We got your save, it looks fine for me. You need to remove your current assistant manager if you want to hire a new one.

Thanks for the update. We have no more updates coming to FM24. But the UI for FM25 is going to be completely different as seen in our recent development blog. https://www.footballmanager.com/news/development-update-football-manager-25 So this issue should no longer occur then.

Thank you for the multiple suggestions we will put these under consideration for future FMs. Just to say though, in FM25 you will be able to move between the men's and women's game in the same save, you won't need to start a new save every time.
