Squad I released 15 players from youth intakes that have gone through my club. They had low determination and didn't have the potential to make it to the first team. Even with releasing players, I'm at 58 total. Liga Profesional de Fútbol Where are they now edition of relegated teams? 2022 Club Atlético Platense Made it back in two seasons to Liga Profesional de Fútbol after finishing 34th in their first season in the second division. Club Atlético Barracas Central Struggling in Primera Nacional. 2023 Arsenal Fútbol Club de Sarandí Fighting in the Primera Nacional. Central Córdoba (SdE) Struggled in the first season in Primera Nacional but managed to finish 4th the next season. 2024 Club Atlético San Martín de Tucumán Rough first season in Primera Nacional. Club Atlético Aldosivi Two straight relegations. They are no longer in a playable league in Argentina. 2025 Club Sportivo Independiente Rivadavia Got promoted into Liga Profesional de Fútbol then got relegated due to average points. Asociación Atlética Argentinos Juniors Their performance for the past four seasons meant that they were a candidate to getting relegated through average points. It finally happened. if you looked at the profiles of these clubs, they all have loan debts. In the Liga Profesional de Fútbol, there are 12 clubs with no loan debt out of 28. In the Primera Nacional, there are 18 clubs with no loan debt out of 37. We will see if these numbers increase next season if clubs can eliminate their debt or not.

We finished second in our group to Club Atlético Boca Juniors. We couldn't repeat as we lost to Club Atlético River Plate to penalties in the final. Supercopa Argentina Our next trophy opportunity was against Club Atlético River Plate as they were the defending Liga Profesional de Fútbol champions. Revenge was on the menu as we won 2-1. Copa CONMEBOL Libertadores Our first continental competition had us pitted against a heavyweight Brazilian team, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo in the group stage. We ended up at the top of the Group D. Eventually, we were pitted against another great Brazilian team which was Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense. We lost in the second round to penalties. I do take great pride that Club Atlético River Plate lost to Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras in the Final. The best thing to come out of playing in this competition is the money injection. Copa Argentina AXION Energy Our second trophy defense was a success. We got another chance at Club Atlético River Plate ending up in penalties. We came out triumphant. We faced Club Deportivo Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba in the final with a 84th minute goal from Emiliano Trovento. Liga Profesional de Fútbol This one came down to the last three games of the season against Club Atlético River Plate. In the end, we ended up as the champions at 66 points (20W-6D-1L). Our only loss of the season was to Club Atlético River Plate. October was a rough month, we had a leaky defense. Squad (Best XI) Julián Kadijevic Lucas Barreto - Mauro Miraglia - Jerónimo Ávalos - Tobías Bovone Daniel Cavallini 22I - Tomás Friesel Ariel García 23I - Emiliano Trovento - Diego Casoppero Liam Castro We are still a firm believer in the 4-2-3-1 DM AM Wide. Youth Intake This season I got a new HOYD, César Montiglio. I needed a new HOYD with better coaching stats. He comes in with a Resolute personality, 13 JPA, 13 JPP, and 11 WYY. His preferred formation is a 4-3-3 DM Wide. It's a bit ways away from my 4-2-3-1 DM AM Wide. He's gotten better coaching badges since being at the club. He became a starter right after coming through my youth intake. He has improved by 1 points in certain attributes but it's just his first year. He's going to be great in the future. Miscellaneous Finances Our finances are in the positive because of Copa CONMEBOL Libertadores prize payouts. We also got a lot from gate receipts which could be higher if our facility wasn't limited to 3,139. Our performance has got us 4,455 people waiting for season tickets. Our average season ticket price is €92 and our average ticket price is €18. Our bank loan still exists. Good thing we have more sponsorship income. I have two players that are unhappy because my squad isn't ambitious enough for them and they want to move. My goalkeeper Julián Kadijevic (€11,250,000) and Emiliano Ojeda 22H (€4,500,00) both want to leave. However, with what I set as the trigger for them to move. I don't think they'll be moving. I doubt any of the teams in Liga Profesional de Fútbol or Primera Nacional can meet that. Most of the clubs have balances in the red. In the Primera Nacional, 29 teams out of the 37 are in debt. Even though they want to leave, nobody will bid on that price unless I add the European leagues into my save.

