Hi @grindo we have the issue logged, it seems you encountered a very rare scenario, we're looking to make sure it can't happen again, but unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix the affected save.
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
This is something I have raised internally but we would need save games with examples to examine. In the saves we've been sent so far we were unable to reproduce the issue.

Thank you for flagging this, do you have a save file from before the season update day (i.e. before the latest season schedules) or before the continental competitions are drawn?
Hello, this is a known issue we're currently investigating.
Basically Brazilian teams should just reject friendlies as Brazilian teams don't play friendlies due to their virtually year round competitive calendar.
