Hello, currently in-game VAR is not used in the Portuguese Third Division at any stage bar the Second League promotion playoff. We will need some clarification from you as to what stages use VAR as "Second Stage" is a bit vague with the competition splitting into the Championship Group and the Relegation Stage. Can we ask whether VAR is used in the Championship Group, the Relegation Stage or both? If possible could you provide a source to verify this information this?

Hello, in our opinion we don't believe this to be much of an issue, with the information you have presented the vast majority of real life teams stick to having just five foreign players. Foreign players tend to be first teamers or star players and it makes little sense given the foreign player limits in Japan for the AI to plan squads with extra foreign players when they would not be able to name all of them in the same matchday squad if all were fit. It may be in real life that some teams have an extra foreign player or two in the squad in case of injuries, or with some kind of pre-agreed rotation system in place, or even have backup foreign players, but it would take a lot of complicated gameplay coding changes to get this to work sensibly in FM. Obviously if you're the human manager you sign more foreign players if you wish. But ultimately we don't believe this to be much of an issue.

Hello @b2khn When we loaded up your save we could not find any issue with it. All staff responsibilities appeared as normal. Can we ask on what date the staff members resigned so we can investigate further?

Hello, this will be because the players need to be U21 and trained in the club for 2 years so any new signings under the age of 21 won't count. In the Premier League, they just need to be U21.

Hello @scythian12 The Stadium Rules are also set in "Fixture Dates" so that is overriding the Stadium Rules in "Stages". This needs to be set here: Fixture Times and Rules -> Fixture Dates -> Final -> Stadium Rules -> National