We finished third on 56 points with 16W-8D-3L. We were in the hunt for the title but in the end it wasn't meant to be. We managed to qualify for Copa CONMEBOL Libertadores. Copa de la Liga Profesional Our first trophy in the top flight was with the Copa de la Liga Profesional. We won on penalties in the final. It went down to the ninth man during the penalties. Our group stage was 12W-2D and we finished the group stage with a match against Belgrano only to be matched up against them in the playoff stage. Copa Argentina AXION Energy Our second trophy this season was a journey in avoiding the big guys in Argentina till the end. We did encounter Newell's who defeated 2-0. Squad Sergio Sosa Liam Castro - Emiliano Trovento - Emiliano Ojeda 22H Tomás Friesel - Mauro Miraglia Tobías Bovone - Jerónimo Ávalos - Ramiro Ríos - Lucas Barreto Julián Kadijevic Youth Academy None have featured in the first team yet. But in the upcoming season they will likely play. Miscellaneous The upcoming task before the upcoming season is managing my finances since we are in the red. Then the next one is maintaining and getting new staff. I am considering getting a new HOYD. I might add the top flight divisions from countries participating in Copa CONMEBOL Libertadores.

We finished the season at the top of the table with our only loss against the team that was predicted to win the league outright. We managed to be undefeated at home with 15W-3D. We had a 99% average attendance with 15 sellouts out of 18 home matches. Our average attendance is 2,490 with a max capacity of 2,500. Copa Argentina AXION Energy Lost in the Seventh Round to Club Atlético Boca Juniors. It was a demolition job by them. He wasn't in any of the screenshots I posted on the thread when I first started the save. The standout from the Youth Intake that broke into the first team is Emiliano Ojeda 22H. Miscellaneous We are getting a stadium expansion but it only increases our capacity by 639. Our current max is 2,500. This is worrying because board took out a bank loan to expand the stadium. We managed to get our coaching badges upgraded to National C. We are currently studying for National B. Staff wise, we are getting there. I will be replacing three staff members who I inherited upon taking over the club this upcoming off season. The main thing I need to figure out heading into Liga Profesional de Fútbol is make sure we can make money. It's going to be hard due to our stadium situation.

I honestly think it's another Belgium situation. I'm tempted to spin another save of just Argentina to see how many clubs go into administration.

Something funky is happening in my Argentina save. Almost all of the clubs have a negative balance and Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro is in administration.

Chile and Uruguay should be promoting teams from the third division in the game. But I'll sim and check. Average points for relegation is fun.

Colombia isn't possible for this challenge because the third division in real life isn't managed by DIMAYOR.

In terms of players and staff, yes. In this same level, I'd rate it with Model Professional and give or take Resolute and Resilient. Maybe Perfectionist too.

I tried Daniel Garipe. He won't lower his salary demands. Another alternative who wasn't in my initial search profile:

You made a good point even before your edit about scouting knowledge that didn't occur to me either. I'll take both arguments you made into consideration in regards to that. For the Working with Youngsters, I was going to overlook that for the time being. I know bad thing of me to do. An alternative if I don't hire any of those two guys is to use my Assistant Manager.

Higher determination and scouting knowledge. I was also thinking the same thing in regards to personality. I don't think it's a big differentiator. The one thing I want to know is if scouting knowledge that has a wide variety like Blanco help when I have a youth recruitment that is only average.

Who would you choose as a HOYD? They both fit the formation I'm going to run which is a 4-2-3-1 DM AM Wide. I'm leaning towards Ismael Blanco.
