Hello, this is a known issue when you don't start with a U21 Team. There is a get around, if you retire your manager, 'Add New Manager' and re-join your club you'll then be able to adjust your U21 team tactic, though I understand this isn't that ideal. This issue will be solved with the UI changes coming for FM25.

We'll need a save from before the offer to review. I'll need to check with the Danish HR, this might not be a bug.

Hi, I loaded up your save, applied for a random open position, and was offered the job. With no qualifications or playing experience it will be hard to get any good jobs. You could continue with the Qatari national team, win games and improve your rep or have to settle for a lower division team in a smaller country.

Then remove any custom files/add-ons/mods you might have installed. 4. Make sure you are not in Steam Offline Mode 5. This might be an issue with your Steam itself, maybe try uninstall/reinstall Steam or contact Steam Support.

Hello, while we appreciate the feedback (I like to spam shouts too) we're not going to reverse the decision for FM25. But as Miles mentioned in the Dev Blog, we do want them to come back eventually.

Can you try using a different manager profile and then unlock an easy achievement.
