.75 million. We won our opening game against Cambridge United in the Championship. We also will face Walsall in the Carabao Cup second round. We also signed Reuell Walters from Arsenal for 18 million pounds.

    Alexis Mac Allister moved from Fulham to Leicester for 37.5 million pounds. Ollie O'Neill went to Ipswich on loan and Oscar went to Coritiba on loan. We are all geared and ready for the opening game of the season.

    England have won the 2026 World Cup. We signed Brandon Fleming for 1.5 million pounds from Barnsley. Also Joao Palhinha has been sold to Inter Milan for 39.5 million pounds. Luis Semedo went to Cracovia for 2.1 million pounds. Joe Haigh has gone on loan to Livingston. Maximiliano Gonzalez has gone on loan to Mallorca.

    So we have a new job, and it is by far the biggest job I have landed in the save. It is the Fulham job in the Championship after they recently got relegated from the Premier League. My self preservation at Barnsley where I left after 3 games has enabled me to protect my reputation and help me land the job. Did I fail upwards? Only time will tell but I am pleased to have landed on my feet. Also I received a few job offers from other clubs but I declined them. And this is what the Fulham squad looks like.

    Go to a European club in my opinion. You have built a great foundation for success at Austin and with some good succession planning it will remain a top tier MLS team for many years. I would recommend you to pick a mid table club in Europe's top 5 leagues or a club like Ajax, Benfica, Celtic or Anderlecht.
