    Hello, appreciate you raising but this is not something which is possible in game and may have been caused by Editor files (especially as it's a streamer). We tested internally and it was not possible to get this to occur.

    Hi, if you upload a save we can check but this is likely due to the following rule: "Under-21 domestic players must play a combined total of 2000 minutes of the 28 matches played. Teams will not be allowed to qualify for the Playoffs if they fail to meet this threshold."
