Not really. It's a new feature that SI has added. It is based on a hidden attribute (young importance or similar to that) of the club president or owner, which, being low, does not allows you to upgrade youth facilities. The only way for that to change is if the clubs reputation also grows or a new board. That new feature screwed us in the YAC.

I have a full squad and some newgens from the 2022 intake. Wierd thing is reset date is 20 Dec but clubs sign players before and counts as 2023 season.

I did some trys. It really depends the team you choose. If the team has some decent facilities, it should be okayish as you will have some decent players to push for promotions. If you choose a more basic facilities team, you are up for the challenge. You only going to get decent money in LaLiga2. Either way, its a good journey and you having fun its the most important thing

Well my BFC Dynamo save is over. I played 2 extra seasons but it was relegated back to unplayable leagues. Finances were a nightmare, no updates what so ever and no wage budget, cant even sign youth players

Indonesia and Malaysia are okay here. They have pro / Rel from the second league to the third one and vice versa.

Ireland and Colombia are ineligible cuz they dont have promotions from unplayable league. They only have two tiers. For that kind of leagues, you have a separate topic.

Berliner FC Dynamo (BFC Dynamo) 2023/2024 Season Finances Facilities Transfers Squad 3.Liga This season what mattered was staying in the 3.Liga, and that's what we did. The mid-table finishing was the best we could do, but with the squad I have I can't ask for more to be fair. Financially, this club is a leaky boat! The promotion brought a loan of 2.3M for a under soil heating, that and half of the squad earning a lot, it's a nightmare. We sold a player but the value was a penny in the ocean of red. With the elections, we had a new board, but they didn't inject money to help us out, just a link with Bayern worth 100k per year, I hope it helps in some way. Next season will be a struggle with some players leaving the club and youth away from first team level. Lets see how it goes. DFB Pokal -We didn't enter the cup this year. Under 19 - It was a solid season, top 6th in the league. Youth Intake Yikes!! Can't argue with that intake, facilities are basic and with no cash, it impacts. Supporters
