I‘m not sure, could easily be a tactical issue. I had the same problems many times and switching the tactic like more solid or more aggressive or less tactical challenging. Just recently I tried to play more like the Brazilian and it worked wonderful but we didn’t score and conceded a lot.

Ricay News report the highest transfer out. Brian Milicevic is a wonderful player and it's hard to lose him, especially as he is very young and promising. The Australian only played 1 1/2 season as a regular starter. We're losing money every month and the savings are nearly spent, the 500k from this transfer will see us through the year. We already promoted a new youngster to develop as the next WB. 500k is a special offer Brian Milicevic a wonderful servant The other Aussie left us too. Deng Ross Oh he will be missed. He scored some nice ones and is still so young. but 250k are worth the deal.

Please talk about how you go financial in League Two. I am losing 150k per month and all saving are nearly gone (300k left in January), despite good cup runs ... I find it not that hard to create that passing box with good transitions into final third. I play it from the back but without BPD instead give instructions to pass it short and take less risks (PI) to keep the ball deep and invite pressure. The transition gets along the DM(S) or DLP(S) or VOL(S) who is supported by DM(D) or (S) depending on the other role. Up front it’s like WB(S) to support wide from build up into final third and the attacking four very simple. I‘d like my striker AF to come deep or play with back to goal but it works fine without that. We see a lot of the ball have a slow build up and a lot of space to attack.

Why is that?

Hey guys got a question again: I am thinking about playing the Stopper Cover combo at the back in a 4231 high press / possession shape with WB(S) and DM(D) BWM(S). I have never had a Stopper/ Cover CB combination working on a satisfying level. Did you?

Ok now it’s on. The club will go Professional, what does it exactly mean? Any experiences? - what about all the Semi Pro contracts? - what about the players behaviour? - what a about staff? - any stupid mistakes the Earl should avoid?

Hee guys what kind of upgrades/ improvements are you after and how do you prioritise? For example I didn’t care about youth level it was upgraded by the chairman.
