Am I missing something or is there no individual focus for tackling training?

Similar to my tactics and instructions except I have generally attacking unless against a strong team it's balanced, and have a higher intensity, RE: The AMC thing, whatever I have that player training on his individual training and that is usually his natural (full green) position is, so this varies depending who plays, also right clicking and playing around with player instructions can help tweak the players proclivities if you think they aren't doing something right

Gouiri gets amazing if you can get him straight away with a club with all 4* coaches I had him at Leverkusen one game with about 6 green stats on his technical

I've been looking at this today, it seems you only do get the new ones (krytons I call them after the red dwarf character) if you have those leagues loaded, I usually have England, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, spain, Argentina and Brazil loaded on, I'd like to have Dutch and Belgian as well but my system specs are about on their limit with the above listed, then I assign my scouts to u19 leagues from said nations and also just scroll through team information list and look at their top prospect that it lists

Player Attributes not increasing

I have just gone to check my coaches because it keeps nerfing attributes off my players I have all minimum 4* coaches in every department and it suddenly says coach workload is "none" even with several coaches coaching the same category, it takes ages and ages to get stats to go up by even 1 point then in an instant it nerfs one point off of about 6 different categories...
